All toilets were in a filthy state, leaking urinal in the gents leaking out the door into the corridor, toilet paper all over the soaking wet floor, hand basins looked like they hadn't been cleaned in weeks, the ladies and the disabled ones were in the same dirty state I am told. When I complained to the shift manager I was told the the loos were cleaned every night ! lets think about this, every night so once only per 24 hours. In the restaurant all bar one of the tables were dirty and all of the bins were full so we ate our meal outside on a crumbling picnic bench amidst the weeds and litter and four upturned rat traps. The place was devoid of customers, unsurprisingly and interestingly when I produced my phone and started taking photos someone disappeared into the loos with a mop and bucket and they emptied one of the bins in the branch as some sort of token gesture, when I went into the gents when he came out the guy had picked up the loo paper on the floor but hadn't reloaded the roll dispenser and had thrown a sloshed a bucket of water on the floor, the washbasins were untouched. We had read a review on a maps website which was a month old and reported dirty conditions but we thought that being a large chain they would have addressed the problems by this point. I did complain to Burger King via email and received what looked like an automated response insultingly offering me a free burger if I downloaded their app. I replied saying that unless I was contacted by their regional manager I would post my findings on Trip Advisor. This has been met with silence so here I am. My advice is, there's a McDonalds just over the road, they clean their toilets and tables there, eat at Burger King at your own risk. I wont use Burger King again given this experience

Firstly, the guy on the services counter (think his name was Mark iirc) really needs retraining on customer service and how he speaks to customers. Secondly, you need to train the staff on the Paypoint services you provide. I had an Imovo voucher I wished to redeem and was just told that they dont do them (with an attitude), later followed by that you can chose which transactions you want to do in store (a breach of Paypoints T&C's which i'm aware of having previously been a Paypoint retailer myself) . I have no trouble usually at the Asda at the Arnison Centre which I usually visit. It's a basic Paypoint transaction, but I was refused and argued with over it. Appalling service received, not just for not providing the service, but for the manner inwhich I was spoken to. I was made to feel like I was trying to defraud them, all for the sake of a £24 imovo voucher.

Had many good meals from them and last one was fantastic. We've had some poor meals in the past but recently they've been spot on and really tasty. Definitely back to their best!
