Burger King in Havering

I’ve being in this Burger King for my lunch. I order a meal and a Pepsi for drink which it was warm. I gently asked to add some ice on it. They sad their machine was not working properly so no ice was available. i can understand this can happen so, I ask then to have a bottle of Cola instead which they have in the fridge behind the cashier but the manager refused to give it. So I had to have my lunch with a warm Pepsi, was very disappointing !! Clearly the managers in this restaurant they don’t care about customers and I think the company should do something about it as this is unacceptable for a big company like Burger King. Personally I will not come back and will not recommend this restaurant.

Used to love Bk went to the Hornchurch one and it was disgusting that was a few years back .at the airport recently and tried Bk again and it was very good brought my faith back so today went to Bk Hornchurch and got a whopper meal 🤢 it was not good no taste one little bit of tomato and soggy lettuce and soggy onion and not very much of it either very bland so back to good old McDonalds sort your selfs bk Hornchurch

My husband and I popped in for a quick snack. Not used to fast food restaurants and had not used this restaurant for about 3/4 years. We both had a whopper and chips. We found the chips we really good but the burger bun kept on falling to pieces even surrounded by the wrapper and found it hard to eat - the burger itself did NOT taste char grilled and mine lacked any lettuce or tomato and it was not seasoned - needless to say that we will not return there. The staff were very help and polite.

The restaurant itself seemed clean and what I expected. The last time I had a berger meal was about 3 years ago, so I am not a fast food junkie. I opted for the halloumi burger - don't it's really bland and thin. The chips were okay but a much small version of macdonalds and the drink had so much ice in it that it was predominately water. The meal cost just under 7 pound, so not a fortune but neather-the-less a disappointment. I've heard that the beefburgers are good but I don't think I'll be Tring them in a hurry.

This is your typical Burger King restaurant, fast food, reasonable service, not to busy which was good proberley as it was early evening.

Having been to this BK a few times, I’ve not really had any issues. The staff are friendly and the food is tasty, but it can be quite slow at times. But as s whole, it’s a nice place for people to either come and sit in and eat if take out, or even use the drive thru. Would recommend this place
