Until this visit, I didn’t mind Burger King, but my views have suddenly changed after my latest visit to the Warrington Bridge Street branch. First of all there was only one member of staff at the front, who seemed to be working quite hard. I ordered two Big Mac meals, which were served to our table fairly quickly. It was all down hill from there on. The fries were too salty, by far, the burgers were barely tepid, and the coffee wasn’t that great. We couldn’t be bothered complaining, as we were very hungry, so ate what we could. The ambience in the restaurant was quite poor, as the central aisle was a busy thoroughfare for Just Eat delivery personnel, passing us every few minutes while we ate. The toilet was fairly clean, although the door lock was damaged, while we were eating, several people came in just to use the toilet, one of them was a stall holder from the nearby market. Overall, a poor experience, which I don’t intend to repeat again. A place to be avoided.

Visited your Bridge St Restaurant on Saturday evening. Was very impressed by the warm welcome of your staff, very friendly and polite. Had a prompt service also..everything as ordered was in the bags, well put together with nothing missing. Would definitely be calling there again when I'm in the area, also will mention to my friends to call in if they're after a quick bite to eat. Restaurant was clean and tidy aswell. Happy customer all round! Well done 👏

Very very slow service over 15 minutes in a queue of 3 cars…. No urgency or apologies from the staff. Never calling here again

The last 3 visits have been terrible. It's like when they get more than 3 customers in they cannot function. On the last couple of visits they have got orders wrong but the last visit I felt robbed. I ordered a roadhouse crispy chicken burger which was around £7 and was given a chicken burger (bun, mayo, small chicken piece.) I would have gone the mcdonalds and got a chicken mayo for £1 if that was what I wanted

Food is good and the staff are friendly and helpful. However, the restaurant is squeezed in to too small a space and there are no private areas. All seating is on either side of the main in and out corridor. Also, no wifi, but able to borrow McD's across the road.

Unfortunately, I had a very bad experience with my order. The chicken I received was completely unsatisfactory. Three pieces were overly tough, and the breading around them was extremely hard and difficult to eat. On top of that, the chicken was way too spicy—so much so that it was almost inedible. But the worst part was that when I removed the breading from one of the pieces, I realized it was spoiled! The texture had turned powdery, almost like cotton, and the color was uneven—one side was white, while the other was a strange, unhealthy pink with a bad smell. As if that wasn’t bad enough, the fries on my meal were completely inedible. They looked like they had been fried, but they smelled like burnt oil. On top of that, the inside of the fries was extremely hard, making them impossible to eat. I’m truly disappointed that they charge people for food of such poor quality. It’s unacceptable to serve something this bad, and I regret spending my money here.
