Awful atmosphere hot chocolate like warm water. Chicken burgers loaded with salt. All round, total rubbish it’s McDonald’s from now even the site seemed threatening

Have been a regular of Burger King Boston and always rate it 5 stars. Most recent visit was a pick up order I tried to place on the app but somehow I made a mess of it. It was my Father-in-Laws 83rd birthday takeaway as he lives local and the manager Jake came to my rescue and even offered to carry to car for me. Service and food was perfect as usual. Cannot praise Jake and all the staff enough. The place is always spotless unlike other fast burger places. A massive thank you Burger King, you really are the best :)

What the hell! I’ve just stopped off with my other half to grab a quick bite to eat on the way home, firstly the price £17.56 for two burgers and two drinks? Barely warm, well the packaging was nothing else was, dry and well over cooked burger, flat drinks and less than friendly staff who just pass you the bag and walk off.

A friend and I popped in for a quick bite to eat after working late. We thought the new Burger King would be efficient at serving fast food. We were dreadfully mistaken. We placed our order via the touch screen and waited....and waited. Dozens of Deliveroo orders were being processed, but the customers in the cafe were kept waiting for an inordinate amount of time. Twenty minutes later, our food arrived......TWENTY!!! This isn't good enough!

Visited today at approx14.45. Went to the lottery kiosk and the last member of staff gave me the impression that she didn't want to be there. This has become apparent with this member of staff on a few occasions. She literally threw my lottery purchase at me. No goodbye or anything. When I worked in a face to face position we were trained to welcome the customer with a smile or good morning/afternoon/evening how can I help? I think this member of staff needs re training in customer service I.e people skills. I know people have bad days,but you are there to represent the store so please smile it doesn't hurt does it? I know it is hard in this day and age good luck.

Beautiful bar,we were sad that we were unable to dine.the staff were lovely and offered us snacks and crisps unfortunately we were looking for something more substantial.

Do not know this shop or recognise the address in Boston Lincs. Maybe this is in Boston Spa,a totally different place. Possibly a nice good shop too visit.

Had many good meals from them and last one was fantastic. We've had some poor meals in the past but recently they've been spot on and really tasty. Definitely back to their best!
