Well ...what can I say apart from congratulations, the dross we were just served up was without doubt the very worst burger I've ever had the displeasure of eating.Fries clap cold, hours old, burger clap cold,even the crows outside in the car park wouldn't eat them,the tasteless coke I was served was warmer, do you not have ice. Avoid this place at all costs.awful,truly awful.

What is the point of advertising opening hours if they are just ignored? Arrived at 7.30 Sunday evening, restaurant was shut, and was being cleaned. All advertised times say Southbound closes at 8. Waste of time going into the services, as there was no other hot food available. We drove to the next services which turned out to be much nicer, with a decent selection and the BK was open there! Shall not be returning.

Cold over priced food. The staff were good but food was cold, and what you got for the price a complete rip off. Even the burger bun, was not the one advertised, and stale. Avoid.

Stopped at the Woolley edge services ( North ) , bread buns stale, burger dry , receipt not printing and not even close to the advertising pictures, contacted customer service ( automated ) only in store can do refund or deal with problem, i live no where near the place , joke of customer service

We visited today, ordered two burgers, the buns felt like last week's stock, burgers were cold so thin, one bite then straight in the bin. Plenty of staff but they were busy on the phones. Not busy with customers so why can't they cook to order. Totally terrible experience would never go there again even if they paid me

Service so slow and fries were luke warm. Which is surprising as it was not remotely busy. Wont be coming back

Picked a quick snack up from here. All was rather average and like normal overpriced. Just not overly impressed with this Burger King.

burger was ridiculously small for £8. ordered onion rings with my meal instead of chips they gave me chips. Really slow too

Ordered a Double Whopper meal with onion rings. Burger was OK although luke warm. The onion Rings were chewy and like rubber, obviously had not been discarded after hold time expired. The girl on the counter (Amelia) was lovely and did the store a credit. Just a shame about the kitchen and management 😕

I’ve never been to such a slow bk. One girl working her arse off (well done Sofia) and no one else seeming to care! Also, order points out front didn't work properly.

This is a review for the Calder Park Services branch of Burger King in Wakefield. We were over this neck of the woods to view a car and, and my local (Bracknell) BK has closed and was not reinstated when the town centre was rejuvenated, it had been a while since I had eaten a Burger King - which I always preferred to McDonalds, for the record. We were served by Sophie who was lovely, cannot fault her. The food however was awful. My girlfriend had the Halloumi Burger which was squashed flat and overcooked. I had the Chicken Burger (the premium one, not the Royale) which was, yes, squashed flat and overcooked. Chips were OK and we tried the chicken fries which were nice if expensive for what you get. My first BK in a couple of years was a massive disappointment.
