My wife and I decided to go into this place for a quick bite before the long drive to South West Scotland. We ordered 2 x Spicy Bean Burgers and a large portion of fries + I had a large Fanta. Having not been in a Burger King for years and remembering their original Spicy Bean Burger as good, I was anticipating better. The burger was dry and stodgy and left a funny taste in my mouth. My wife, also didn't enjoy her's. The place was soulless and the staff I saw were obviously not enjoying their jobs.

Great experience here today, food was fantastic and service was second to none. nice to see staff actively cleaning tables in a fast food place and engaging with customers like myself. Really enjoyed the food, it was reasonably priced, and good portion sizes. I will most definitely be back.

Food was hot and fresh, I loved the ease of ordering through the kiosk screens too.

Loaded fries taste great, would defo reccomend the peppercorn loaded fries and the peppercorn burgers.

The food is overall good here. Staff good be more friendly or chatty but understand that this can be difficult for them due to a lot of teenagers causing problems on site. Not always a great atmosphere due to the antics of teenagers and the disruption they create often. Last time we visited there was also a horrendous smell, possibly a drainage issue.

It's Burger King. It's not a Michelin star restaurant, I'm rating it for what it is.

Took the dog for a burger king after his long walk. Gave him a treat. He sits like a statue when we get to the window and just to wind the woman up. She thinks he's funny.

Same as any other BK. Mistakes can be made, but that's life. However, when it's quiet, food will be freshly cooked, but there might be a small wait, but that's not a bad thing, and they'll deliver to your car.

Decent enough but BK is getting very expensive for fast food.

Went to BK Altens Aberdeen for lunch , while waiting in line to be served inside i noticed the manager was shouting at his workers to hurry up and was being very aggressive to them , it was quite busy and i felt his staff who were youngsters did not need to be humiliated in front of the customers, very bad and unprofessional to do this Infront of house service, management needs training on coaching skills and diplomacy , this is not the first time i have seen the same management acting towards their staff, i will not be returning to the Altens branch

Very busy when we got there. But the staff were really efficient. We ordered the new Angus specials but didn't really enjoy it. Burgers had very little sauce on. They seemed terribly dry.

Standard BK fare, food is better than the clown man's place, service could be quicker, and cheerier but I wouldn't blame anyone working there for losing the will to live having to deal with some of the Karen troglodytes roaming these type of establishments. Overall average but what else can you expect, its fast food not the blooming Ritz.

Just been to Burger King at the beach front in Aberdeen and it was vile chips were lukewarm and chewy had obviously been sitting. No ice for drinks and the girl that took our order had shocking customer service.

Me and my friend wanted to get a couple of burgers and stood in a long line at the drive through. When our turn to order came, my friend overshoot the stoping point by 2 feet and we weren't able to communicate our order from that distance, so I stepped out. A young man came out to shout at us, declaring that they can't take an order unless I'm in the car. "Go around or whatever, I can't do anything about it". I can't see a reason why you couldn't just act human in a simple situation like this. It's not like we walked there on foot and then risked our lives on purpose. It's a slow moving line of cars, not a dual carriageway. Burger King , just lost a loyal customer!

Last 3 times we have been missing items from our order but after 6months we decided to give them another chance but this time was no different. Missing whole chicken burger and fries. We got the drink though. Try to call and nobody answers. How difficult is it to check the orders correct before you send the order. We wont be ordering from them again.

Oh dear! Slow service, staff only seemed to be able to deal with one order at a time. When food came, chips were okay, nuggets fresh, but the burger must have been sitting for some time as burgers were cold and bun soggy from the amount of mayonnaise. I would normally take something like this back but really didn't have the time or energy to deal with the staff!

Love the burgers but I thought I’d have the Halloumi chilli burger I recommended it to my vegetarian daughter who I formed me she couldn’t eat it as been cooked with the beef burgers, why would they do that when it is know to be loved by vegetarians but they can’t eat it. If they can do veggie burgers in dif oil why can’t they do the halloumi ones They have posters up advertising ice cream but guess what no ice cream machine

They shouted at us for having a starbucks and saying we are not aloud to consume anything but burger king and they told us to get outside really rudely . when we werent buying anything we were waiting for a friend . we also got dirty looks and felt uncomfterable in there after being told we cant drink anything else but BK . the chips were also slightly cold.

Popped in after a visit to Makro. We were served quickly and the food was ready quickly. Food was hot and we all enjoyed it. Seating area was busy and the only reason i'm not rating 5 stars is because we felt the cleanliness of the ating area could be better.

Recientemente pedimos llevar el almuerzo para 25 durante un evento de ventas ocupado. Enviamos un correo electrónico a nuestra orden y luego llamamos para verificar que lo obtuvieron. Estaba hoy en este Burger King (drive - thru). Pedí 4 hamburguesas, 5 chilli cheese bites fries y pedí ajo, chili dulce y salsas de barbacoa. Como siempre, verifiqué si obtuve todo y wow. . . el personal debe estar durmiendo Nunca me dieron 2 de mis 4 hamburguesas y en cambio mis picaduras de queso de chile me dieron picaduras de queso nacho y dos salsas chili dulce y barbacoa (ajo?). Gran decepción ya que estaba apurado y hambriento y tuvo que volver al restaurante para recibir el pedido completo.

Llegué aquí a las 1637 horas, a pesar de que solo había 2 personas frente a mí, no hice mi pedido hasta las 1647 horas. Hubo mucho personal, pero solo 2 tomaron pedidos y el resto obtuvo un elemento a la vez para la acumulación. La comida era el buen estándar habitual, pero creo que el personal podría ser mejor administrado en las horas punta.

Mi esposa y yo tuvimos pollo royale y patatas fritas cada uno. Usé el voucher del primer autobús. La comida era buena, pero el personal era dudoso sobre el uso de los cupones y no me gustó que se cortaran porque dicen que solo se puede usar una oferta de ella, no la 6 impresa.

Mientras estábamos en Aberdeen, decidimos que nos habíamos detenido en Burger King para almorzar mal el grupo. tomó aproximadamente 15 minutos antes de que un cajero decidiera realizar nuestro pedido y la administración de que no era ideal tampoco. ciertamente no volveremos apurados después de una visita muy decepcionante

Me pareció que era un hotel limpio, moderno, con un diseño agradable Burger King. Me pareció que la propia máquina dispensadora de refrescos difícil debido a la cantidad y volumen de opciones re coca cola Light y habíamos tenido la experiencia horrible de coca cola vainilla degustación sentimos como una tarea arriesgada. Don't use drive thru very often, however it is on the way home and is quite handy. Sadly, the last couple of times that I've used it, the orders have both had bits missing from it i.e. 2 drinks instead of 3, strawberry ice cream instead of chocolate. Of course, I'm home before I notice, so it's too late unfortunately.It's cheap and it's handy, so I'll probably use it now and again but there really shouldn't be any excuse for these sorts of errors in this day and age.

when I visited it was not very busy so service was quick and you help yourself with the drinks machine.The meal was look warm as seems to be usual for this place. Saturday night and go along to get a take away. Ordered three things and get in car and go home. Arrived home to find a Rodeo burger missing. Called the manager who identified herself as Shona, told her tonight after months of not using their place we decided to try again, and again they got it so wrong. Shona offered to replace all the food and give us free food next time. This seems to be this restaurants only plan as EVERY SINGLE TIME we have visited someone has had to do without a part of their meal. That's it, I won't be back as Shona could not care less what my problem was and when asking her, she will speak to staff later..Do not expect this incompetent lot to get everything in the bag as its really difficult reading a receipt and putting it into a brown paper bag. This dump needs to close down as it serves no one locally without a problem. NEVER AGAIN!!!

Went here a while ago, there was no one queuing, but two of the staff were standing there talking about someone that was sacked. I stood there smiling before the guy took my order. He wasn't friendly at all and kept talking to his mate.The staff are usually good though, must have a high turnover.

I remember going to Burger King as a youth and ordering up a meal and sides and feeling like i had gotten a real bargain every time. Visited bk recently and paid £7.38 for this privilege. However i guess that chip shops are coming in at about this price too nowadays for a meal and drink, so perhaps it attributable to mere inflation. Whatever it is, I dont think fast food can really be seen as a 'cheap' option like it used to be in the past. Anyway, this recent visit was fine in general, there were lots of new staff getting trained up and it was a bit slow but one guy was keeping everyone right. The chilli cheese bites were not ready so the guy offered to bring them over to the table which was good, meaning we could get on with our meal. The climbing frame etc has gone which is good as theres fewer screaming kids now, but there is not much atmosphere there and it could do with sone TV screens or similar to liven it up a bit.

Bacon butty was disgusting. One bite and rest went in the bin. Asked for a white coffee and there was a trickle of milk added . Will not return for breakfast.

We popped in on route out of Aberdeen for quickness, quick we were not! Got served fast enough and gave our order. only to stnad and watch lots of pleople come and go - the young man serving us was obviously new and under training, problemn was he was left on his own and no one helping him. Everyone else was serving and collecting thier own orders no one was helping him at all. When I stepped up to counter to ask what the problem was the girl helping him was not happy as me questining our wait. she then turned round and picked our food out and put it on tray. Itwas there all the time but she wasn't helping him out and he didn't know. We usually drive across town to go to this Burger King as its nice and clean and on most occastions fast enough service. We'll give it a miss for a while.
