Had no meat burgers disappointed No food vegan only.

Very busy had a bit of a wait.food not bad

Terrible customer service, got the order wrong first and when I asked for a double cheese burger expecting it to come with gherkins and sauce, which I didn't get but instead I was charged for a bacon double cheese burger with the bacon taken off. Absolute rip off. Just because it's in a service stop and won't see the same people very often, have a bit of pride in your work. Management should be ashamed

Usual crap from the BK lounge, you know what to expect if you've made the choice to return

£25 for two burgers waited 25 mins and we were the only ones there they made the drinks straight after we ordered so I asked for new drinks because they were flat and warm eventually get our food and it’s stone cold went back back to the counter and the attitude of the staff was unbelievable they had the cheek to stand there shaking their head never going back

Staff are hopeless they haven't a clue what they are doing they are dirty and untidy uniforms look like they have been sleeping in there uniforms dread to think when they last washed themselves

Ermm only chicken burgers 11:15am on a Monday and guy behind checkout hiding from customers. Won't be going here again

Not stopped here before and saw it only had 3.4*, but honestly the burger was absolutely lovely, Skye behind the counter sorted me out some fresh cooked chips (as on my earlier stop at the other fast food burger place my chips were cold). Service was spot on, quick turn around, nothing was a problem for them, and they gave me a warm welcome when I came in and goodbye as i left, can't fault this visit. 👍

Stopped here on route to the airport. In desperate need of a decent burger. The food was piping hot and delicious. The team looked clean and tidy and were efficient at their job. Served by Lewis and manager Cameron.

Always check your drive through order before pulling away. Every time I have visited there has been something missing. Service is terrible.

Cold fries, coke warm without fizz and ice, no wonder it was empty

Order for all 3 burgers were incorrect, no bacon on a bacon cheese burger. No salad. Coke was warm. Took 45 minutes. Why are we calling this fast food?

It annoys the bejesus out of me that you have to use those infernal machines to order food. Zero human interaction Limited customer service because you’re working with machines. I do wish the world would listen when we say we all want actual humans serving us, not screens and robot! Food was mediocre, drinks were a disaster as the syrups were all wrong. It survives because it’s a service station. But come on BK, you can do better

I was in the car so atmosphere was brill there was no one.

Burgers were cold 🥶 and slapped together. The 3 cokes were flat, no ice and room temperature and all served in a bag for eating in.

Arrived at 9.20 pm. On way from airport. To be told they had no burgers available. Only chicken? We ordered and on receiving our order the chips were cold. I complained and the servers flippant remark said it all. " oh there is nothing worse than cold fries" so why sell them. Oh and we asked for a tea and coffee which she apparently couldn't do either but then she went through to costa and got one.? To be fair we didn't realise it closed at 10 but fast food is meant to be that. She had 45 mins to serve us food but apparently everything was turned off. Worst service ever.

Tried to insist we only ordered 2 cokes at £28. Cokes were flat, warm, less than half full and had been sitting for a while. Then they insisted it was one burger... eventually got the right order and it wasn't edible. Fries at least 30 minutes sitting and the burger core temp was 50c. (I had my chef kit with me). Don't waste your money.

Coffee cup less than half full. Asked for it to be topped up to be told "sorry that's all you get". Won't be back - apalling service.

Ordered a take out it took a few minutes. Heard my number being called to collect I was the only person there. My food was left and the female employee had disappeared before I could get my bum off the seat. I had a 1 minute walk to my hotel then tasted my fries which I believe were 100% fried maybe over 30 minutes ago and my bacon double cheeseburger was that cold that the cheese didn't even think about melting. Honestly the worst meal Iv ever paid for and I'm not fussy but there was no effort put into my order and i believe the staff knew what they gave me should never have been sold to a customer or even a rat

Fresh food and quick service, friendly staff is a bonus, not usual in the fast food service, food was hot and hot the spot.

I am leaving this review solely because I want to give praise to the understaffed workers. To whoever runs this BK, please do better for your workers.

This is the most disappointing burger king in my life. If the place closed down it would be doing the public real justice. The burger had more chunks of bones than meat, it was atrociously wrapped for a start, the tomatoes looked and tasted like they had just came out of a food waste bin. Even the seagulls wouldn't eat it. The fries were literally thrown in the bag and the napkins we were given looked like someone wiped their face on them. I'm all for recycling but come on. We weren't offered salt or sauce either. I will not be back and pity any hungry motorists stopping at BK Kinross for a delicious burger because they won't get one. My advice is keep driving or use the M& S instead, at least their food is edible

A very lovely stop to go to when visiting loch leven. Good staff and atmosphere. Burgers were good and drinks too, would recommend to anyone visiting loch leven.

Most expensive Burger King we’ve ever been to. Very slow and my burger was burnt. Forgot to add sauces that went with the sides. Asked for a burger without onions and there were onions in it still.

This branch had unclean tables. Also Unlike other branches, which always accommodate our request to cut the burgers in half, this one refused, stating they couldn’t do it. Very disappointing service compared to other locations.

Stopped by here on 17th July and used machine to order my food. £12.09 .. not cheapest BK chilli burger and Fanta but hey ho. Lass said machine never worked you’ll have to pay me again at till. The first payment will be refunded. I said no it’s been taken from my account and showed her my phone. Oh don’t worry that one will be refunded within 24 hrs she said .. I paid again and for some reason it’s now £9.59 so this is now also taken from my card at the til .. I’m writing this on the 26th July and to date no payment. I’ve called the BK at Kinross services twice and left details but still nothing. Now I’m being asked to call tomorrow to speak with the area manager. Yes I’ve got to call them yet again. Absolutely shocking customer care which I will be taking up with BK directly. This is not the way they want their franchises to operate. This was not the initial servers fault as she was polite and so was Matthew who took my initial call but the follow up from thd area manager Ian falls way short of management protocols and customer care. Ian if you read this and you are area manager then get your act together. You have my number

They say you get what you pay for. If slow service and a barrage of F bombs from the kitchen is what you get for 12 quid (2 cheese burgers and a large fries btw) then fair enough. To be expected from a motorway services.

Came to Kinross services and went to Burger King, got a code from the app to use at the counter told they don’t do the codes as there owned by moto and arent burgerking franchise but selling it and advertising to use codes but dont accept them! Find it dumb to advertise it but not accept the app codes

Our first visit to BK in Scotland. As expected, there are sometimes different burgers than in Germany. What we didn't like: the only soft drinks on offer were cola and water. I don't know whether Fanta, Sprite etc. were only sold out for the moment or are never on offer. The cola wasn't even chilled, but came out of the machine at room temperature. Sorry, but that was real bullshit! Burgers and fries ok, ambience well as always at BK.

Welcome break on a road trip. Great to a have a few vegan choices on the menu. One of the pre order machines waa broken, however our order was taken at the counter. Food was fairly fast, fresh and tasty. Professional service. Small seating area available.

I'll never go back to Burger King again. Chips were cold and whopper the size of a hamburger. And soooo expensive, £9 for a whopper / mini hamburger ?!? Complete rip off.

The staff were rude and unhelpful. Coffee was half empty and lukewarm, they wouldnt replace it or offer a solution. Staff were chatting and service took ages when we were the only customer there. staff were more interested in their own conversations than helping the customer

The whole eating area was also very dirty, yes I know it is shared with a couple of other food and drink shops. How long does it take to sweep up and clean the tables.

Never ever left a bad review before but the service here is the worst I have ever experienced was closed today at quarter past 12 for some reason but anyway when given explanation of why it was closed all I was given we open lunchtime well isnt after 12 lunchtime!! After that turned my back guy was talking about me to other staff you couldn't make it up absolute joke of a place

3rd time this month and no beef burgers. Run out again. The stock in trade for your brand is beef burgers.. Just poor planning. At a busy services there should always be sufficient stock to not run out at mid day.. poor planning.

Called in for breakfast on the journey down from Scotland to England. It's a Burger King, like all others, only smaller. Gotta admit, I prefer their dinky hash browns to that other place 😉😁

My order 3170. 1 whopper with 🍟 takeaway I only received the burger and no fries. The burger was cold all this for £7.79

Decided to try Burger King for the first time, and I must say I'm extremely disappointed. Ease of ordering on machine was fine, however as I ordered on machine, a family of 5 (2 men, 1 woman, 2 kids) went to order at counter and were rude to the only staff member who was there (note: the staff member had a lot of orders and was busy). Spent £23.43 for two meals, and both were extremely small for their price, and the fries weren't even warm anymore by the time I got them. Milkshakes were really tasty, and that was the only good thing about the place. Unless the prices dropped significantly to match the quality (eg: McDonald's prices such as £2.49 for a double bacon cheese rather than the £5+ for one here), then I won't be hitting a Burger King again at all.

Expensive as xxxx asked for side order of cheesey fries and didn't get my portion with meal. Manager said I upgraded when in fact I wanted an additional portion.. nearly £30 for 2 luke warm meals and some watery cheesy fries minus the actual fries with the 2 meals. She was rude, unhelpful and pretty much useless

The only thing going for it is the speed of service. We were the only customers so it was quick. Burger was OK, but not very hot. No Milkshakes available, and No Ice apparently. But they didn't mention the ice, they just served warm coke!

Waited a long time on the staff finishing their conversation to serve up the food, if you can call it that, the chips were cold and the rolls were hard and stale and the “coke” was flat and had a strong perfume taste. If I had bought anything for any children, I would be going back to have it out with them. ***absolutely disgusting stale food, steer clear***

Advertising meat free options when there’s none!!!! Stood in a queue for 15 mins waiting to order on the screen to then discover I couldn’t order any of the meat free options. I asked at the worktop and was told that they’re not serving any meat free items as they “don’t have the buns” - would have been nice to advertise this so I didn’t waste 15 mins standing in a queue for nothing!

Arriving half an hour before closing time is not enough. If it's so horrible to serve people at this time change the closing time to one hour earlier and drop the attitude. If you can go to another location do else McDonald's is 10 minutes away.

The burger and nuggets was amazing but cups were to plain and kept exploding 🤦‍♀️ and it was dirty and there was no dog food for my dog so she watched me eat it

Typical BK, good burgers. Only fault was during these times lots of people not following the mask rules, poor guys that was on were overwhelmed. So more staff and more control.

As tours go it was fine. Walking in the rain. No audio or visual areas to see The Royal Family at Balmoral. Beautiful place though.
