awful didn’t turn up until over 2 hours after cold inedible! i had to drive to the shop but the guy at burger king was so nice tried to help me gave me food but i had to drive all the way to the shop when i’m unwell

Your delivery driver is a disgrace. I live on the 1st floor and have arthritis in my knees and ankles. Your driver refused to come up the stairs and deliver it to my front door. He was very rude and obnoxious. This after I had given him a given him a £3 tip on an order that was £22 and my flat is less than 10 minutes drive away. The food is all freezing as well

Love a BK meal but the drink selection at the Fort Kinnard branch is a joke. They have these fancy machines that only serve very few options. Other branches have all the flavors and it’s one of the benefits of going to BK. Do you have a supply issue here or something?!! They didn’t even have regular CocaCola today. I’m sorry what’s the point. The food is great and the staff are great but please stock this branch better because it’s a joke. Ruins it when you go looking forward to something and they don’t even have big standard regular coke. Like come on.

I visited here recently and was really impressed with the food and service. The Whopper was cooked perfectly, and the fries were hot and crispy. The staff was friendly and quick, even during the lunch rush. I’ll definitely go back!

Consistently the worst Burger King I’ve visited. They are never that busy yet they take 5 mins to take your order from the drive through. They never have food ready to make the drive they worthwhile as you always have to park up. BK is just over priced garbage these days anyways, just going to stop going

Recently i have visited this Burger King. The prepared food were fantastic.... The kindly and splendid service given by the staff. I just loved to eat My favorite stuff Vegan Royale 🍔 and Fries 🍟.

Stopped by Burger King for a quick bite, and the Whopper hit the spot—super fresh and tasty! Even though there was a bit of a line, the service was impressively fast and the staff were incredibly friendly. Got exactly what I ordered, no hassle. Definitely coming back!

Ordered 2 meals. No drinks with either. Spoke to the driver to ask if he had another bag but he said that was all he had. This happens too often. Unable to do anything on the app as it only lets you choose the meal. The burgers and fries were there but no drinks.

The chips were cold and soggy and the halloumi fries only had 6 when I ordered 8 and the burger was stuck to the wrapper and the cheese all over the place except the burger and my Fanta is hot.

Order was cancelled after waiting around an hour if something was wrong they could’ve cancelled earlier rather than having me and my family wait

Got a notification to say food was on its way 10/15 minute drive maximum, it arrived freezing cold 40 minutes later, order cost £16 but got £3 refund. Not sure how that works out!!!

whopper was cold, fries Luke warm and small chocolate fudge brownie was missing, apart from that, it was great.

First delivery time was approx 5.55 it then crept up by 5 or so minutes until 6.14 before being delivered just after 6.20. Chips were cold, chicken burger lukewarm and squashed.
