Stopped by Burger King for a quick bite, and the Whopper hit the spot—super fresh and tasty! Even though there was a bit of a line, the service was impressively fast and the staff were incredibly friendly. Got exactly what I ordered, no hassle. Definitely coming back!

Ordered 2 meals. No drinks with either. Spoke to the driver to ask if he had another bag but he said that was all he had. This happens too often. Unable to do anything on the app as it only lets you choose the meal. The burgers and fries were there but no drinks.

food was cold as driver had in his car while he delivered another order. food arrived 15 minutes later than delivery time.

Every item on the delivery was cold, chips were soggy, missing a bottle of juice tried to Phn Burger King to complain but no answer,

Waited ages ,they sent the wrong burger , £11 for something I couldn’t eat.

Juice was hot due to being left in with hot items. Food quality was really poor too

not only did our order arrived late, food came very cold, order missing multiple items do not order from here ! tapes around 20 calls for anyone to pick up and when they do they don't help at all. star away from this place.

Order was cancelled after waiting around an hour if something was wrong they could’ve cancelled earlier rather than having me and my family wait

The chips were cold and soggy and the halloumi fries only had 6 when I ordered 8 and the burger was stuck to the wrapper and the cheese all over the place except the burger and my Fanta is hot.

Got a notification to say food was on its way 10/15 minute drive maximum, it arrived freezing cold 40 minutes later, order cost £16 but got £3 refund. Not sure how that works out!!!

whopper was cold, fries Luke warm and small chocolate fudge brownie was missing, apart from that, it was great.

First delivery time was approx 5.55 it then crept up by 5 or so minutes until 6.14 before being delivered just after 6.20. Chips were cold, chicken burger lukewarm and squashed.

My cheese burger came with no cheese and everything was cold

Im missing 4 large fries? Theres a big massive receipt on the front of the bag that has the order how you you miss 4 large fries? Like £13pounds word down the drain.

The food was good but the service just subpar. Got our orders which was missing a burger then when my wife went to notify them of the omission the missing burger was chucked at her over the counter.

This review tastes good and bustin makes me feel good.

Visited Saturday afternoon. Place was rammed. Food took ages and was stone cold and some of the order missing when we got it. Part of the order was handed to another customer who rummaged through the bag before handing it back. The staff then tried to hand the same bag to me. I refused saying that the food had been handled by the other customer and was asked, "why?" Never again.

Very busy due to KFC being shut but the staff were friendly and helpful. And the food was great

Shocking didn’t receive my food and they won’t refund me either, my baby was in hospital and they said it was delivered and they didn’t receive my code shocking! And they just put any code in and it accept its clearly because me and my kid’s dinner was no delivery. Shocking customer service.

Burger King's Crispy Chicken sandwich is a winner! It features perfectly crunchy, juicy chicken with fresh toppings on a classic bun. The restaurant was clean, the staff friendly, and the service fast. Highly recommended!

Visited this Burger King on Monday unfortunately within an hour of eating a bacon double cheeseburger. I had the worst cramps ever, then diarrhoea, lasted until today. Been going to Burger King for years and always enjoy it. I will not be going back to any Burger King.

Time from original quoted time changed twice and waited 1 hour and 30 mins from when ordered. Originally it stated 25-35 minutes

food was made 1.30 pm to my order no fault on restaurant side. for 45 minutes food was standing cold cos drivers didn't want take my order ( I tip them on app). finally some lovely driver accepted it and drove and made delivery to my door he was polite kind. just eat need to find better way to make sure customers gets service we paid for. my food was cold but it wasn't restaurant or my driver fault it's JUSTEAT problem

Ordered at 1:33. Received at 14:43. Driver stopped in the stair and was chatting on their phone. They then came to my door with my order and still on their phone. Food was really cold when it arrived. Seems like they were too busy to deliver due to being on their phone. Shocking service. Told the driver it was rude to come to my door while on a call and she shrugged her shoulders and walked away.

The order was 2 hours late. I made the order at 8pm and it came just after 10pm. By the time the food came it was cold and the packaging was dented and bashed in. Terrible service this time around. Not worth almost £30 for this specific service.

Missed one of the juices off one of the meal deals, app only let me say "entire meal deal item was missing" instead of just the one juice for a refund. Gutted, only ordered these meal deals cos I wanted the juices.

Missing food. Driver drove in the opposite direction and sat outside a shop for around ten minutes then started driving towards the destination. Bag was unsealed and open and the food was cold.

food was excellent, but that was the 2nd time the order has taken over 2 hours to be delivered, simply not good enough when other nearby restaurants can deliver in the advertised time 25-40 mins.

Let me start by saying the guys at Burger King Fort Kinnaird who work in the store are up against it every day. For awhile I have only used it via the app, which is terrible or the delivery service via Uber which is appalling. But the guys in store go the extra mile, I couldn’t get the app to connect or register and the staff were really helpful. The food fresh and fantastic. I will just go in the store from now on. These guys are knocking it out the park working with processes that make their job impossible but they keep getting up and playing a blinder. Well done to the staff at Fort Kinnaird BK and a word to BK franchise management, why not build system ( app) and processs ( Uber disaster contract) that help build on your valuable Human Resource.

Driver went on multiple deliveries. Ordered a Bacon Double Cheese XL Meal and received a Whopper with lettuce. Had to reorder because my partner doesn't eat salad.

Order came and it was very cold, burger was hard and well done. The order was technically on time however was one hour later than originally quoted.

Food was very warm and fresh and was also delivered quick. The staff were also very friendly and welcoming.

Saw driver on the other side of my house from the window he saw me he then proceeded to go halfway along the road he needed to go down but not far enough to reach the turning. Then stopped turned around and went back to the main road and marked it as delivered. Not the first time this happened either.

Been a few times and the food is always top notch, a small wait at the drive thru is worth it when the food comes out piping hot, never had an order wrong and friendly staff.
