Burger king in Derby

Really wanted a Burger King as we’ve had good food in past. However on this occasion, was very disappointed. The fries were cold, we had to wait for a soft drink whilst they refilled the machine, and the whole place was filthy. There was a massive spiders web with about 20 spiders on too just outside the entrance. Will not be going back there.

The summary is in the title. This place is horrific. I am amazed, no, astounded that they are still open. Suspect they won't be for much longer. The bread was beyond stale, the burgers seemed to have been cooked and burned, reheated, burned some more, then reheated again. Absolutely disgusting. I will 100% never visit there again. They are flame cremated with festering stale bread. If I was closer, I'd have returned the lot and got a refund. It's embarrassing that they are selling this "food". And it's not cheap these days. It's a shame as the staff I spoke with were really quite pleasant.

Sat in here now, waiting to be served whilst the girl on the counter is on her phone, the rest of the staff talking amongst themselves and ignoring us all. Disgusting service.

Ran out of beef patties so NO burgers! no hot drinks at all, tables filthy and whole place appears to be run by school children. No wonder Tim Hortons (over the road) are taking all of BK’s trade.

1st time I’ve tried a BK never again Small portions chicken was just about cooked and for the bacon on the menu board it’s really well done and crispy. I got mine and it had just about hit the hot plate the cheese was like putty no taste at all. I’ve added pics Definitely won’t be going to another one

THE MOST DIRTY BURGER KING I EVER SEEN!!!! Wait 10 min for somebody to Take the order at drive and Antoher 30 min wait for my food. Went in at 3pm on a Tuesday,only 4 more people in the restaurant. Tables all dirty,chairs dirty and greasy fingermarks on them. Dirty screens between booths,just dirty all round. Also there were chips in a plastic box on the floor in the kitchen.Staff standing around in the back and when they came to clean the table after we complained the young lady used a small piece of blue roll to roughly wipe our table and then used the same bit of blue roll to wipe other tables. Not her fault,clearly no training been done. I wouldn't go back to Pride Park BK until health and safety standards are addressed.

This may be trivial but why again why doesn't the coffee work on most match days.. Again 5 of us walked out we don't want cold drinks with our meals, this is a recurring problem that has been happening for years. .. Your loss burger king. With the first bite of the new vegan nuggets I was transported back to my childhood, a taste of perfection reminded me of how I use to be. The seductive taste of the vegan royal enticed me into a trance where nothing else matters but this moment. Accompanied with the little flicks of joy that were the fries it completed my meal and also, my life.

I shared a vegan nugget 20piece with a friend, and my life has changed! BK have nailed the classic nugget flavour. I preferred them with plain old ketchup than the sweet chilli dip provided, but either way theyre delicious!

Second time now I have visited and both times no hot drinks, no sauces with meals. Staff try their best but won't be calling again
