Burger King in Bradford

delivery driver went to the wrong leeds road first, if only there was a way to differentiate between two roads with the same name

Just splattered with mayo on the burger and the chips were cold. Just poor, hard to find good food up to standard these days!

Food was cold such a shame was really looking forward to a BK too 😢

Had to pop into Broadway for some food and I haven’t had Burger King in a while so thought I’d give it a try.. the burger tasted great and the customer service was really nice and only waited for a moment before my burger was ready.

I no longer buy food from Burger King or any United States company because the USA has made Forza Motorsport 2023 online save. You cannot play FM8 offline, save it offline, play career mode offline or do anything. UBISOFT and EA have made all video games they own online save and The Crew servers have been closed down making The Crew 1 unplayable as it has no offline play or offline save. Until the United States of America regulates video gaming, rules in offline play and offline save I will no longer buy from any USA company. The USA has no right to make everyone play video games with online requirement and therefore Burger King - Screw You. This is when UK companies such as Pound Bakery start to regain their lost customers and win the fast food sector with actual food and slushies that actually don't have sugar called Tango Ice Blast and no Coca Cola Enterprises trash which is also from the USA which fails to understand disks, offline save and offline video gaming.

Service from the lads here is always great. Tasty food and wait times are minimal.

Placed my at 12;45, received my order at 3:20pm. Total distance 2.6 miles from my home. Totally unacceptable.! A full refund should be on offer...

Food tasty but unfortunately cold

Order was late and warm not hot , I won’t order again, I phoned the restaurant and the guy I spoke to was so rude , the driver though was really polite and respectful

Food was cold but was rush hour! The kids portions was shocking it was like 6 chips. Even adults meal deals I got bacon cheese burger xl meal with large chips deffo was not large chips. Chicken nuggets absolutely beautiful

the order never actually arrived, tracker said driver was outside but wasn't. food was ordered at 18.33 and over 2 hrs later my wife, son and I are now very hungry and not amused by this disgusting disrespect shown by your employee, or yourselves. I expect to be fully refunded ASAP.

Food was flat cold and was missing items

When you spend £20 on one meal.. youd expect it to be hot when it arrives. Ordered the double whopper with cheese meal and it was rock hard because it was flat cold, chilli cheese bites were also cold.

Just happy to have a burger King thankyou. Only criticism is that they don't have just a hamburger on its own and I only eat hamburgers and burger King are my favourite. Also please make it so we can have other burgers and take the cheese off as I'm allergic so cannot order other items 🙂 other than that yummy

I ordered a large Angus Aberdeen Burger meal with Fanta Frozen Lemon. The chips were cooked perfect, the burger was well cooked and presented and tasted spot on. The Fanta Frozen Lemon was mixed right and I was served at the till instantly. McDonalds want to hurt Palestinian people then Burger King has my custom. Try buying the Steakhouse Angus Gourmet meals as they are better.

Lovely food has the ultimatebean burger

I had been dreadfully ill all day so as I had no other food in the house I order from here. It let me order and said it was preparing my food shortly after. Only to completely cancel my order after having me wait an hour to see if it was going to delivered. If its not going to be delivered don’t let people place an order and don't make them wait that long to discover it has been cancelled as I could of ordered other food/gone somewhere else. Some common sense would of helped.

Good service, the app was a bit stressful but once I finally managed to order the staff was helpful and even though it was near to the closing time the staff was not in a rush and they served me well. The only downside was that there was no sauce or napkins.

Wrong food items. Burgers were literally ice cold too. Doritos chicken fingers were honestly horrible. £36 for two burger meals (and chicken fries) that came wrong, and late. Really bad.

2 bacon duos arrived 2 days old by the taste of it and the bacon was grey and white no bacon colour to it or any remote resemblance to the picture or even bacon for that matter chips were rock hard

I would not recommend upgrading the fries to cheese fries. It’s so disappointing there is pretty much no cheese on it. Not worth paying the extra £1.50

I did ask for no salt on the fries which was ignored - I also wanted the vegan chicken nuggets but I ordered the normal nuggets which was my fault

The Asian lad with a beard was amazing, and also very handsome.

Driver was very rude, he shoved the food into my hands and told me that I need to update my number on the app in a cold manner even though the number is correct and walked away from me. Not happy with the customer service at all!

Just another burger king really. Fast service, alright food but definitely recommend getting the app and saving your points up. It's a food court place so shared seating with other food places, high foot traffic and loud and not really got any phone service there.

Order was fine, other than one of my items was missing.

The burger was bland and the fries where not tasteful.

Can not fault this branch of Burger King. Fast service, great staff and the food is spot on everytime.

Perfectly prepared food, manager helped me to decide on my order and made sure i knew exactly what i was getting, he was very catering and made sure to fulfil all my requests, the prices are just right for the portions and the food came out warm, fresh and delicious, the staff team as a whole were extremely polite and were well trained.

(By mummys son) My lovely beloved mummy bought me doritos today. It said we can get free whopper meal, but the code never worked I am very disappointed as I never went to burger King and wanted to try, but now I will never go cause the code wasn't working for whooper meal.
