Smallest queue because they are the fastest food outlet. My food only took 2 minutes akd was prepared freshly for me

So this bigger King is located in a massive shopping wall called the traffic centre. I mean Trafford it is really good. The food taste amazing and the atmosphere is absolutely amazing. You sit like this massive pirate shape room. It’s amazing Guy hundred percent recommend the fries a good good and every time I go to travel centre I eat there best food ever way better than the stupid McDonald, in that place is so bad

Had the doritos king box, a great amount of food for £5.99. Really enjoyed the chicken fries. We didn't have a queue when ordering but still had a little bit of a wait. A table by the kiosk would be helpful to sort your meal before heading off to eat.

And i said i actually want to celebrate my friends birthday. And then the CALLER said i have one question. I said what is it? He diclined... OMG, Just out on a shopping trip with the family & decided to get Burger King, this is the worst Burger King I’ve ever had, Don’t bother wasting your time or money here, we would of rather gone with out instead of that rubbish, not even worth 1 star, the staff are shocking & slow, a snail would move quicker,

Food was average only wanted something quick, but the staff omg. Just staring at customers staring at walls. No atmosphere at all and it looks depressing to work there. The no glove part when prepping food was the last straw. Won’t be coming back or recommending

Awful experience, I wouldn't go here again even if they were giving away free food. Staff didn't seem to have a clue. Waited 15 minutes for two meals, when I brought it to the managers attention that I'd been waiting so long, there was no apology and I got told 'oh its been forgotten about, don't know why'. They couldn't even be bothered putting the kids meal in a box that they had, just threw it in the bag with the other meal. Pains in stomach half an hour after eating!! Avoid!!!!

Super friendly staff and quick service

We ordered a plant vegetarian meal deal and was very surprised to be asked if we mind if it has been cooked on the same grill as the beef one. Yes we did mind and had to make do with a vegan royal. No offer was made or available to cook it separately. Also nobody was wearing gloves while working with meat and meat free. Very disappointed ☹️

Payed for a large drink to end up having a medium one. I understand thighs happens and you could run out, however staff should let me know at least before purchasing.

Bought two Angus Steakhouse burger meal & burger cost £18.11 . Although all the components were there to make really good burgers the bacon was raw cheese cold and the burgers practically raw nothing like the flame cooked pictures. I totally blame the person who made these and BK need to make sure that the staff are producing a good product and not giving a damn

Man put my order in wrong on the till - I said “plain whopper with cheese, just cheese & nothing else” and when I got the print out, I realised he’d put them through as a standard whopper, plus cheese, thankfully I was able to get his attention quickly, then he had to write “PLAIN” next to each burger on the receipt, with a pencil. Despite this, the service really was quick! Only other problem was that we ordered 2 x whopper meals and a kids meal, it was all put in the one bag together - no box for the kids meal - and they missed one portion of chips out 🤦🏻‍♀️ so I had to leave my food go cold & walk back over to get the missing packet.

Burger was stone cold. Drinks were poured from bottles not even cold or ice. No sauces. Never gets any better at Trafford centre.

TC food hall is epic, shame BKs quality at this location was lacking... use anothet outlet plenty to choose from.

Burger King is always an expensive choice for fast food, however when we saw the Double Melt meal deal we couldn't believe our eyes, a double cheese burger, fries, a drink and a choice of cheese bites, chicken nuggets or onion rings, all for just £4.99! Wow!!! Well, some things are too good to be true. The burgers were small and dry, the chips were ok and there was no full fat Coke. I have to admit the cheese bites were divine, almost worth the price of admition alone. All in all the service was good, a nice smiley staff member took our order, but it took an age to make and when we finally got it we were disappointed to say the least. I'll probably just stick to McDonalds next time.

Complete waste of my time and money, not only did I wait just short of a lifetime for my food to arrive, I was a served a cold, stale burger and they forgot the 30p sauces. Staff were incompetent imbeciles. Not a single member of staff appeared to be doing anything of good use, obviously didn’t share a brain cell between them. Staff completely unaware of any hygiene standards, seen blowing bubble gum bubbles, swinging their thick greasy hair around like they were auditioning for a L’Oréal advert. Don’t be waste your money

My chicken royale was just average and after a wait after 2 years that is disappointing! My husband had a double burger meal he said the meat was tough and the bread was so dry that it fell apart. The onion rings were cold and doughy. No fizzy drinks available so had to use the M&S food hall

One of the better Burger Kings I've been to in the UK. Staff were pleasant. They were efficient and competent despite the busy location and it being lunchtime. Burgers were put together ok, obviously you'll never get it like in the jazzed up pictures, but it wasn't just thrown roughly together like you get in a lot of these places. Everything was nice and hot, no complaints from my family. As it's part of a foodcourt area, it is possible to grab a table and then your party can split off and pick from other places like KFC, McDonald's, Subway etc right by it, but we're all glad we stuck to the BK.

Today I had the best ever double whopper in England

ordered 2 steakhouse burger meals last night at the trafford center, I have never been so disgusted in what I received. the burgers were stone cold as were the fries, the bun was soggy and fell to bits when you picked it up, we threw them in the trash can, absolutely unacceptable, so many people were complaining when we went back to the counter we didnt bother to report it, the food standard agency need to take a serious look at this outlet, staff leaning over the food so close they were breathing their germs all over it, no handwashing after placing returned items of cold food orders in trash can, WILL NEVER PURCHASE FOOD THERE AGAIN ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING THEY CAN NOT EVEN SERVE HOT FOOD !!!!!!!!!!!!! MASKS HANGING OFF THE FACES OF ALL THE STAFF

A very slow paced burger king. I had been to mcdonald and kfc for our kids food and my partner was still waiting in burger king for a further 15 minutes after i got our other food

ordered food from burger king and to my horror some employees had no gloves. i brought that to their attention and some sillly little girl said it is not burger kings policy to wear gloves when serving food but up to each individual. please inform your staff that it is mandatory to wear gloves and maybe you should as a compay spend time on keeping your employes up to date.SHAME ON YOU BURGER KING>PEOPLE ARE DYING OUT THERE.

Went here late on Saturday night but still were plenty of people about in the arcade and food court. Waited in a queue for about 10/15 mins because there were hardly any staff, the staff member on the tills looked like he couldn’t be bothered with anything and took ages to make drinks and get the food out, he also kept looking around and giving dirty looks to customers. Burgers and other orders were piling up behind the staff sitting there going cold, I ordered fries and chicken nuggets, the fries weren’t very hot and the chicken nuggets tasted chewy as if they were underdone. Only good thing was I used the app to get them for £1.49 or else I wouldn’t have been happy paying full price, would not go back to this Burger King!

Burger King can do no wrong in my eyes. The are my very favourite burger place. The food is freshly cooked and they are always introducing new items on to the menu. The Halloumi burgers are outstanding. I didn't have to wait for long to be served and bought my favourite Whopper Meal with some onion rings (mine all mine, as hubby doesn't like them!!)_Hubby had the Halloumi burger (get it with an extra patty) & fries. The food is superb. It helps when there are two of you when the Trafford Centre food hall is busy, as it sometimes can be hard to get a table. Anyway, no such problems on this visit. We loved every bite and will be eating here again very soon.

Much better service than Picadilly. It's smaller & has allot more staff than Picadilly though. I was just happy the Oreo milkshake machine was on! That's always hit & miss in other stores. I heard its due to the efforts of cleaning them, however it's a top seller 😉

I came from stockport with devon nance to come to this burger king and i had some great service from a young fellor called craig.

I used to enjoy their Veggie Burger but after today will never go to this particular outlet again. Burger was as hard as a rock and there was a small piece of soggy meat stuck to the cheese it had clearly been re-used for another burger. Never again.

Food is like any other burger king

Called in for Lunch whilst at the Lowrey. Food is fine. Service quick. The staff could be a bit happier. Overall not bad.

They give me wrong burger and when I took it back he said it wasn’t my fault I gave you wrong one but I’ll replace it with right one and the temperature of the food is not hot enough .

Really sorry but I have to do a review on Burger King in the Trafford Centre in Manchester. We put in a complaint on the 30.12.2018 on Burger Kings official site regarding one of the staff serving who was clearly unwell (coughing her guts up into her top while serving customers). While we understand people can become unwell you (as a food establishment) should not have staff working around food who are clearly unfit, this was quite disturbing to witness. As stated in our complaint, she (the staff member serving us) was pleasent but someone should have sent her home. Your response (attached) shows the lack of concern you feel for customers being served by her. While I cannot confirm my systems I am now experiencing are from your staff member, I now have the horrendous cough she had. May I offer some obvious advice, if a member of staff comes to work unwell and they will be handling food and coming into close contact with customers, please send them home. It is unfair their illness could be possibly be passed onto someone else.

Have had food from here a few times and each time the food isn’t hot , I appreciate its fast food but still would like it to be hot. Don’t think I will be going there again

Dreadful. Can't describe how conned I feel. A burger meal for £6.50 which was smaller than a kids meal at McDonalds. They should be embarrassed. Like other places the food didn't look like the picture. However, here was beyond parody. The wife got a chicken burger. The salad was piled at one end and it had so much mayonnaise the burger slide out. My daughter got a kids meal and she thought the fries hadn't been put in as there were so few of them. Plus the food wasn't that warm. I used to quite like Burger King but this was poor on so many levels. £19 plus for 3 meals. I will never go to a Burger King again. Not bothered about management feedback as the sizing/prices will be service led

So, you can tell it's not going to be perfect when there's a sign stating that there are no fizzy drinks on offer (suspect the syrup was out for all the fizzies to be off). It was quite a long wait just to get mine and my daughter's meals, but that was down to the kitchen staff trying to find the "apple fries" for the kid's meal.

El servicio fue rápido, la comida como esperaba (nada especial), pero al menos caliente y sabrosa. razonablemente Tomó un tiempo para encontrar un asiento, y este fue a mediados de la semana dimos él niños estaban en la escuela.

Whoever placed this BK near the Arndale is wrong as it's located at the Trafford Centre. ... burgers are ok but usually you have to wait ages to get your meal.

Esta tarde tuvimos que hacer cola durante más de 30 minutos para ser servido en Burger King del centro comercial Trafford Centre. El personal no parecía saber lo que estaban haciendo. Cuando finalmente llegamos a pedir nuestra comida nos dijeron que no había helado, pero no había ninguna señal diciendo así. En este punto nosotros mismos y 3 chicas detrás de nosotros en la cola estaban completamente harto. Mi hija pedí hablar con el gerente. Tras otra larga espera para conseguir realmente la comida preguntamos si el director estaba saliendo todo parecía estar en otra y dije que creo, después de otra espera, nos dijeron que el director no estaba viniendo a hablar con nosotros, y que si quería quejarse había algo en la parte de atrás de la recepción que podíamos usar. Llevamos nuestra comida lejos y cuando miramos la comida allí sólo dos y medio los palitos de pescado y todos fueron aplastadas. Mi hija fue volver y no final. Cuando llegué a casa me di cuenta de que había pagado 3 libras. 49 para la comida de niños cuando la semana pasada en warrington sólo había pagado £2. 29 por la misma comida.

Was rushing so stopped off here, don't know why I bothered. The staff are so slow, waited for 15 minutes to get the food plus the 10 minutes to get served. Got our food and it was cold. One member of staff was clicking at people to let them know their food was ready. 15 odd people still waiting to be served once we had ours. The sprite tasted like dish water, absolutely appalling service. There were 3 people serving and 2 decided they would have a chat instead. Don't go not worth the time effort and money. Is this burger worth the £6 I paid for it, plus half s pack of chips and flat onion rings with hardly any sauce

Service was slow , when food finally arrived the chicken Royal burger bun was moody . The staff were full of apologies and genuinely sorry that's the only reason I am giving 3 stars .

No he estado en Burger King por un largo tiempo. Después de mi visita esta noche, me recordaba por qué. A pesar que era mi pedido especificar reiteraron dos veces por las ventas asistente, BK equivocamos otra vez. Esto fue descubierto cuando llegué a casa y se tradujo en mí tener que tirar la comida lejos. Me recordaba que cuando he estado antes, que he tenido para comprobar que me han dado el orden correcto antes de salir. La responsabilidad recae en el personal para entregar lo que los clientes orden y paga.

Bien encontrar un asiento si puedes, ya que no hay ninguno asignado específicamente a las zonas comida rápida. Si no puede encontrar un asiento para ser nuestro huésped que esperar más de 15 minutos en las colas para ser servida y luego esperar 10 minutos para la comida. Pedimos un tocino doble queso hamburguesa comida, el tocino era microscópica las patatas fritas hecha, mi bebida favorita era un café con leche, que era un fuerte café ... y me refiero muy fuerte. Mi compañero ordenados una comida hamburguesa doble con una porción de patatas fritas de pollo. Pedimos una porción de 6 patatas fritas no 9 de pollo ... pueden ustedes contar??? recocido no es la palabra. El pollo fritas eran un paso de ser cremado. su bebida favorita era Coca-Cola Light, sin hielo. Ella recibió coca-cola grasa con hielo. Así que, en general, me quemé comida, mal servicio, sin descanso, una hamburguesa con queso doble bacon microscópica bacon un enorme espresso que debería haber sido un café con leche y grasa coca-cola con hielo en lugar de la dieta sin hielo. ni siquiera puedo decir que es el caos organizado porque no hay ninguna organización y para rematar tuvimos que luchar por colas de gente para conseguir una servilleta y una pajita. Es sencillamente horroroso de principio a fin!

As usual, we thoroughly enjoyed our Burger King today.We don't often have one but when we do we always enjoy them.However, I did feel for the girl serving us as she had to ask at least 4 times for my whopper burger to go with my meal, while our other food was waiting and could go cold. She never got what she asked for and instead approached me and asked if I would mind it with cheese. This was because the team at the back had eventually sent her the wrong burger. I was happy to accept that as I don't mind cheese in my burgers at all.I have to say the team who make the burgers could do to improve their listening skills to make the front facing staff member's jobs easier. This was not even at the busiest period I am sure as they had only just opened and we were the third set of customers served.Despite witnessing this I feel the girl who served me did a great job and was really helpful and apologetic because of what was happening and ensured our food remained as warm as possible. She was a great member of staff and I wish I had got her name so I could highlight her great customer service to the manager. I really felt for her when she wasn't getting what she requested from her team members at the back.

This was shocking, I always expect a food court to be busy and there are a number of places I could have chosen to eat!My mother chose Harry Ramsdens and enjoyed the big portion of fish and chips, value for money was excellent My girlfriend chose spud u like which was also enjoyed I sadly chose Burger King, when I went there was a very small queue and got served very quickly, but then had to wait 20mins for my food to arrive while the people I was with were eating! Burger King is supposed to be fast food, you expect them to have items to be ready I a short period of time but not here! A busy lunch period and they had no food in the production bin! Everyone was waiting!!All I ordered was a whopper meal the person before me ordered chicken nuggets also a 20min wait!!And the managers looked like they were in the middle of an audit, which was not the best time of this is the case, if this wasn't an audit then they were stood around talking! I felt sorry for the till staff as there was nothing they could do.And the kitchen could not cope with demandI feel the main issue for this was poor preparation for a busy service Granted you won't loose custom from this post and I wouldn't want you to, but I feel you should be made aware of the feelings of your customers today!

Visiting on a saturday in the food court in trafford centre is a challenge in itself but so many of these outlets are ran by poor skilled poeple...Ques of 50 or more on most fast food outlets. Burger king i chose as i had vouchers, and boy were there so many angry faces in the ques... i watched behind the scenes..The computer screens with orders on were just a constant flashing with delayed orders. 15 approx staff sqeezed into this box outlet shuffling past each other arms swinging all over the place, and someone ducking under other staff trying to brush up. Health an safety would see most of these outlets in non correct working conditions. The ques dont even line up with any one till so customers are fighting near the end to get a till person its appauling. customers getting incorrect orders and coming back to the front of ques rightly so why should they que up for 30mins again to mention they fogot to add something on there order. So other que customers are delayed further.....Finally you get your order with no mention of asking if you need salt sauces etc. So you toddle on to your table when you have found one to find you need sauces and guess what...???No sauce trays assortment boxs on the end of the outlet so back to pushing to the front to ask again further for sauces...The place is badly designed and why there is so many errors.My advice burger king trafford1. Set ques up like a theme park with your lanes, its single file only it cant go wrong. Then when a till person as finshed one order a simple next please, it started in post offices decades ago and always is the best way even more so a light flashes above some outlets now to let customers know there till is free. Good eh burger king.2. Put the bloody sauces an acondiments boxs at the end, but if yo need the space to maximise space and profits teach staff to say on every order would you like sauces?????It saves on customers returning and butting in confusing staff on current orders...good eh burger king.3.arrange staff in the outlet much better.I used to work in catering. Golden rule ... cooks stay at back. Tills staff stay at front this way staff are not climbing over each other causing mayhem to themselfs...I have never seen so much hard work made of such a simple task with the amount of staff onboard. If burger king cares about customer satisfaction it should take onboard everything i have said and it could also save on wages if ran properly.
