Ellie's Pizza in Trafford

Disgusting!!! Ordered 2 pizzas and both bases had blue mould on them. Was told that its the oven thats created the burn marks but burn marks are black or brown, not blue/green. Rang a few times but told to ring back to speak to boss but from the attitude you can tell will get nowhere. A call to Trading Standards is imminent.

Absolutely awful restaurant!!! Do not order from here. I ordered on uber eats. After 1 hour with no delivery i rang the restaurant to be told it is 15 minutes away then for them to cancel the order. Left with no food and poor customer service!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE

2 times they messed up my order(one time forgot to bring 1 pizza,he said he would come back,never did and not money back;second time forgot to put something in my order and gave me some rubish can of soda,cheaper than the forgotten item);small items,few ingredients on them.If you like dough and bread...that's the place for you.Late arrivals,poor quality,if you call them the argue with you...like proper arguing,not just a conversation.But,it's your money.You decide.

1. You cannot pay by card despite the sign on the door. 2. Two ads at entrance says buy 1 get one for free or with discount, but it is only for online ordering.

I have NEVER had a complete order from Ellie's and every single time I have made an order it has been late. Last time I was told that my missing fries would be with me but they never appeared. In the end after ringing them back twice the guy said 'we're busy' and simply hung up. Decided not to bother with them again but today I thought that enough time had passed that maybe I'd give them one last chance. I ordered two pizzas and two sides. Easy enough, right?! Nope! 20 minutes after the estimated time of delivery (always late, remember!) we received two pizzas and only ONE side. Rang Ellie's and have been told they are going to send the missing side. *Plot twist - they actually sent the missing side!*

Absolutely don't order from here!! My order never arrived called them 2 times saying it was coming. At the 3 time they just didn't pick up my call. I'm still waiting for the food and never got the refund

Useless, ordered over an hour ago and when phoned, told it'd be 5 minutes... 20 minutes ago

Food was late, cold and so disappointing. Sounded delicious on the menu. kebabs were bare. Sprinkling of mozzarella. Stuffed crust was empty apart from a thin layer of rubbery cheese. Lasagne had a public hair in it. Photos to prove phoned takeaway. Obviously very used to complaints by his attitude. Disgusting

IF YOURE THINKING ABOUT EATING HERE, PLEASE DONT!!!!!!!!! They took my order at 1AM on a Saturday and it’s literally 10:30AM and I still haven’t got my food or my refund because I ordered through Just Eats. I CALLED THEM MORE THAN 25 times and had no answer. They are money laundering scammers that opened up a restaurant please dont eat there.

Delivery man was polite. Burger was awful it was just a breaded chicken fillet from Iceland. Hot wings were nice, extremely spicy if that's what your into. Overall probably won't use again and don’t recommend.

Food was awful. Chicken Burgers were that cool the cheese didn’t even melt, mayo was sour and the buns were dry, first time I’ve ever had Bisto Gravy from a takeout !. Only thing that was decent was the chips. Wouldn’t order again.

Such a shame. If they took a little longer instead of rushing, maybe they’d get the order right. Today I ordered a bbq sauce burger & a spicy sauce burger - both burgers came covered in Mayo with cold chips. Ordered brownie ice cream too which they forgot but then went back to the store and said they only had cookie dough. No drinks. Ordered for delivery instead of collection despite living around the corner (due to my disability) I had to come from the top floor of the flats twice because they wouldn’t come to the door. Waste of £21.35 I have ordered from here before and they do forget things often. But If you manage to get your order and it’s hot, it’s quite nice.

So bad enough we found out that your lying to customers by having yourself on uber eats as taste of America but to top it off The thing you called hotdogs we're that bad im surprised you arnt you shut down for a health and safety violation it was all undercooked honestly It's made me feel ill that fact that's what your line cooks capability is makes me laugh and need to reconsider your business plan or change profession

Over 2 hours after ordering, no pizza… still waiting … 2 hours 45 mins pizza turns up. Very disappointed in actual pizza.

Over 2 and a half hours for sub par food. Constantly lied to me about the wait time. If they offered me a free meal I still wouldn't take it.

2 hours to deliver for a 17 pound pizza. Came cold and is no better than any other rubbish plastic tasting takeaway.

I placed an order through the app with a 60 minutes delivery. I called after 70 minutes and they said the order was on it's way. It's now 40 minutes after it was supposed to be delivered and no one is answering the phone. Very disappointed and now I have to try and get a refund. Terrible service. It's arrived and the order is completely wrong. Never ordering from Ellie's again.

The boss has a bad attitude and are jobsworth. Also operating as a fake business name - Taste of America on Uber Eats, untrustworthy

Have used these before but never again. We ordered 2 pizzas on a deal for £15.95 before the Covid19 epidemic. The same order is now over £27. This is just blatant profiteering and you have to order everything online. Spoke to a guy on the phone who said I can't take your order. It would have taken him 30 seconds to write it down. I am out.

Two full hours late. Called twice to be told it was '20 minutes away' each time by a narky bloke on the other end of the phone. Food below average when it arrived. There's a million places better than Ellie's pizza around. Use them instead.

Absolutely disgusting ordered a pizza and it turns up raw still in the packaging, frozen chips and raw onion rings. Disgusting should be shut down!! Will be taking it higher to trading standards!

Not even kidding a FOUR hour wait for food, I tried to cancel after two hours and it turns up at 5.45am... Not going to lie the bit of food I actually managed whilst half asleep was really nice and fresh but the 4 hour wait was absolutely beyond a joke, not only that the way the restaurant dealt with it was atrocious, the where rude and swore at me when I tried to cancel.

1 hour and 40 min to deliver a hot dog. And their driver didn''t deliver it. I open the gate for him and istead of walking 10meters to deliver the order he left it on the gate and left. I paid increaced delivery cost because they make the delivery instead of uber. If this is your idea of delivery im not gonna order again.

Friday night take away ordered at 8.20 via the app... delivery predicted 9.30... No update by 9.25 so called to enquire and was told " your order just left".. Almost 20 minutes later it finally arrived, not very hot, chicken like cardboard.. And we live a 3 minute drive from there (but couldn't, obvs). Not impressed.

Never thought I’d consider buying a pizza a waste of money until receiving my bbq chicken pizza this afternoon. I counted maybe 5 pieces of chicken on the entire pizza and about 10,000 peppers and tomatoes! Have you guys run out of chicken or something ? Furthermore, impossible to pick up a slice of pizza without the entire topping sliding off the pizza causing a serious mess. Overall incredibly disappointing, 1/10 as the chips were okay. First and Last time il be ordering from here.

Food hasn't got the WOW factor but is nice, would definitly reccommend the burgers. Customer service is great. Would definitly go again!

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!! We arrived five minutes after the end of the lunchtime offer period. As regular customers, I had anticipated they would honour the lunchtime deal. Unfortunately, this was not the case, and I was met with an extremely argumentative member of staff. The food is average, but service is sadly lacking.

Do not order from this takeaway. They're customer service is appalling. I ordered from them through their website, waiting over an hour and contacted them only to be told they had not received the order which I paid for? Will never be ordering from them again.
