Bacon was stoned cold, asked to have it replaced was told its at correct temperature, it wasn't asked Omar she reef to change order as my 10yr old was stoned cold also. He got vet abusive and called me a racist, I have a black partner. Asked for a refund n got it basically thrown at me

I’ve been in this bk point in howslow for a “quick” lunch with my partner. We decided to leave after 20 minutes before placing any order. Rude and uncared staff, no organisation, no one taking orders, just the worst bk in all London!

This is the worst Burger King I have seen in my life I all ways eat at burger king but this place omg they don't know how to work or cook I got the bacon King more like where is the bacon there was only 4 streaky bacon when it should be 8 thick cut bacon I was told by the manager Mandeep it's only ment to be 4 streaky bacon not 8 and she was it as well and she told me I don't know what I'm talking about I work as a chef at number 15 restaurant for Jamie Oliver I know my bacon and she said the Burger King restaurant is the best that's why it has so much bad reviews they need to sort this store asap as Feltham and Uxbridge does the burger perfectly with 8 rations of bacon and thick cut it looks like they was using the bacon for bacon King jr never going to eat here again and I think everyone else should go elsewhere as well

One of the worst Burger King experiences ever!Appallingly slow service. Both in queuing fir service and for food! I waited a total of 34 minutes, 17 minutes to be served (with only 8 people in the queue ahead of me) and then a never ending cycle of waiting for food. My burgers waited on the counter for 11 minutes before the fries were added by which time the burgers were cold. By the time the burgers were remade, the fries were cold. Complete and utter shambles! It was apparent there were far too few staff on. They lost visible business in the time I was waiting. Funnily, the last (and in fact only) time I’ve had such slow service at any Burger King was also at this branch. Never again!Best avoided! Unless you are prepared to wait.....

I think my picture says it all. This is at the hounslow branchOn many occaisions at honslow and feltham they do not have supplies of stock. IUn the past which i have complained to the BK chains for kids they never had Apple fries or milk, so are forcing your kids to have fizzy drinks which my child does not like.Feltham brqanch is filthy, with sticky floors and tables.So my advice if you are visting West London side (Middlesex) area, avoid these BURGER KING spots.

The young waitress was very rude and not polite. did not what I ordered. without saying no excuse her face was as though she were paying, and not me. I paid 15 pounds. It's like lunch in a restaurant. I really love burger king and very disappointed with such Cervices

Much better than the Feltham BK. Lots of seating, impossible not to find a seat, very clean service fast and toilets clean too.In addition there is a much wider selection at this Hounslow BK, compared to the Feltham BK. Asides from that, it’s your standard BK.

It's on the first floor of the shopping centre. Clean, not too busy, plenty of seats and tables, polite staff, the usual Burger King quality,and vegetarian options.

After a fun filled day of family activities, my daughter begged to go to one of her favourite restaurant chains and, since we thought you can’t go wrong at Frankie & Bennies, we decided to visit. How wrong we were. Drinks were brought reasonably quick and, despite being just soft drinks, were the highlight of our visit as they were the only thing that would turn our correct! When ordering our food, my sister was informed her first option was unavailable due to there being no halloumi and, after choosing an alternative, told she’d be unable to have sweet potato fries due to them being out of stock too. No big issue though as original fries were fine. So, we sat back and waited for our food. Twenty minutes later and a new server appeared to explain that there were no fries in stock… yes, no fries. Miraculously, they could give us sweet potato fries which were in stock - the original server having simply mistaken “low stock” for no stock. Sadly, only my sister eats them so we decided to pay for the drinks and leave. The new server then went to speak to the manager and returned to ensure us that we could have the food for free as we’d already waited some time and they did not want us to leave hungry. In the end, we got our main items served with these fried dough o’s you’d probably expect to see on a child’s plate. I won’t lie, they were rather bland but edible enough to eat and subdue our hunger. We ended up getting our drinks free too due to the massive disaster that was unfolding before us as other staff were sitting more customers and not informing them of the items out of stock - our original server humbly avoiding all her original tables and serving the new tables - we overheard her again offer fries so I pity the rest of the evening for the staff. The only positive we have from the night was our new server who was an absolute gem to us and to everyone else. She was the one apologising to everyone and trying to find solutions, she was the one apprehending the chefs for not updating servers on the stock updates, she was the one who ran to new customers who had sat down to inform them of the stock issues before letting them make an order they couldn’t complete. I wish I had gotten her name as she deserves a lot of praise as she was the only server doing the hard work but alas, I did not. All I can say was she had dark hair and an accent and seemed to take pride about her job in which she has clearly a lot of experience! Sadly though, this experience makes me want to avoid not only this particular Frankie & Benny’s, but the brand itself in the future.

applaud by service in KFC Chiswick. Firstly served stone cold chips, told the girl behind the counter, surely she knew how long they had been sitting there as the shop was quite. She cooked some more, I couldn’t believe it. She only gave me one hot portion and one cold one back, but she was cunning, she put the cold one underneath so I didnt realise until I got home. This person should not be serving food to people and deliberately trying to piss the customer off!!! I really hope head office read this..

Popped in last week for a couple of pints as I got to the airport to early, Lovely staff, beer was good, while not cheap it wasn't more than i would pay in London. Didn't eat this time but the food coming out looked good. would stop here again.
