Burger King in Salford

Easily the worst bk in the country, manager is rude, order was wrong, missing items, can't have ketcup , chips were cold. Steakhouse pate was just an ordinary beef pate Avoid

Easily the worst Burger King in the country. Not allow to get any ketchup because “It is only for chips”. I’m not sure if the manager was in bad mood or the owner is running it with no budget.

Good burger, cheese and bacon in a bun. Chips very good. We’d been turned away from somewhere else with a 45 minute wait. Here was which, cheap, cheerful

There were people standing around all over the place and no clarification anywhere, as to which bit to queue for what. Service was very slow. The burgers are small compared to McD and more expensive but the chips are much better. Asked for black coffee and got white. They changed it when it was pointed out to them.

Handy location. There is no McDonalds or KFC in this mall. Expensive though at nearly £10 for some medium chips, a cup of tea and an Oreos ice cream flurry.

Worse burger king ive ever had..and a waste of money...should have thrown my money away...avoid I rate burger king over all the known burger chains...but not this one

One of the better BK Outlets. Been to a few. Most look dirty and tired but this is a better one. Staff are fine. Service fairly quick and order accurate. Handy for the Office also.

Meal deal which cost £4.99, for this it included a choice of a double stacked burger, fries, sides and a drink. Very tasty and warm, the burger and bun was quite small in size though. Service was quick as there was not much of a queue. The chap who handed me my tray said 'Have a nice day' which was a contrast to the bored looking person taking orders. Seating area kept clean by a janitor and plenty of space.

It is bad for business to be told you cannot use cash. It’s sad that your kids cannot go and buy a burger with their pocket money and have to use a card. The mint issued a new £50 note this week . If they are still making money we should be allowed to spend it. The new burger king in Ordsal won’t last long if they don’t accept cash. On a plus side the food has shrunk in size but more expensive

You order at the counter and wait while your food is prepared. We had burgers and ice cream, both of which were of good quality and reasonably priced, There is plenty of seating in the food court and it is handy to be able to get a quick meal before doing your shopping in the outlet.

If you like a good beefburger or any other choice, you can think of - then this is the place to be - without any doubt Definitely well worth more visits if you like beefburgers that much

The sevrice here is very quick and efficient and the burgers are always fresh and tasty. The food is not left lying around for ages. The service is always very good and the ice cream is nice too,

Service was slow. Staff didn't seem to know what they were doing. Order was completely wrong. Save your effort

Just a quick meal in and out, food you can not fault. Great service from the burger king staff at the lowry

It does what it says on the tin. Fast food which was warm and edible. For me this outlet is not as good as others that I use. But it fills the gap.

We got very good service with our burgers and ice cream even though the centre was busy. The food was hot and very tasty. To be recommended if you want a snack whilst shopping.

I personally am a burger king fan and although they are not as plentiful as McD i think they are better and although more expensive its worth the extra money IMHO. This one is in the food court so there are lots of tables the queues are acceptable.

Popped in for breakfast not many other open.very miserable staff.very unhelpful.got my order wrong don't go there not value for money

We work in The Lowry and visit Burger King weekly - staff always miserable, and always a long wait for food - even if there are just a couple of people in the queue!

Serving the usual Burger King food It is in a food court so there are lots of other choices too if anyone doesn't fancy one, & there is a large indoor eating area.

I was very dissatisfied in this restaurant. the operator did not understand English, asked for lunch several times and made it wrong in the final.

There was a huge queue but it soon moved along, service was very prompt. Food was as you would expect, tasty and filling.

Just had a ice sundae. Very cheap only 99p and very tasty. Burger king is part of the food hall on 1st floor. Ok for a snack.

If you go to Media City you will most likely be staying in a Hotel (if you are going over night) Bed and Breakfast is the norm, but later in the day you will need something to eat the Hotel food will be good but expensive especially if you have the kids with you, (you are talking about £ 12.00 for burger and chips each, ouch. If you go into the Lowry outlet and go up the escalator right at the far end (right in front of you ) you will see a food court, in that food court there's a Burger king (it's right on the corner as you enter the court) all the usual Burger King Meals and all a lot cheaper than the Hotels, the service was quick the food was good the staff are brilliant ,plenty of seating you can't go wrong . You could stay and eat in the Hotel (we did the first night and it cost us £24.00 for basically the same sort of food , ) lots of different eating places in the Lowry Outlet and a lot cheaper, the choice is yours, Happy Eating. Just one other thing most of these will close at about eight p .m .

Needed something quick after a long drive and BK hit the spot. Plenty of parking in the multi storey car park adjoining the outlet and large, clean toilet block between the car park and the shopping mall. Service was a little slow and there were not many tables free but, to be fair, it was lunchtime and it was school holidays. I tried a side order of some cheesey thing but it seemed as if the "cheese" was mainly potato mash. All in all, pretty average and nothing special

Usual Burger King offering. Staff are pleasant and there's always plenty of places to sit in the food hall.

I go at least one a month if I’m honest as I like a BK and its easy access being in the food hall; my only gripe is even though its fast food you always have to wait even though the Lowry where this is situated is never packed

Staff are lovely and polite at this place, but disappointed to see nothing is remotely healthy. Preferred to go hungry.

Visité Burger king después de un viaje al cine. He estado aquí varias veces y no tuvimos problemas aparte de cuando teníamos el desayuno que era terrible. De todos modos, entonces dos grandes comidas verdosos king. buscando en ambas hamburguesas pensamos que algo iba mal, ya que estaban rotas, no parecían muy fresco, entonces me di cuenta en la parte inferior de mi butger había un color grisáceo. Le pedí a mi compañero si creía que era moho y él dijo que no estaba seguro, pero parecía que en el resto de el panecillo y había más moho, oían mucho más. Yo estaba mortificado especialmente porque estoy embarazada, pero por suerte no he comido nada. Me tomó ambas comidas y explicó lo que habíamos encontrado y quería un reembolso. Restitución dado, sin ninguna pregunta pero no parece que nadie en la parte de atrás tenía prisa para mirar las otras bollos. Sin duda un "no, no en otra visita.

Not really bad. 2nd floor of Lowry outlet. Although I am not Burger King fan, but I would recommend if you are in a hurry. :)

Bij burger king weet je wat je kan verwachten en dat is ook hier het geval. Het restaurant is echter geen prive restaurant, maar maakt hier deel uit van een "eat corner" die gedeeld wordt met enkele andere eetgelegenheden in het shopping center. Er is dus veel plaats! Wat jammer is, is dat de sluitingstijd van deze Burger King samenhangt met die van de winkels in het shopping center. Om 7 of 8 uur 's avonds kan je hier dus al niet meer terecht, ook al zijn de deuren van het shopping center zelf nog wel open.

first time in the lowry outlet so we visited burger king the staff were not friendly couldn't understand what we wanted when we did finely get our food it was cold plus orderd large and it was the same as a small meal when challenged staff they said that's how it is no exsplanation so be warned DO NOT GO THER

I've been to 3 Burger Kings in the last 9 months and the quality varies. I chose chicken nuggets this time. If I had been involved in a blind tasting I wouldn't have been able to recognise the meat that they supposedly contained- it was just some tasteless mush in the middle of a fried exterior. Needless to say I didn't eat them.....So the count so far is 2 terrible scores for Burger Kings- obviously for this one and another for an outlet on the motorway and 1 excellent score which was for the outlet at the Channel Tunnel.

We always find food here good value, fresh. can't go wrong here. Plenty of space to sit. Good value for quick snack

None of the eateries listed here interest me. They reflect the sad state of the area cuisine. I only frequent a few restaurants in central Manchster, and particular coffee bars also in centre.

good hot fast tasty food. good for a treat for the kids and ive always preferred burgers kings chunkier chips!

My experience at this branch was less than satisfactory. It was a quiet Tuesday with only a couple of people waiting for their food. I had to wait behind a frustrated couple because the lady at the till had messed up orders and was fumbling around with receipts along with another member of staff. When I eventually got served, she struggled to put my order in the till and had to once again get the help of her colleague, who asked me to repeat my order twice. I then waited for what seemed like an age as she strolled around sorting out my order amongst the two other customers', checking my order 4 times in a lethargic, docile demeanour. At one point she even put down two burgers from my order and then picked one up and put it on the other disgruntled customers tray, crushing my hopes and dreams of actually getting to eat some food because I expired on the lowery floor. I personally think waiting around 15 minutes on such a quiet day is unacceptable and I was moments from asking for my money back. I would have understood if she had a trainee badge on but she just didn't seem to want to be there
