it was good, apart from the fact the cheese fries had like no cheese on them so 3 stars

order arrived missing burger from meal

Unhappy with most recent order from burger king. Almost 2 hours after it was ordered it was delivered. It was cold, and some of my order was missing. I ordered the meal deal where you get the burger chips and a side, the side was missing.

paid extra for gourmet chips and got next to zero toppings. wrong items that were also freezing. bk need ti get a grip with the idiots that work there

I hate using the touch screens so stood at the counter waiting to be served. An elderly woman employee told me that I HAVE TO use the screens. I should have left but was hungry. Others were turned away and directed to the screens, including a young mum who simply wanted a sachet of tomato sauce, she was made to navigate the screens whilst her meal went cold. Disgusting customer service from the white haired woman. Our chips were cold so my mum mentioned it to a male with glasses. He promptly brought us fresh chips along with an apology. He's the reason for two stars rather than one. Burger was good.

Gave me a bacon cheeseburger instead of a double, missing a portion of bacon cheese fries, and the portion that I did get was stone cold

Shop always empty and no drive through queue but it still takes 25 minutes to get an order made...

My only complaint is that the burger could have been a bit warmer.

The speed of service was brilliant and very kind staff.

Never seem to read order notes. I mean why else is the box there to type? I'm talking over 10 times with customisations and nothing. Staff blame the drivers but the drivers don't make the burgers 🤷

Went in for lunch earlier today and the customer service I got was absolutely brilliant. Kyla was fantastic, she welcomed me in and asked how my day was going etc, she also gave me recommendations on what to have as I was not sure. My food was brilliant, and the place was tidy and clean. I would recommend this place highly for somewhere cheap and easy to eat out 😀

Ordered bbq melt burger, with chilli cheese bites and large drink. Burger was ok as only had small dot of sauce on it. Drink machine had no ice and juice was warm, other machine was out of order. Partly disappointed overall.

Food was cold and they ignored comments re not adding certain things to burger. Not great if someone has an allergy. Obviously just used whoppers which were already made up as added cheese wasn't even melted. Kids Cheeseburger was dried up and hard.

Late delivery was not down to the driver but in the time it took to prepare the food.

2 and a half hrs for food to come. Had to leave at 7pm. Ordered before 5 and never received any of my order. I would like a refund

Halloumi fries piping hot! Great! Perfect order and even remembered my dip! Only thing I'd ask for is the burger to match the same temperature as the Halloumi fries but on whole so much better than mc Donald's who hardly ever get a full order correct

Food wasn’t delivered at the time it says it was delivered. Still waiting for order but says on here it was delivered when I have pictures from the back of ten when it still said it was running late.

Very poor service. Couldn't get what we wanted via the kiosk..went to the counter to order and was told (barked at) food has to be ordered from the kiosk not at the counter!! Left immediately and went elsewhere. Not always a convenience using the kiosk.

Order placed at 18:50 and food received 20:39, appalling delivery time!

Won't get anything you ordered from this place, never send juice with meals and when they do they put it in the same bag as your hot food. Same goes for the ice cream. Even when you leave a note asking them not to. Food is always so cold you need to microwave or it's unedible. And they have the cheek to dispute it when you claim your stuff is missing and/or cold.

Served by Kyla, who was friendly, yet efficient. my order was completed quickly and was delicious.

food was mediocre at best £8 on some mediocre whopper service was horrendous was forced to put the review asking if i had a phone and put a 5 star review as they were caught recycling the other workers emails falsifying reviews .atmosphere was also boring as there was practically no one else their overall dreadful experience .DO NOT COME HERE !!!!!!!!! AND creeped on me i am 15 and was saying how i had a beautiful beard i feel harassed and genuinely sick to my stomach as i have been scrolling through the rest of these reviews i have saw that Joanne has also been referring to people as”darling” this is despicable behaviour disappointed burger king sort out ur staff

Fast service and lovely customer service off Morgan

Went to this Burger King for lunch today. Once my order was brought out to the car I noticed that one of the meals was wrong. Took it back in to swap it for the correct meal. The girl who took it off me proceeded to put the obviously open burger back under the heating element amongst the other burgers sat there. I can only assume to resell this burger to not waste stock as why wouldn’t you just throw it in the bin. Will not be returning to this Burger King as I’m honestly disgusted by this as for all I know I’ve had someone else’s burger that was returned.

Ordered 4 Chicken Royal Meals at 16:20 and finally delivered at 19:00! Missing 1 Chicken Royal and sent full sugar coke instead of coke-zero. 3 diabetics in this house waiting 2hrs 40 minutes for food!

My family came to irvine Burger King and place was very clean and tidy. Customer service from staff were so polite and couldn’t be anymore friendly. Seen how they work so hard. Also The food was spot on and felt so fresh. Hundreds to choose from so never a disappointment on something you may want here. Would recommend anyone to come along and try out. As we will be returning in near future again and again . :-)

ordered £35 worth of food and was given a £5 kids meal. the receipt on the kids meal showed it was an order for pick up and not delivery. driver said it wasn't him and Burger King says it wasn't them. Burger King also said they can't do another order has it has to go through just eat apparently. 0/10 experience, would avoid. if you do order, go into the store and make sure you get what you ordered. absolute joke.
