Food is always made fresh to order & staff are lovely. Never an issue.

We come here regularly, staff are so friendly and helpful and food is always fresh

Waiting 20 mins for a meal and chili bites is unacceptable. Having 1 member of staff doing just eat orders and in store order is not effeicent.the place needs a good.clean the heat chute is full of grease needs degraser the place lacks leadership.

Will never order again. We tried 10 times to get through on the phone only to have the phone put down on us twice. we landed up having to go into the takeaway as UBER driver cancelled our order cause he claimed he could not find our address. However he sat in his car for 3 min outside out house. Manager was not helpful at all and buggered up the order for a simple chicken royale - no letteuce or dressing. Staff looked seriously unhappy just to work there.

I took my three 3 kids to burger in the in irvine and its was the best experience I have ever had a everybody was so helpful and so polite need to employee more staff like this for your other stores well done guys keep up the good work great experience for me nad my daughters 😃

Only come here as a treat. Sometimes a bargain can be found if ordering from app for collection, have touch screen ordering inside but haven't used.

Spacious parking. Though its entrance is confusing at night as its a narrow road connected on a mini roundabout.

Went to the drive through at BK Irvine today and what a lovely pleasant server we got. Our food was ordered easily and because we took the vegan option our food was freshly prepared for us and brought to us quickly. Love the chips and vegan options at BK they’re so tasty.

Went in earlier for some food,staff member Claire was very friendly and couldn’t be anymore helpful as I struggled using machines,food was great aswell

Stone cold chips and we ordered the share box which didn’t even contain half of the things it was supposed to!

Food was stone cold. large fries were same size as smallest portion available. 2 burgers were smooshed and one was practically flattened. almost £30. won't be ordering again. delivery driver was polite though. if you can't be arsed to prepare and package food properly, just let someone else do the job.

Took over 2 hours from ordering to delivery. When it came food was barely warm and items were missing.

I ordered a BBQ vegan royale meal and got normal cheese burgers instead. as In vegan I could not eat them. then when I complained to just eat they are refusing to compensate me as I gave the delivery code to the driver. This is appalling service from both Burger King Irvine and Just eat!

Empty restaurant. Filthy toilets (blocked, sticky floors, stank of urine) several uncleared tables, cold burger. Lovely chips. Basic service, no smile.

Same as every other fast food about here constant get orders wrong ordered 2 burgers & chips chilli bites at drive thru went to beach to eat it but open it burgers missing checked receipt never charged for it but like all fast food about here cant get basics like an order right…So annoying! Tjey should read order back at drive thri to check they got it right! Hardly rocket science to take an order correctly..Loaded fries wete tiny but small portion & was missing the burger so very disappointed tried calling phone rings out mo-one answers mailbox full!!!

Don't get me started, ..... lukewarm food, apathetic staff, dull uninviting surroundings, ..... This is not my first visit, nor my first grievance.... and I know it's a "burger bar", but there's certain standards that you expect. But unfortunately Irvine is on a slippery slope.
