Burger Hut in North Ayrshire

ordered it at 1819, didn't come till 2019, food was cold.

When I ordered the meals the delivery time was 16:40 it came at 17:10, meals were cold and juice was warm

It was cold, as there was a 500ml can of monster in the bag during transit

1 item missing and 1 item was wrong. Disappointed, majority of order not right

Ordered 4 Chicken Royal Meals at 16:20 and finally delivered at 19:00! Missing 1 Chicken Royal and sent full sugar coke instead of coke-zero. 3 diabetics in this house waiting 2hrs 40 minutes for food!

ordered £35 worth of food and was given a £5 kids meal. the receipt on the kids meal showed it was an order for pick up and not delivery. driver said it wasn't him and Burger King says it wasn't them. Burger King also said they can't do another order has it has to go through just eat apparently. 0/10 experience, would avoid. if you do order, go into the store and make sure you get what you ordered. absolute joke.

Order was missing grandsons chicken nuggets 😢 only got chips poor.

My family came to irvine Burger King and place was very clean and tidy. Customer service from staff were so polite and couldn’t be anymore friendly. Seen how they work so hard. Also The food was spot on and felt so fresh. Hundreds to choose from so never a disappointment on something you may want here. Would recommend anyone to come along and try out. As we will be returning in near future again and again . :-)

Very nice. Burgers were nice and fresh, small chips were beey hot and from a fresh batch, however both large chips were only lukewarm and only half full.

Almost 2 hours after ordering, the app has changed to delivered when nothings arrived.

Order missing items. Called to ask for them to be sent out. Told to come pick them up. I ordered it for delivery for a reason. Still told no they won’t be sending my food out

Wish the fries had been hotter, had to eat them fast because they were going cold and they had a lot of salt on them - didnt think they were supposed to have salt on them now - i dont take salt on my food usually. Apart from that it was great.

Went for a wee treat and have been to Burger King Irvine a few times and always great quality of food cooked fresh and well in the kitchen with tasty ingredients. Front of house service is very knowledgeable about menu and great service. Can't complain and will go back again

Saturday afternoon was it was probably busy. Took roughly an hour and twenty minutes to arrive. By the time the food arrived it was cold like it had been sitting waiting for the delivery instead of cooking the order when the driver got to the store

No complaints, delivered in good time and burgers and chips were very nice.

Went to get dinner with my son. Was served by Kyla she was polite and friendly and knowledgeable of the meals served. Food was with us quickly and no issues. All in a good experience and will be back.

Exceptional service, didn't have to wait so long for the food and excellent quality do recommend to try this place its top notch.

Really unhappy, ordered 3 meals only 2 of which arrived. Expected to wait up to 7 days to be rectified. Shocking service!!

Food was shockingly bad it was cold and stale. The cheesy chips were laughable with the snide amount of cheese drizzled on two or three chips at the most. Will never be ordering again. Waited over an hour n half for most of it to go straight into the bin.

We ordered at the drive through and waited at the speaker for 10 mins before someone finally spoke. They took our order and asked if we could take a parking space, we waited outside in the carpark for at least 20 mins before our food finally appeared. The burgers were so dry and hard to consume. The chicken fries and cheese bites were fine. The Fanta we got tasted like out of date cream soda. Coffee tasted stale.

No complaints. Delivered quickly and all still fairly warm and fresh. Whoppers had plenty salad which was good as salad can sometimes be lacking

The staff at burger king went above and beyond today. When my mother and law tripped on the kirb entering the restaurant there was nothings they couldn't do for us. As soon as they realsied someone had fell the rushed to help up. They insured she was okay, took contact details, gave her a cup of tea, they also made sure to let us know, and call my 2 year old neice inside to get her lunch so it wouldn't get cold. The staff was so attentive and understanding. We can not thank them enough for today.

Missing a whopper but otherwise okay. Unfortunately there's no way to alert BK or Just Eat without requesting a full refund so hungry person is getting their own McDonald's instead.
