I understand that everything is cooked fresh from when you order, however it took ages to be served (there was only me in the store) and then I waited and waited and waited. It seems very much like deliveroo and just eat customers are a priority over those who wish to walk in, order and pay for their food. One burger meal took nearly 30 minutes, with 9 deliveroo/just eat orders being collected during that time (one by the same driver who came back for his second collection!).

The food took over an hour to come and the whole order didn’t even come and the food was cold when it did come

Burger boi is a must for those who love a burger. The toped mac n cheese was something else. Fantastic food, just be warned the cali stack is a fare eating

The worst smash burger I have had..missing advertised ingredient. Served with burnt bitter fried onions.... yuk. Thown away.

All of the food is seasoned really well and the food is excellent quality. The chicken wings are great and I also love the macaroni cheese. Their churros are always great too.

Very expensive food that taste was very shade 🤮. Please don't spend your money for that shade 🤮 food. Go better some other place to eat nice food.

Burger was actually good but no way worth the premium price. Paid for extra bacon and got one strip which is just insulting. Chips were undercooked and soggy. Chicken was dry and underseasoned. Would be alright if this was a cheap takeaway but you're paying a lot for low quality food.

Came with my better half we enjoyed the food , we had cajun fries & sweet potato fries both were nice inferno stripes each I had inferno boi. Hospitality & service was all round satisfied. My better half wish they served TEA

We came to burger boi this evening at around 11.08pm and as we walked in the girl on the roll shouted we are closed . I checked the time and seen it wasn’t near 11.30pm the advertised closing time . I understand closing up earlier but there was delivery driver collecting and she was just standing on her phone obviously a long shift and she just couldn’t be arsed to serve us !

Burger patty was in pieces on the bun, overcooked and dry

I was served by a gentleman Mr Aman, the food was prepared and served very quickly and promptly. The Service paid Mr Aman gave was remarkable and deserves a pay rise.

Scott Arms - Absolutely disgusting customer service - waited an hour for my food - called - the lady kept hanging up - then when I finally got through to her she said that someone came in and stole the food !! What a loads of nonsense - the last time I ordered was jan and the burger was burnt ! I thought with time there may be some improvement - but no - awful service - awful food ! It’s so expensive for what you get ! Extortion Scott Arms Restaurant is awful !

The place was really nice, the staff were helpful & friendly. It was my first time coming here & everything looked great but the taste wasn't me. It wasn't what I'm used to. I like lemon & herb flavours or even a peri peri but there wasn't that option, everything had to have a sauce. The food took ages to make as well.

ordered off uber didn't get my drink got rock hard fries, an ok burger and this joke excuse for oreo churros?? don't waste ur time or money.. nearly £24 for nonsense so pissed

First time I’d been after seeing the place a few times, food was top notch, price was about average for a smashed burger place. If I had to knock anything it would be that I never had the option of normal fries/chips, the flavouring on them I enjoyed anyway!

Outstanding service from weekend staff, the Rasta man to be specific haha, would recommend this to anybody passing by.

Waited 25 mins for my Take out order. Got home. Live 5 mins down the road. Chips cold not even warm. Never again

I can say the burger was delicious, couldn't have had a bigger one as it would have been to much for me. The chips with all sorts on them are delicious as well, but the churros weren't so great, kind hard. But overall the food was really nice. Cannot give a review about atmosphere as it was a delivery.

Came and stopped off for a bite at lunch, food was great quality at a reasonable price. Brother running the place is a serious host. Will be back soon

First and last time I will be ordering from Burger Boi (Scott Arms). The burger was well over cooked some might say burnt. The fries were good and the pop was cold which is a positive. Sorry very disappointing it pains me to say that McDonald's would have been a better choice.

Smash burger is under whelming no crust on the patties which is the whole point of a smash burger. Also the seasoning on the burger was basically non existent slight taste of pepper. Burger boi sauce was ok but nothing special. Chips are good crispy on the outside and fluffy in the middle, but imagine spending £20+ on food and the only thing that’s good are the chips! Delivery was quick. Overhyped and overpriced not a good combination. Cheat meal fail. Think the people that are leaving positive reviews haven’t had a good smash burger before 😂

Arrived just after 11PM on a Friday. Was told they are closed even though there was food being cooked. Turns out they only accept Uber Eats orders after a certain time. Wasn't offered to have my order taken at all - or no apologies for the inconvenience. So I ordered collection on the app even though it's the same thing as just being served at the till. After waiting 30mins for my single Cali Burger another customer walks in and they take his order at the till. Finally got my food at 11:55, granted they were busy but a single burger, come on. Wasn't given any napkins or anything despite selecting the Uber option for utensils and paying 5p extra on the app for no reason. Good food, terrible service, high prices and no cheap options like a basic cheeseburger.

Drove past the place few time - but decided to make a u turn today. Honesly it did not disappoint. Burgers were juicy, sweet potatoes fries crunchy as hell.. will they see me again, 10000%

There was no top bun on the burger 2 of the 3 burgers were burnt tried to call the shop 4 times and was just cut off save your money!!!

They offered excellent services at burger boi. Went in to chill even though I waited a while for my guest to come, I was relieved well. At the end the meal I ordered was filling and the burger was amazing. Two lovely ladies and a guy I remembered as Joseph.

AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! If I could give this place a 0 I would. I ordered from here no issues previously, March 2024 I placed an order which arrived with missing items I called Uber and they directed me to the store, who then said not their problem and that they won’t do anything about it and were very rude about it (this left with me with a half missing order no refund and/or replacement) MAY 2024 I’ve placed another order, I placed a note stating only cheese on the one burger - this arrived with all salad ect. I called the store and told them this to which they replied with “NAH” how insanely rude. I then came in person to show them the note and the food which was wrong and they then said okay we will remake, the remade order was missing the extra patty (which was an extra charge) and was NOT fresh. If you value your money and time don’t even look in the direction of burger boi Scott arms.

I ordered for delivery, and the whole experience was amayzing. The Burgers are like home made proffesional burgers. They are super tasty and look exactly like the pictures. The Boxes that they were delivered in, are ridgid and very high quality. They also held the burgers to be in the perfect shape, and on top of that they unfold to act as a plate. Ordered this Via UberEats. You pay probably higher than what you would inshore but that's fine. For approx £10 for their cheapest burger, really disappointing. The burger was no where near enough as good or tasty, as other local places like Wall Street Burgers. For the same price, I get minimum 2 pattys in a basic chicken burger, and a lot more flavour. I also ordered, Churros which is advertised as Churros with dipping sauce. No dipping sauce came with it. The chips are along just under £3 because there coated apparently in cajun seasoning. The chips I had, 100% were refried or stale chips. 1 was so burnt I didn't know if it was a chip or a piece of wood from a tree. For 2 burgers, 1 chips and 1 dessert in churros, costing just under £30. This place is absolute no go. Food is no where good enough, and I can only put the high price down to the packaging it comes in. Which is excellent however, must definitely come at a price hence the prices they charge you!. Recommended after eating at another branch, but this place will not be getting my custom again.

Me and my dad have come up from Devon, we were hungry and he had been to Burger Boi before. We had the Tuesday deal, which cost £15, for two burgers, two fries and two drinks. The value for money is astonishing. I throughly enjoyed my burger and every mouthful was so joyful, I had the Chicken Inferno Boi which was a delicious spicy treat. My dad had the triple cheese burger, we both were very silent for the entirety of the meal. I would recommend this to anyone who enjoys a burger and would still recommend this if you don’t, they have so much to offer. Thank you, Burger Boi.

I went a few days ago. The food for the price you’re paying would be expected to be good quality. The food arrived cold and didn’t really taste that good. The staff working in front also ended up being rude to another customer who was having the same problem with the food being cold. Definitely won’t recommend.

My family and I decided to order a burger boi from Uber eats, it’s usually a good choice for us to make but this time will probably be the last. We firstly had to wait over an hour for our order and after paying a high amount of money, we didn’t receive our full order. We called up the burger boi we ordered from (Scott Arms, Great Barr) and asked if we could get the rest of our order and their answer was to put it through on Uber eats again or to come and collect it. When my mom said no to this, as we had already paid the bill and paid for delivery, they then decided to leave the phone on the side and not talk to us to resolve this issue. It eventually turned into a battle of who was going to hang up first. I personally think this was very unprofessional and not the kind of service that we had hoped for. I hope in the future the staff learn how to deal with difficult situations and not run from them. We will NEVER order from here again. And we will NEVER recommend to anyone in the future. Ps. Our whole family works locally in customer service, this will be a very easy way for us to spread the word:)

We came from london and it was our first time . He helped us with what to pick and I must say he was right . Food was absolutely amazing definitely coming again . ! Been there yesterday for my first time since I saw on Instagram that there was a 2 meals for 15£ offer. I was served by this guy named Joseph he was really really kind in suggesting which burger I should have taken and also very funny. Amazing service, he also quickly cooked my burgers and they were absolutely delicious 10/10!!! Strongly recommend this place

Never again!!! Very rude customer service. Orderer four burgers and 5 fries food came after 1hour and 10 mins and it was stale freezing cold! Rang and explained and their answer was we can’t do anything about it and was told on the phone I don’t care how you received you food, found them very unprofessional, appalling customer service!
