.Burger and sauce - A Mixed Bag I recently visited Burger and sauce, and while the food was undeniably impressive, there were some notable downsides to the experience. Food (5/5) The burger was one of the best I’ve ever had. The beef patty was moist and flavorful, paired with a lovely sauce that elevated the entire dish. As someone who isn’t usually a fan of beef, this burger was a delightful surprise—extraordinarily tasty! The fries were also excellent: crispy, golden, and perfectly seasoned. Service (3/5) Unfortunately, the service left much to be desired. After a long wait, we had to ask about our order, only to find that the fries had arrived nearly cold. Adding to the discomfort, one of the staff members brushed through the dining area, asking guests to switch tables, while they eating.. This felt both unhygienic and unnecessarily disruptive. Atmosphere (3/5) The ambience was just okay. The space was cosy enough, but the door was left open almost the entire time, letting in cold air and making the inside uncomfortably chilly. Overall (3.5/5) While the food is outstanding and worth returning for, the experience was marred by poor service and a less-than-ideal atmosphere. If the management can improve these aspects, Burger Bliss has the potential to be an all-around winner. For now, I’d recommend it for the food, but I suggest tempering your expectations regarding service and comfort.

Poor service the staffs are not bothered about customer services , more flirting with each other took 25 min to get my order. It's was t busy at all.

Ordered before from this place used to good food standards have since dropped I ordered today burgers was raw and under cooked with blood in them and even fries are so hard they have no taste as for the chicken wrap it tasted like it was cooked 3 days ago

Saw this place on my way home to London, was walking into Sainsbury's and this place caught my eye, was welcomed as soon as I walked in, ordered the chicken burger meal which was excellent and value for money, will definitely visit again when I'm in the area

Been eating here for the past few weeks as am working away and it seems like the best option in the area. I’d give the food a 8/10 it would be more however am not the biggest fan of there homemade sauces. The service on the other hand is incredible. Each night I have been in there I have been greeted straight away by staff and spoken to very polite. The staff always seem to make small conversation and have a laugh. This is the main reason I keep returning as the service is impeccable. Food is ready asap and is always nice and fresh and warm. Defo recommend.

Love their service, cleanliness and of course the delicious foods. My favourite so far the burger combo.,festive burger and Angus steak. Definitely 1 of my favourite.

Food was great. Customer service was top tier, had a lovely guy called qasim serve us and he was very friendly and recommended some popular food choices which didn’t disappoint. Would definitely go here again.

Always they slow with dlivery orders.the last time i was picking order, the guy and the girl at customer service seemed not happy to work.

Really had a bad experience today in this restaurant. Cold food was served and gentleman at the reception was so rude. Worse service was provided and never experienced anywhere before. He provided wrong drinks and also missed some of them, when we asked him to provide correct drinks then he showed attitude and was not apologetic due to his own mistake. Would not recommend this restaurant at all!

Went there today with family and nearly spent £60 and received absolutely terrible service. Young skiny guy with beard was very rude on the counter (Date: 5th Nov, Time: 19:00pm). We asked him to give bottle instead of cans and he wrongly gave me can, when i said i requested for bottle then he started getting upset and gave me weird looks. My wife was also surprised how can you create a fuss when you have not taken the order correctly. Absolutely terrible service and we have decided not to visit Burger & Sauce from next time because it is not worth going with the family and getting upset due to their poor service. I will suggest when you have such a great atmosphere then also train your staff properly with some decent behaviour.

Prices have been out up but not mentioned. Now you cannot have a bottle drink with your meal. There is an extra charge. You have to have a tin of drink. Was not informed

A common food place for us with plenty of parking and seating inside, highly recommend this locationg over other branches, if you enjoy eating burgers and loaded fries Staff are super friendly, always get the best service from Iza (definately needs a raise) and food never disappoints.

When this restaurant first opened, the food was fantastic. However, like many places that become successful, the quality of both the service and the food has gradually declined. My most recent visit was the worst experience I have had. I waited at the counter while a staff member was sitting on the floor stocking the fridge, completely ignoring me and continuing with their task. After some time, the staff member finally got up and asked how they could help. I ordered a beef burger meal and a chicken wrap meal. I waited for ten minutes, collected my order, and drove home about 9 miles. When I opened the food, the first thing that caught my attention was the fries - they were hard and awful. This indicates that they have switched to cheaper fries, which are not enjoyable at all. I'm sure I am not the only one who has experienced this decline in quality. Overall, I did not enjoy the food and I will not be returning anytime soon. Thank you.

Been here plenty of times and it’s safe to say it’s always good. The food is very reasonably priced, quick and fresh. It’s usually relatively quiet when we go which makes for a nice eating experience. Unfortunately the last evening we went was Sunday 1st September and all the tables were dirty. After we ordered at the till, we asked the girl if she wouldn’t mind wiping down a table for us, to which she agreed. We waited stood up (and I was holding my daughter) in hopes that would serve as an indicator that we were waiting for the table(s) to be wiped. The table never did get wiped, but fortunately a man who was waiting for his food at the only clean table got his food and left, so we opted to sit there instead. I’d like to give the girl serving the benefit of the doubt. But the restaurant was very quiet, it was only about 5pm and she was not serving anyone else after us at the till.

There’s inflation then there’s being pure greedy for money how has it gone from just four quid to £7 absolute joke used to order from here every week but not anymore that’s extortionate price 😂😂how can you charge £7 for something that doesn’t even fill you up on its own

it’s minnie here guys, little dashound, i would like to make a complaint that they threw me out the shop, i feel violated as im a dog and i only wanted to go with my mom to get some food, im gonna set up a compaine where pets can be aloud in here and eat food with there moms. im really upset and and they’ve really hurt my fur feelings 🐶😢

Fantastic food, the food was piping hot to the point I burnt my tongue from eating the wings loool.The burger was dense and delicious aswel as the loaded fries.VFM.Kitchen staff are very fast in preparing the food, thank you chefs👌.The server lady at the till had a very uncaring attitude not even a smile, it just seemed she did not want to be there based off her attitude which I understand in hospitality trade.But everything else was fantastic.

server was very rude didn’t make us feel comfortable at all, embarrassed us while there was a big que by saying we couldn’t pay with the £10 note because it had a tiny rip in so made us go to another shop and get it changed before paying for our order.

The burgers were amazing a lot nicer then other burger places. Unfortunately the toilet was dirty and underneath the tables had not been swept or mopped

Best burgers in town from a very unassuming burger bar, not much atmosphere and staff look bored but the food is great.

Having visited Burger and Sauce in Castle Vale for over two years now, it's become a familiar place for me. The nacho burger, in particular, has earned its place as my favorite. While the burgers are mostly good, there are occasional lapses in the freshness of the patties, although they remain decent. The easy parking and consistent service make it a reliable choice for a satisfying burger experience.

Today I went into burger and sauce and I got myself a burger meal . The burger itself was well packaged but when i opened it there was an insect in my burger . Fair to say I won’t be coming here again .

Ordered deliver. Fries cold. Drink warm ! Chicken burger was good as usual. Cod burger was bad. Hardly any tartar sauce on it. If you Charge £6.50 effectively for a fillet o fish. At least put some tartar sauce on it ! The fillet was thin and not like I had it when it was first introduced. Won’t be ordering from this branch again.

Sort your fries out please, uk fried chicken has better fries quality than this and that's a shop that sells £2.50 burger meals with a drink ...its a MUST you have quality fries ESPECIALLY if you are trying to create a branded franchise... Chickens nice , beef is nothing special , fries are amongst the cheapest quality ive come across. .

Great place for a munch. I recommend the fiery legend, chicken strips and signature fries. Staff is generally helpful. They have ample parking and a bit of seating. Restaurant is generally clean and the big windows let a lot of light in.

Almost every week missing items on large orders via uber eats delivery. Fix up its getting ridiculous

Ordered my food on just eat at 7:30, delivery was meant to be between 8:20 and 8:40. Came to 9:00 so I’ve rang to see where my order is for them to tell me they have no delivery drivers for just eat and that I should cancel my order and re-order with Uber eats instead?! So if I didn’t ring up the order would have just been left so I’ve then had to go and collect it and still wait another half hour in the store while my bag of food was ready for ten minutes sitting on the counter. Chips are like cardboard, burgers were cold and the service after the whole mess about with just eat order in the first place was terrible. Waste of £40 and would definitely not recommend eating from here.
