Worse food you can get, best service

First time I came everything was good ( portion sizes, charged right ect.) However second time also the LAST (different worker) I placed an order for a large cheese burger meal (old school burger) and a chicken wrap meal. The first time I came I payed near enough £6 for the cheese burger but this time I was charged £10?? He charged me for a heart attack burger which is a a half pounder burger instead!!! The portion size is definitely not large he skimped on the chips!!! And the large chicken wrap I was supposed to get he put in the two smallest pieces of chicken and filled the rest with salad literally! reading other reviews I do feel like this worker (asain) is purposely charging more and skimping out for the fun of it. DO BETTER YOUR LOSING CUSTOMERS!!!

Usually would give this place 5s across the board but today was a poor experience. Firstly the man working had the same gloves on for the whole time I was in the shop, handling 3 orders (of different meats), touching the til, fridge handles, grill tools, sauce bottles and ingredients. I was given a much smaller portion than usual including getting 2 chicken tenders rather than the fillet I usually recieve as part of my meal. At one point it looked as though the server thought I've put too many nachos on, had I not been watching I wouldn't be surprised if he took some off. I then asked for how chilli sauce and was told I wasn't allowed it was either mayo or chilli mayo. When I asked why he said the boss said you can't have it, and when I asked why it was chicken tenders rather than a chicken fillet as usual he said 'it's the same chicken.' When I replied yea but its a lot less than usual, he rambled on about something and then walked off to continue with the next customer.

Used to be quality meat now flat frozen meat salad trays half missing and been they all day lettuce brown said end of long weekend will not be going back

The food was ok, just needed more seasoning.

Amazing service! They even gave my baby some chips for free as my baby could eat my chips after them being too hot :) thank u for amazing service :)

ordered 2 portions of their 4wings and only got 4 wings eventhough I paid for the 8, I made sure with the person who packed my food if there was 8 wings in there before I left and he said yes only to find out once I got home there was only 4. Burger was nice but portions are small, won't go there again.

Very tasty food, I return 2-4 times a week. Salad is fresh and delicious, I recommend Donner with chips ❤️ Fried chicken burger ❤️ Monster burger is so big wow! ❤️ Staff are friendly, helpfull.

Over priced for the quality of the burgers , meal cost £11 , chips were OK , salad was fresh, quality of the burger it's self was way below standards cheap gristlely burger meat .. much better options within walking distance save your penny's

Stumbled in there drunk at 10p.m. and was taken aback by the quality of the food. I'm from Germany so I have pretty high standards when it comes to (fast) food. Usually, the English chips are too bland for me but these were SPICED with the best blend of spices I have ever tasted in the UK. I couldn't believe it and was talking about it the whole way home (39 minutes). Totally satisfied. We even got a dip for free. 11/10 will come back <3

The cook chef never changes gloves between taking the raw burgers & ingredients out then handling your salads, buns etc... EHO will likely close soon, watch closely if your ordering in there if you don't want to spend your weekend on the toiler
