Pizza was bland, tasted cheap and sickly. definitely not worth the money.

I haven’t got my food and if I have it’s early.

we waited in the lobby of hotel for meal. for 45mins.... the courier did not have anything on to identify which she was...

Been a customer of there's for years now .I can honestly say I've never had a bad a meal once .they accommodate your request .and also appreciate you leaving them a good message when ordering ..

usually a guaranteed slam-dunk from BSP, but tonight's was a below par effort, soggy lukewarm fries, crunchy kebab meat, and was absolutely drowned in sauce, meaning the pitta fell apart in ones hand(s).... other than that, it was bob-on.

My favourite place of all time and have been going here for a number of years. Friendly staff, even the new faces! Good is fantastic, service is great and place is spotless. A must visit place.

Delivery was quick but the food was awful. Luke warm, so cold by the time we came to eat it. The chicken was a really weird texture, and bland. The chips were too crunchy and greasy. Very disappointed as only ordered after reading good reviews. Defo won’t be ordering from here again.

Hands down best kebab I’ve ever had

very tasty garlic bread, kebab was generous portion of meat, wrap was delicious, can't fault the flavour. the only thing could of improved would be more sauce as was very little on their for the volume of meat, other than that was very nice will deffinatly be ordering again.

It was hot and delicious and the burger had the right amount of hot sauce on it

It really just wasn't great. Pizza came a bit cold which may have affected the taste. The chips were very dry and disappointing. The kebab meat was almost like a healthy version of kebab meat 😅 but didn't have the stunning flavour that we craved and the salad came on the side just lettuce, onion and cabbage with no seasoning. Honestly poor and far below the standard we expected from a 4.5/5 chip shop that led us to try it since our usual place was closed. The delivery window was spot on.

Missing cheesy chips and can out of burger meal. But food was great as always!

We have ordered from Burbage Star Pizza a few times but have noticed that the quality is not what it used to be. The cheese on our pizza was burnt, the base was undercooked in places, the chips and the mixed starter were completely cold. Also this time we requested a delivery time of 17:20 and they delivered it almost 40 minutes early! We were really disappointed sadly.

We received a small pizza for our grandson with pepperoni on instead of vegetarian. Not a problem within 10 min a new one was at the door. Great service. Lovely pizza. Square one too. Meat melt is amazing. Def our new fav place.

Quality pizza! The fact that it’s square means you get loads more and the box was full to the brim. The pizza dough was fresh as 👌👌👌👌 I rarely review on here, but, have to praise this place for the value for money and freshness!

Always earlier than the delivery time! Food is always hot and fresh and the cheesy garlic bread is the best around! Would not get it from anywhere else! Staff are super polite in the shop and the delivery lady is polite as ever and always arrives smiling!

Absolutely awful! Just ordered from here my partner was part way through eating his chicken burger to find the burger bun had mould on it!🤢 Meant to be a food establishment/takeaway serving ‘decent’ food, but clearly not! Rang up and made the complaint, took mouldy burger bun back into Burbage Star Pizza and whilst they did refund us in full, and offered a bottle of wine (which was declined! I can’t be bought), and apologise, it’s just not ok! A case has been opened with The Food Standards Agency. Partner has spent the evening being unwell. Do NOT order from here!

Food cold and the drinks I ordered was incorrect and unable to consume as I’m allergic to the brand. I ordered what was advertised and got delivered a completely different drink. Very angry!
