Great delivery service. Best food around by far. A good range of meat and veg dishes. Our favourates are Lamb Rogan Josh, (my husband says best hes had in a very long time) and mine is the Tikka massala. nan breads are soft and fluffy and delicious with the toppings or fillings. we are definately going to visit the restaurant soon. Food was excellent as usual. This is our favourite place to get curry. Great range of vegetarian dishes with some unusual options. We have never had a bad meal from here. The opposite they have all been really good. We think they are also great value. Will keep recommending to people and keep getting our food from here . Finally worth mentioning that the delivery drivers have also been friendly not just handing over the food. Many thanks Nick B

First time order lamb was spot on best takeaway I’ve ever had of the Indian variety

Just arrived back at home to warm up, we wore our coats in the restaurant. It was freezing. Service was slow. The food was mediocre and had far better in many other restaurants. Wouldn’t go back, too many restaurants that serve excellent food nearby.

Amazing food. Right prices. Portions sizes perfect. Menu options brilliant. Service very hard working. We will be back many times. But. Unnecessary bright Spot lights above dinning tables and large loud parties in the same room is the only downfall. But for me. The best korma ever. Rice was incredible. Wine was tasty. And I'll be back to try more on the menu.

I don't usually do reviews, but this one is really worth it! I am sad that I have been living in the neighbourhood and hadn't trying earlier. Brilliant tastes!

We went for the Sunday buffet and it was absolutely fantastic. The Lamb Bhuna was phenomonal as was the Tikka Masala. All the food was hot, service was attentive and atmosphere great. I'm already planning my next Sunday visit and couldn't recommend highly enough.

A thoroughly mediocre experience. The curry lacked flavor and depth, and the service was equally uninspired and inattentive. Not worth the price. Might give it another try, but not anytime soon.

Cold, luke warm would be optimistic so inedible with seafood in the order. The food looked like it had been smashed around in transit. This was my go to/ rave restaurannt and recommended Indian for friends and family since it opened, but the quality over the last couple of months has declined. Will not be ordered from here again . Such a shame.

Best non veg starters i have had since i came to the UK. I got a call from the resturant to ask about the dish and they even tried to customise it by asking which part of India i belong and customised the taste and spicy level accordingly. Really felt special and would recommend to anyone who is looking for food /starters that just tastes like in India. Thank you.

I've ordered from here lots of times but this order was the worst everything was really cold it wasn't kept in thermal bag to keep it warm and trying to warm it up everything didn't taste good complained via just eat waiting to hear back from them

I’m afraid it was bland, tasteless and very watery. I know it was korma but this was very disappointing seeing as for nearly £20 I got rice and chicken in pale liquid

I have just come back from the Sunday buffet. There were 9 of us in total which included 3 children. The service was excellent, nothing was too much trouble for the staff and they checked on you regularly. The food was good with plenty of choice and it was all hot and flavourful. Atmosphere was nice, felt authentic and laid back. We will definitely be back

food was half an hour late, missing one of the curries.. called the restaurant, they apologised and said it got let behind.. would I like it sent. well yes I'd like to eat the food I've paid for. finally got the rest of my order at 10pm.. 2 hours and 10 minutes after ordering. food was ok but expensive for what it is and cold by the time we ate it. was supposed to be a movie night for my daughters.

Dine at Buraans frequently with my family for the Sunday Buffet & it is amazing! Atleast 3 different curry options, rice, sides and the most unreal naan bread. Thank you kindly for making some chilli prawns today on request, much appreciated! Highly recommend this place, lovely ambience, attentive staff and delicious food.

It was our first visit here and certainly won't be the last !!. The service was great, our young waitress was lovely and the food amazing. The best curry I have had for a long time. Cannot rate highly enough. Will be back soon.

The food was really excellent. We are vegetarian so it was amazing to have Tandoori Tofu. All the dishes we ordered were very good. We had never had Aloo Beetroot chat it was a new taste and very good. We will definitely be ordering from here again. The delivery was just at the time we ordered.

I recently dined at Burranz and was thoroughly impressed. The service was exceptional, with attentive and friendly staff. The ambiance was stunning, combining traditional Indian decor with modern touches, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The food was outstanding. The Lollipop and Mixed Grill Platter were highlights, bursting with flavor. The Biryani and Fried Rice were perfectly cooked and delicious. To top it off, the Rasmalai was a divine dessert. Overall, Burranz offers amazing service, a beautiful setting, and unforgettable food. I can't wait to visit again soon!

Just had an amazing evening at bureaus. Haven’t been here for 18 months due to bad food and service. It is now under new management and what a great crew they are. Food was exceptional as was the atmosphere. Front of house are so friendly and happy to help. Behind the scenes is just as good with tasteful meals coming out. The buffet also looks really appetising. Will be rushing back for sure 5*

Good quality food however portion sizes are on the small size for the price. We were also missing rice with our meal. The mixed grill is very over priced for what it is. Decent quality but probably won’t order again.

I waste my money because of this order. This not friedrice just yellow egg rice. Dear chef if you don't know how to make friedrice please study after make.

Had high hopes for this takeaway as the restaurant has lovely food. Sadly the food was not very good at all. The Korma was incredibly and unnecessarily sweet and practically inedible. Our other two curries had about 2cm of oil on the top and the chicken was tough. Not very tasty either. The mushroom rice would have actually been good but it was spoiled by being drastically over salted. The naan bread was probably the worst I’ve had from a takeaway, being dried out, small and tasteless.

Extremely respectful, friendly, polite service, very humane and hospitable. Decor is immensely beautiful and handmade by the owners, lovingly designed and crafted by them. Genuinely the most beautiful venue I've encountered so far, but some strong competition out there too of course! We felt completely relaxed and at bliss there. The staff were lovely and did a perfect job. The food was absolutely exceptional, divine flavours, just the right amount of spice, completely fresh, very high quality, irresistible etc. Genuinely the best Indian food we've ever had, there are some truly amazing restaurants in Nottingham including for Indian food but Buurans is in a league of it's own. The food is made with genuine love, passion, deep knowledge and thus culutural history, its authetic and very layered in flavours. I really appreciated getting 3 types of chicken tikka as a starter option, the chicken chettinand curry was very much a pure south indian delight in the best ways possible, very exciting, refreshing and nice and spicy but not too much for us either. Naan breads were beautifully fluffy and tasty, the keema mattar was the best I've had in a long time, if not overall even and all the food on their menu was so reasonably valued, excellent prices and quantities, you really get your money's worth in both quality and quantity. There is a wonderful humility to this place mixed with genuine passion, talent, sincerity, heart and such, Buurans is a complete hidden gem and deserves to prosper for many, many years at least ideally. Too many restaurants and food businesses in general come and go these days and a lot of older restaurants are losing what what made them great and shutting down too sadly. But newer ventures and experiences like Buurans give hope and absolutely, exciting, enticing new experiences too and I implore to give this place a try and help support it. Thank you to everyone at Buurans for such a wonderful experience and making a terrible day so much better. Also I forgot to mention the fish amritsari was the best we've ever had in many years now, its so difficult to find places that actually do it well, to do it right and thus justice too and Buurans got it perfect. Really appreciated that too.

This is one of the best Indian food i have had in UK. Pradeep is very friendly, he never forgets to ask how was the food and if anything is wrong he always try to correct it personally. I really enjoy being there.

(normal evening menu not buffet) Food was really good. The veg sizzler had a nice selection and great flavour. Tadka Dal was really very nice, just the right amount of spice and all the right flavours. All the food was good. Non alcoholic cocktails were very nice. I'll certainly be going back there for more.

Chicken was really tough, although curry had a lot of flavour. Another curry had a lot of oil floating on top. Bread was mushy. Onion salad for the popadoms was a bit weird.

This is the best authentic curry house in Nottingham. 10/10 for taste, presentation , ambience and service. The punjabi murgh was perfection. Hope to be back soon.

Absolutely in love with this restaurant. I visited twice with my family and friends, the food was absolutely amazing. They specially gave us South Indian style food curated with different spice levels and Chicken 65 is still my favorite. The service was fantastic and they were friendly. I'll come back again :)
