Myself and my daughter came here today for dinner, it was quiet the staff were very freindly , the food was delicious . Σας ευχαριστώ

Wow..The service from the waitress called Rima was outstanding,she was so professional,but she added that something special by giving eye contact at all times..I had a medium rare steak and specifically salad..It was perfect,I’m a restaurantuer,chef.it was just like I’d cooked it..spoke to the owner emilio to thank him personally,He was genuine,passionate and above all honest..Has a chef myself I don’t do this many times but I must admit 11/10..i definitely will be returning

I took the boys for their first visit (7 & 9) and we all really enjoyed it. Food was great and more than we could eat, service was friendly and welcoming. Really good value for money and they made a fuss of the kids. We had a full Mezze which was fantastic and great for the kids to try new things, the dishes just keep coming. I have had Lamb Kleftiko before which is also amazing. 5* from me and 10* from the kids 😄

We loved the food, the taste is very homemade and you can feel the real Greek flavor. I ordered a spanakopita and it was wonderful, as was the tzatziki with quality Greek yogurt. My boyfriend ordered pork soublaki with very good rice, we really enjoyed it! We will definitely return

We visited here while in Nottingham for a test at Trent Bridge. We booked in advance, which was a good decision given it was extremely popular. Much of this was a result of an engagement party which certainly generated some noise. The food itself was very tasty, even if it was not as pleasing to the eye. Service has helpful and friendly but was showing the stress signs from the busy evening.

Lovely food but small portions for the price .They used to have Greek dancing and a belly dancer which were great and set it apart from other places now it’s just a DJ .Had a good night but not value for money

Amazing atmosphere, delicious food, friendly staff and affordable prices! I have been to Emilio’s a few times before and I have always loved the atmosphere which is why we chose to celebrate our engagement here with 50 guests. The food was of such a high quality, the staff were friendly and welcoming and the DJ ensured everybody had great entertainment throughout the night. All of our family and friends could not stop talking about the food and have all said they will return again in the future. Thank you Emilio and staff for allowing us to celebrate such a special occasion at your lovely venue.

Just arrived home after a wonderful evening celebrating my wife's pre 60th birthday can't recommend this place enough food and service were excellent & emilios couldn't do enough for us will definitely be back

Last visited 20 years ago. Recently moved into Arnold area. The food was excellent, the staff superb and really helpful. Will now consider this my regular eating place for evening meals

The food was tasty but small portions for the price charged.Service was good. I would have preferred more Greek dancing after the meal instead of the loud disco - there were too many children so it felt like being an uninvited guest at a wedding reception!!Probably wouldn't return.

Went to emilios for the first time again after 10 years as don't live arnold way , really enjoyed it friendly staff food is so nice and relaxing atmosphere will definitely go again soon .

We went on the 19th June and the atmosphere is amazing. We were looked after really well and the food was totally amazing. We had the Meze and there was much more than we expected. So tasty too. Everything was very well cooked and totally delicious. We will definitely be returning and we highly recommend Emilio's.

We visit Emilio’s regularly. Every time we get a lovely warm welcome. Had the Meze this time and it was amazing, feels like home cooking and always an abundance of quality and delicious food. It was my daughter’s birthday and we were offered cake but we couldn’t eat anything more. We will always return as the food and service is exceptional. Thank you.

Food is always good here. Be prepared for a long wait between courses if you are there on a busy night. Great atmosphere especially if you are celebrating.

We come here a lot and this place is by far the best greek restaurant I've ever been to. The host is friendly and the food is always perfect.

Only been here twice as an extra......great night on both occasions. As a collective (very large party) it was dealt with in an awesome manner, no one knows where a meal goes but rely on a party management. Can not fault that! Awesome atmosphere fantastic delivery...A+++(

Went for my father's birthday 27/03/2024. Greeted by, who I assume, was the owner. Extremely lovely gentleman who seemed to truly enjoy being there. Chatty and overall a pleasure to be around. Starters were delicious. We had a variety of starters between the 4 but the bread and humous were shared amongst us all. We all enjoyed. Noted some of the mains were cold. Personally, I did not find the vegetarian moussaka wasn't very flavourful and could maybe use more sauce. My sibling's steak was only 3 pieces of meat rather than a full steak, which is a shame because he said it was the best steak he'd had - in spite of there being so little. Sibling and mother had desserts and enjoyed them. Would've liked more cream with them, but overall enjoyed them. Really appreciative of the experience, a lovely meal with lovely company and a calm atmosphere. Would go back again.

We have been going here (a few times a year) since Emilios opened, 14 years ago. It is one of those excellent restaurants you can always rely on. We have only ever had exceptional food and service here, and know we can go here feeling confident that we know what we are getting. There are very few restaurants that can match up to what Emilios offers.

First visit here,food was delicious and would definitely re-visit, nothing was too much trouble. I have lived in the area many years and I have definitely missed out on this little gem.

The service for a last minute takeaway was, as always, fabulous.......if you haven't tried this restaurant yet... you're missing out on a great experience

Tuesday Evening meal out with a best friend for Christmas. We had food from the mid week deal. 2 courses £16.95 3 courses £19.95 I had prawn cocktail, which was a really good portion, and full of prawns. Delicious. I then had chicken skewers, with rice, greek bread, salad and a yogurt dip. Another good size portion. Couldn't eat it all as I wanted to save some room for dessert. For dessert I had chocolate Boston cake. It was delicious 😋. The service was really good, lovely friendly people. It wasn't too busy, so it was quite nice we could have a nice catch up etc. I have been before though on a Saturday night, and it was really busy, and dancing as well. Great place, would highly recommend.

Just returned from a memorable experience. Very busy but Emilio managed to fit us in. Service was exemplary, food brilliant. We had the shared platter of Greek starters, followed by mussels for my wife and Chicken Samos for me. Excellent food ( too much?!). With wine and beer came to £70. I consider that excellent value for money. Thank you for fitting us in, Emilio.

Every time we go here the food is fantastic, the atmosphere is just great and the service is great. It’s a great party venue with dancing when the meals have finished. What’s good about eating here is the food is cooked to perfection, the vegetables are fresh. They are so busy yet they don’t cut corners They have a good vegetarian selection too

Here, for a 60th birthday party 🎂 buffet was very good. Enjoyed the DJ & Greek dancing 💃 Beer was hit & miss my Cruzcampo stopped tasting like Cruzcampo towards the end of the night & more like Carling.

Nice Restaurant, Greek food inspired. Disco playing throughout meal Alittle off putting, but no more than the pale white ginger belly dancer ( thought belly dancing was Turkish) . Food was well prepared and presented. Good value for money. Wouldn't necessarily return as I was told it was authentic greek, food was , staff was , atmosphere wasn't ( Pavarotti posters? )

Went here on Saturday evening with friends. Good service from staff. Reminded me of my recent holiday to Greece. A nice end to a lovely hot day. At some point in the evening we got to see an exciting belly dance show. Recommend this spot for Greek food in Nottingham!

I visited here recently for a colleague's retirement party meaning we had ordered everything ahead of time. The service was very efficient and we got everything we ordered and the staff were very friendly and helpful. When it came to dessert however, a few of us were missed out. I immediately raised the issue with a server who was brilliant, she resolved the issue quickly and effectively so hats off to her. There was music too and when some traditional Greek music came on the staff got involved and showed us how it goes which was lots of fun! We got 3 courses for just under £25 which was all delicious and great value for money, the drinks were exactly what you expect when it comes to booze and it was also good value for money! Overall it was a lovely experience and I will return again when it is not a work outing!

The food here was good, although my meatballs was abit dry in the middle. Minus that the rest of the food was amazing as per usual. Atmosphere was good, hot...but entertaining. Music was abit loud for myself but minus that. All In all. A good evening 🙏.

We’ve just been to Emilio’s and I must say what a fantastic, memorable experience it was . It’s a family run business, fronted by Emilio himself , and what a marvellous man he is , nothing is to much trouble , and the food is fantastic. We will definitely be back

We have been meaning to try this restaurant for ages and it didn’t disappoint! We went for a family birthday and couldn’t decide what to order so went for the Meze. Wow! I’d highly recommend this as you get to try so many things. The food was wonderful! The muscles and calamari were unbelievable. There was so much food we couldn’t eat it all but they kindly boxed it up for us to take home. Our waitress was so attentive and friendly, it made the experience even more special. Emilio was there and was checking in on us and it was lovely to have a chat and a Metaxa with him! We will be back very soon, hoping to try the weekend next time when they have entertainment!

First Impression we couldn't believe how many tables there were available! The lady was welcoming and lovely throughout our meal. My food was delicious, but my partner said there were bones in his mixed grill, which put him off. The only thing I would change is that the table cloths need washing.

In Nottingham for a wedding next day. Found Emilios nearby the hotel. Very friendly and welcoming, fantastic food. Then found out there was entertainment/ plate smashing later, almost makes me want to travel back just for this restaurant.

I took my mother here after a long drive. We were hungry and too tired to scan the whole menu carefully, so decided on the special mezze. A great selection of dips and pitta bread came first, then Greek salad and six different seafood dishes. Next was a plate of Spanakopitas, fried halloumi, dolmas and koftas. The dolmas were particularly good, though koftas tasty but a tiny bit dry. By this time we were ready to explode and opted to have the chicken kebab and stifado and rice wrapped up to take home. Finally a large fresh plate of good quality cut fruit appeared (tangerine, orange, small sweet grapes and watermelon), which helped settle everything nicely. Service was friendly and helpful, (though admittedly there weren't many other customers there. Our server happily wrapped up leftovers, and we left with easily enough food (some of which we haven't tried yet - the stifado smells amazing!) for another meal for two. I would absolutely go again, lots of other dishes on the menu that I would like to try.

Dinner was absolutely fantastic! Fresh and exquisite food served by the lovely Freya! Freya was a delight, so attentive and warming, consistently ensuring we had everything we needed and went above and beyond to make our dining experience the best it could be! Thanks to Emilio for the incredible, authentic home-cooked Greek food!

I go here with my family a few times every year when my granddaughter is involved in a production at the nearby theatre. Every time Emilio and the staff are very welcoming, the food is excellent and it is very reasonably priced. We have the mid week special offers menu and it is always varied enough to suit everyone. The food is genuinely tasty home made plentiful portions. I've been a few times now and the standard is always high. I look forward to my tea at Emilio's followed by my granddaughter's entertaining shows!

Lovely owner!! But got to say we was a family of 4 we did a walk in on Father’s Day it wasn’t busy when we got there but started to get busy , very long wait!! The food was ok my steak was just all right, fries was cold and over done the kids seem to like there’s, my husband had to wait a little for his to come.

We had my daughters 40th here at the weekend and We had an amazing time, great atmosphere, beautiful food, great staff absolutely perfect in every way. Highly recommend xxxxx

Lovely to go back to Emilios. We haven’t been since Covid but on Saturday we returned and had a wonderful evening. We always have the mixed mezze and it is always fantastic . So lovely to see Emilio and Jo. We have missed you . Emilio and the staff are perfect hosts who help to create a wonderful atmosphere in the restaurant as we dance the night away after our food. This place isn’t on our doorstep but we are happy to travel the 26 or so miles to visit and make a weekend of it.

This place is just wonderful, Emilio is the perfect host and treats everyone like they are family, we went for my Sons 30th birthday and it was lovely we had two toddlers with us and Emilio didn’t charge us for their meal (although most of it ended up on the floor 😣) Highly recommended, oh and the food was absolutely delicious Simon/Jane and family (party of 7)

First time here on recommendation, it won't be the last. Lovely atmosphere, Amilio and his staff were chatty and funny. Great starter, main dishes, all very tasty dishes. The starter platter is wow.... They sell Sharps Cold River Cider too on tap which is lovely for the cider connoisseur who is bored of Strongbow. A perfect evening all-round.

Lovely night out, quick service, lovely food and an amazing host

Firstly i was places in a passageway where its constantly being tracked by people. The wine they brought to us was already open rather than it being opened in front of you after you order it, and the food menu straight up lies. I bought a fillet which on the menu was noted as 2no but receieved only 1. I reccomend finisng a better place.

Amazing night. Very family orientated. Highlight of the evening was the belly dancing. There was a good choice of food on the menu.

So after several trips to the greek islands and experiences with beautiful food i asked a friend to send what his dishes were.... Lamb kleftica and a chicken dish ..... What on earth and pathetic portions from the pics ... Zorba would be spitting sand at this in ARNOLD DEFO WONT BE VISITING

Warm, nice and cosy, value for money and with Greek background music, Emilio's is the authentic Greek restaurant you're looking for! After 15 years of living in the UK, I must recognise that this is ABSOLUTELY THE BEST RESTAURANT I ever been before!!! The food is nice and tasty, prepared with soul and fresh ingredients... MUST TRY!!!

We were a party of 6 the greeting was very friendly the service exceptional friendly banta with the owner as we were introduced to his brother in Athens a very enjoyable evening and we are looking forward to our next visit

We were warmly greeted and quickly given menus by a delightful lady who then served us our drinks. Wow! What an extensive menu, all of which sounded delicious! We were not disappointed, starters of prawns, calamari, stuffed mushrooms and prawn saganaki were enjoyed by everyone....
