Placed an order on Uber Eats. Took 20 minutes to cancel the order. Not the first time it's happened. Not trying again As I can't respond to your reply. Why is your business on Uber Eats when it's closed?? And why did it take 20 minutes to cancel?? So yes I think it's necessary to write this review.

Absolutely fantastic!!! Best homemade pasta I've had outside of Italy. And very affordable, too. Takeaway or delivery only.

Awesome! Our first time trying this restaurant, we were looking for a more authentic Italian pizza and we found it. Most pizza/kebab/hairdresser combination stores use Halal spam and poor ingredients causing us to pass 20+ places on the way to try Buono Italiano and it was well worth the drive out. Both the delivery driver and the store operator were warm and friendly with a genuine desire to look after customers, we felt welcomed and valued as soon as we placed the order. The ingredients were freshly prepared in front of us, the dough was hand stretched and cooked perfectly. We've loved every bite and will for sure be ordering exclusively for delivery and collection from these in the future. We couldn't be happier and highly recommend the awesome people and wonderful pizzas. 11/10 all night long!

I ordered a bolognaise and garlic bread and it is honestly one of the best I’ve ever had. Having visiting Rome this is the closest experience to the real things definitely will go again

Food quality was beautiful and also got a free cheese and garlic bread pizza which was a nice gesture I would definitely order thier again.

Food was congealed in the pot and clearly microwaved. Food smelt and tasted disgusting. To top it off, the delivery driver rang me for directions and had to stand in a thunderstorm to wave so he knew what house to come to. Im being declined a refund

5* all day! I ordered the seafood pasta due to the recommendation on Google maps, 10/10 so nice to get prawns an not water prawns in a takeaway meal! We ordered via buono website an got free garlic bread ab that was again 10/10. Chicken poppers. 10/10 Meatballs 10/10 Faultless. Great portion, friendly on collection, fair priced, made fresh, will be a returning customer & highly recommend.

Pasta was really nice, well seasoned. Portions were a good size.

I’m not one to normally leave reviews, however, the food was so exceptional, that it’s only right one is left! We had the garlic bread with mozzarella, carbonara and arancini balls - the food was delicious! The carbonara was creamy, well seasoned, fresh and hot. The garlic bread with mozzarella was home made on a beautiful stone baked dough and the arancini balls were packed with flavour and beautifully presented, soft on the inside, crispy on the outside! Keep doing what you’re doing - it was sensational and we’ll be back and also to dine in the restaurant!

First time ordering and definitely won't be the last. Gorgeous proper Italian thin base pizza and delicious fries. Excited to try other menu items next time.

Great fresh pizzas, nothing beats it

The tagliatelle pescatore was beautiful, really creamy source and a generous amount of muscles and shrimp. The calamari rings could have done with being a little crispier but overall a lovely takeaway. Would recommend to any seafood lover

Very disappointed - don’t know who has taken over but used to be great Italian style pizza but not anymore - more like a kebab shop pizza. Ordered double to freeze but now will be going in the bin. What a shame.

I was very apprehensive about ordering this tonight and I’d had a tough day at work and needed some nice home cooked food, the garlic cheese pizza was amazing unfortunately the lasagne was dry and over cooked via microwave…no sauce nothing. I needed water to help it go down! Margarita pizza looked like it had potential but the bottom was black…I have photos ! And completely took over the flavour. The mozzarella ball was chewy and burnt. I ordered a takeaway didn’t eat it , the meatballs where clearly cooked previously or cooked from frozen as watery no flavour and mushy ,the pasta and sauce was also watery seeming previously cooked and pre heated ,won’t order again very disappointed

First try of Buono Italiano last night via the Just Eat app. The food arrived within 30 minutes of ordering. The pizza and the garlic bread were both delicious and hot. The delivery person was polite and friendly also. Just the right size of pizza size offered (12”) and ideal for two people to enjoy and share. Based on last night’s experience, I can only strongly recommend Buono Italiano to others. Thanks.

Calzone and mushrooms in breadcrumbs was really tasty. Will be ordering from them again and I will recommend too.

Was looking forward to my food. I was very disappointed. The pizza was flavourless and wasn’t a big fan of the dough. The bruschetta was very sloppy so wasn’t great. The antipasti was covered in olive oil. So was not tasty. Maybe it was just a bad day. Will give it another try in future. The delivery was good and on time.

I have got to say this is one of the best places we have tried in a long time, we have sampled quite a few takeaways around the area, and we live in Ilkeston. I called the restaurant to give my feedback. The pasta, pizza, meatballs, bruschetta was simply out of this world, compared to big chains like pizza express and the price its simply amazing. Delivery was quick, driver was friendly, and the food was piping hot. Please don't stop delivery to Ilkeston and I wish you all the succuss with your restaurant I’m sure you will do really well! We will be back for sure to sample the rest of the menu.

Ordered from the resturant last night, the service was quick and friendly and the quality of the food was great! I would recommend ordering from them but a small note to the chef, the base of the pizza .. possibly the dough was unbearably salty.

This guy produces the most BEAUTIFUL authentic Italian pasta and pizza. Best spaghetti carbonara I have ever had. He's also the nicest guy ever. I would highly recommend this place and I wish I had discovered it earlier!

Totally recommend. As a family the kids all like different things so it’s always a mission to get a decision on a take away. The menu is fantastic so it was easy to find something they all like. The food was amazing, really really good. We had a couple of pasta dishes and lasagna. The smell alone on the drive home was wonderful. We finished it all and the kids loved it. I can’t wait to try some different dishes off the menu. This now tops my best take away list.

Ordered on Uber eats and unfortunately the wrong order was sent. However after a telephone call everything was resolved. The best Italian pizza and pasta in the area. I have ordered from plenty of places hoping to get great Italian pizza and food but to date it has never happened. lNOW I have found my absolute go to.. please believe me you should order from here. Fantastico pizza 🍕. Will certainly be recommending to friends and family.

After a long journey to our hotel. I Ordered this pizza on uber eats because they offered a 15 20 min delivery time. As it was 10:30 at night we picked the quickest delivery times over anything else. I called after 30mins and was promised the food had just left on its 2mile journey. 30mins later still no food. The food eventually arrived cold and soggy.

If you love real Italian food this is your place freshly made, I walked into this place my mistake and I'm so glad I did the people are so friendly, the shop is beautiful decorated, clean and food is exceptional, this will be our new place to go for pizza can't wait to try the rest of the menu and taking a trip to their restaurant in Nottingham.
