The pub itself has a great atmosphere and is a great place to go with friends and family but for me and my husband I am writing this review for the outstanding landlord Ian and his amazing staff who saved our wedding reception! They had less than a weeks notice to fully stock our venues bar and serve behind it on probably their busiest night at their pub. Everyone commented on how friendly and helpful you all were. Me and Tom can’t thankyou enough for coming to our rescue and providing the same atmosphere and service that you do at the Bulls Head.

A nice cozy atmosphere for a pub. Went for quiz nite. Good nite but the only thing was that the quiz stated it was starts at 8 & it actually started at 8:45.

The Bull's Head is a no frills old fashioned pub. If you are looking for fine dining then it will have to be pork scratchings, but that is not a criticism. The beer, the service, and the atmosphere are first rate with an acceptable beer garden. It is first and foremost a pub, nothing more, nothing less. If you want a pub to go for a good drink, this is the place. There is also a good selection of beers, from house to guest ales
