old undercooked garlic in the garlic bread and even the cheese tasted of nothing, whilst the chicken wrap has a kind of packet food flavour, not keen

Best pizza av tasted in a long time, fantastic.

Just a small order, but delivered on time and food was tasty and hot!

Garlic bread came stuck to lid. All folded up and smushed.

Smaller portion size than normal which was disappointing - but still the best kebab on the Wirral

Burger and chips were put in with cold drinks so when delivered the it was cold and the chicken was pink

The chicken was just dead fatty no real taste to it. Kids pizza was soggy none of us ended up eating it. All ended up eating kids chips as there were okay.

Sweatiest kebab I’ve ever seen in my life it genuinely soaked through the tin foil and paper my friend asked me if it just got off a 15minute sunbed it was dripping with grease idk how these places stay open serving food like that, clearly no pride.

this food tasted like armadillo meat, the donna meat is the same texture as a carpet of 15 years of use, and the pizza tasted like they threw the leftovers of last night on it, and to top it off, the chips tasted like hash brown. i may as well of played russian roulette because that’s the surprise i got. the 60p super noodles across the road is like a michelin star compared to this.

The food was really nice! I am quite fussy about food and I am usually disappointed by takeaways. This time I actually enjoyed it. Well done! Hopefully I will receive same service in the future. PS: I did not receive my dessert.

The restaurant staff are lovely, just eat drivers are an absolute joke!! He has given me half of someone else’s order and given them half of mine. He said call the restaurant! I spoke to the restaurant and they confirmed it’s his fault. This is unacceptable for small businesses this is not their fault. They have given the driver the correct orders and he has mixed them up! How is that possible you had one job? The food is faultless here so I would recommend calling them direct and ordering.

Had a new item since I last ordered. I had a huge Chicken Casserole that came with a beautiful fresh salad and large wrap. All fresh delish and perfect for a wintery night.

Ordered a chicken kebab but it came as a box of chicken and salad with a folded up wrap, rhe chicken wasnt from a kebab it was like pieces you get in a packet from asda, the pizza was lovely and the chips were nice aswel. Very quick delivery.

the food was vile. pink chicken. vile sauce. hash browns cremated. anaemic chicken nuggets. vile donner meat. pitta bread dry and fell apart. never going here ever again. delivered to quick so obviously not fresh.

We use bugsys on a very regular basis and the food has always been great, lately though the food does not seem as good, the chips especially have gone from fries to what taste like own brand frozen chips, undercooked and tasteless.

Pizza is far better than the big name places and a fraction of the cost. Never had a bad meal from here. Delivery was so quick. Thank you.
