Steak and side dishes were very fresh and tasty. quality was very high standard. Malbec wine was very nice. Place is small and felt but cramped inside. Staff was friendly and the price was just a little over for the venue and location.

I’ve never been dissatisfied with going to the Argentine steakhouse. The RibEye is simply xxx

Impromptu visit for an early dinner with the wife, service was perfect as were the dishes. We had Padron peppers to start with the chorizo with caramelized onions. I tried the Lomo which was cooked to perfection and my wife tried the BA Burger which was out of this world. Wouldn't normally recommend a burger in a steak restaurant but Im going back to have one myself.

The food was delicious as it always is here. The service was thoughtful and considerate, friendly and welcoming. This is the first time we have brought our children here and they loved it too.

Excellent food and place to dine. Staff were exceptional and food was served all together and on pipeing hot plates. It doesn’t take much to impress us diners and we’re all pleased with the food and atmosphere in this superb restaurant. Well done all staff, you were 10/10.

Lovely Valentines Meal at Buenos Aires. Fantastic food, atmosphere and service, though there was a bit longer than we would have liked between courses as it was obviously a busy night. Would highly recommend a visit if you haven’t been already.

Helpful, friendly but gave us enough time for ourselves absolutely first rate and the biggest reason we would book again. The steak was perfect and the spinach delightful. My husband and I visited last night and were met by the friendly team working. The service was fantastic, the team were attentive and the food was divine. We enjoyed our meal massively and will be back again.

Great evening out , good food and great vibe . A couple of the steaks were a little undercooked but the quality of the meat was outstanding so we didn’t mind .

Visited as a family group during the christmas break. The table was all set up and the servers were very attentive and polite but unfortunately the food really let this restaurant down. The portion size was small (we had the sharing grill board) and the chicken was overdone and tough

Had a fabulous evening, the food is always nice, and the service is just as good. The staff really made our evening, interacting with us, so friendly and making us laugh. Can’t wait to rebook. We attended on 22nd December so the noise levels were more likely linked to that and the festive celebrations, it did make it hard to hear sometimes but wouldn’t put me off going again. X

Excellent food, 1st class service, although it was busy we didn't have to wait a long time for our food, yet neither were we rushed or felt pressured to leave quickly when we'd finished.

Steak was cooked rarer than I asked for but it was delicious so I didn’t complain. Mushrooms were luke warm but the rest was exceptional. Impeccable service and attentive staff. One of our party was gluten-free and there was practically nothing available for her, all three chips options were coated in flour, the salad dressing contained gluten and only one dessert was gluten-free. Wine list limited to Argentina wines only

Came here for my partners birthday and was not disappointed. The food was great and catered to both meat eaters and vegetarians. The cocktails were very nice as well.

Food is always good here even though I ordered a rib eye steak and was in fact served a sirloin. I think this may have been because noise levels were high and although I corrected the waiter’s repeat of my order he didn’t hear my correction. My husband received his ordered rib eye. Anyway sirloin was tasty and melted in the mouth -therefore brilliant 2 steaks all round. Thank you.

We have visited here a few times before, and always enjoyed the outstanding food and wines. On Sunday, we took my Father along for a meal to celebrate his 90th Birthday. I had decided not to make a big fuss by putting out balloons at the restaurant, or taking along a cake to sing Happy Birthday, as I knew Dad might be embarrassed by this. However, the lovely gentleman serving us, who I think might have been the Manager, knew exactly how to play it! He made a point of giving Dad his first drink on the house. After the main course, he brought out a dessert of chocolate cake and ice cream,complete with candle for Dad, compliments of the house! We felt so well looked after, and as always the food was amazing. I particularly recommend the Creamed Spinach, deliciously indulgent

food was lovely, we had fillet steak and a great choice, cooked perfect and tasted delicious, only ting I would say is that the restaurant could dim down the lights minor but would be nicer than sitting in bright light conditions over dinner

Really nice evening! Service was excellent, attentive but not fussy and importantly, there was plenty of staff so any query was met very quickly. Food was delicious and we were all served together ( party of 6) without any problems. Drinks are reasonably priced. Overall great evening and we will definitely return.

Our first visit here, this was for our wedding anniversary meal. Good varied menu, not just steaks, one page of the allergens menu was missing but luckily I was reassured the food would be fine for me. Quite busy and noisy in the restaurant. Excellent service from all the team. Lovely food, my husband had a steak and I had spatchcock chicken, both were very good quality, desserts of home made lemon meringue pie and the dulce de leche cheesecake excellent quality. Would definitely visit again and recommend for a special meal.

Excellent food and service, never had a bad meal even on really busy days. Deserts are much tastier and fresher than we've had at other restaurants and better portions too.

Nice staff and restaurant but average food. It's okay for steak and chips but the meat wasn't anything special. I've had better for less for sure. Staff were very nice and the restaurant has a lovely atmosphere and feeling to it. Steak comes as a slab of meat but I think it would be better presented as a line of sliced chunks with a sprinkle of rock salt. I found it rather expensive for what it is.

So disappointed - had been before and had a fantastic meal - However on this occasion two steaks we ordered were grossly overcooked- we asked for medium rare and I would suggest they were closer to medium well - Not what you want when you pay their prices- after they were redone the third person had already finished their meal - so our evening was disjointed - the waiter was fantastic - ( I had to ask for consideration of how the steaks were cooked prior to paying the bill and they did graciously remove our drinks ) - however not the experience I expected from a well established steakhouse at those prices - my family will not be returning

Cannot fault the steak at all, but very high price. (And service charge is automatically added…) Additionally, the place feels a little grubby with visible dust and grime on ledges and windowsills. Also the quality of the sides is very sketchy. The side salad cost £4.50 and was basically a bowl of the most budget leaves with one slice of tomato. Again the steak was cooked perfectly and the meat delicious. Staff were very attentive and welcoming, but the above elements let it down and leads me to think the prices are a little too high.

They were out of lamb even though our booking was at 6.30pm so i chose the chicken schnitzel as i don't eat beef. They served me up something that was impossible to cut as it was rock hard. I tried to persevere as hate complaining but it was getting ridiculous i had to break it apart with my fingers. The waitor was good and apologised and I was brought another one but by then my family had finished eating and the sides were cold. Very disappointing to be served up inedible food in an expensive restaurant.

I'm blind & requested a table near the toilets & downstairs which I got. I stood up when my partner went to the toilet & a waiter was there immediately asking if I was ok & could he help it was my partners birthday & I was checking they had the cake I had delivered earlier he assured me it was all in hand. Amazing evening lovely food service etc couldn't find fault in anything. Will definitely be going back.

Best steaks around, knocks Miller and Cater out the park ! My friend and I came in very hungry and left perfectly satisfied. Steaks cooked to perfection and the meat is very good.

I don’t know whether the restaurant has been taken over, but it was a totally different experience steaks weren’t very good (Waiter) I had to get up to get his attention on several occasions sitting there with a plate full of chewed steak not once did he ask me how was my meal and when I complained after I paid for the meal nothing not even sorry where have the lovely caring waiting staff gone won’t be going back there again

We went here last night for our anniversary dinner and we weren’t disappointed. Firstly the staff are welcoming polite and friendly, they were attentive without disturbing us too often. The food was so good, the chorizo starter had so much flavour. We had the Chateaubriand with steakhouse chips and creamed spinach, literally melt in the mouth steak and such a dreamy creamy spinach. The house Merlot went well and was easy to drink. We’ll definitely return

Perhaps it was my fault going to an Argentinian steakhouse and ordering fish on a Monday! The fish was dry and uninviting. In compensation we were not charged for our desert and the service was more than fine

It was our first experience visiting this establishment - on arrival we were met and seated promptly - the ambience was relaxed and we were not rushed to choose our food - to begin with we ordered two pornstar martini’s, not the best we’ve had they tasted quite artificial and the glasses were a little on the small side however the glass of red was very drinkable. We ordered some starters that were absolutely lovely and of high quality ingredients - mains consisted of a sharing platter, the burger (a fried egg came with it that was lovely and runny but tbh was not needed it sort of spoilt it a little) and the chicken salad - all arrived hot to the table, very nicely presented all round. Top notch food, we opted out of dessert as so full - all in all a good experience however what we didn’t like to see was the waiter munching behind the bar area in full view to see and then coming to your table and not washing his hands! A complete no no in any food establishment and puts you off - if you can sort that out then we would revisit.

Starter was not very nice, bread was stale and calamari was not very nice. Main wasn’t what we ordered, when corrected the steak and chips were nice but the salad was brown in parts. We didn’t enjoy our experience and found it very expensive. Unfortunately we wouldn’t recommend or visit again.

We had a great boys night. Service was great, there when you need it, steaks were perfectly cooked and turned up in a decent time even though there was a party of at least 12 just before us, and finally the churros were very tasty.

By some random event, I ended up on the Tripadvisor Buenos Aires/Reigate page just now and saw a few negative comments: I cannot comment on them as I wasn't there, but feel that these comments do not reflect our experience with this restaurant. We've probably been at least twenty times since my first trip in 2014 or so. We have always had very good service and food/drink here. Like many others, during and since COVID/Brexit conspiring to aggravate staff shortages, they have had their difficulties, I imagine, attracting and maintaining staff. We went there again on Saturday and I noticed that ~ 50% of the staff were familiar and were polite, helpful and unobtrusive during the whole evening. We were not forced off the table (and it was a Saturday night) after we had finished (the T&Cs suggest tables of 4 people and under will have a 2/2 ½ hour slot to enable several sittings per night, which is common practise: restaurants have had it hard with lockdowns, increasing prices, lack of staff, fewer visitors etc - they need all the help they can get. As ever, the steaks were fine: cooked exactly as each of us had asked with a selection of sides that arrived together with no omissions or other problems. The staff offered to decant the wine we'd ordered with enough time for it to have an effect and the service was excellent - again. So I'd be very surprised if the service or food was poor, but I'm not entirely surprised that you were hoofed off a table (asked 5 times whether you were ready to order) you evidently thought was part of a pub/wine bar serving food...

Our starters were so tasty! Our steaks were perfect. Both servers were very helpful and kind and I really enjoyed my evening.

Excellent steaks, sides and wines; The Bearnaise could have more tarragon, but that is a minor thing. Service prompt and attentive. Offered to decant the wine we'd ordered, showing that they were paying attention to detail. As the menu doesn't change much, a daily/weekly special would be something to perhaps add...

Nice meet & greet, service was slow and we had to keep raising our hand for the waiter. For such a big restaurant it only had one toilet, which had a loose toilet seat, hand dryer not working and it needed a good clean. Staff not very friendly, felt a bit stand off'ish andcwhen the above points were raised took offence. Probably won't visit there again due to the experience which is ashame as I have been before and had a great time.

We sat at 19.30, food was served at 9.00, no advanced warning that they was that behind. Steak arrived and it was cold in the middle set it back, came back still cold. I have eaten here many times and it’s always been good maybe just a bad day, but I left the restaurant without eating my meal. This time customer service of staff was poor.

A restaurant dedicated to meat and beefi in particular so the beef had to be good, and it didn’t disappoint. The staff were great and we appreciated the complimentary glass of dessert wine, almost a port, at the end. Only thing was they closed relatively early!

Delicious steak and waiter knew about each cut of meet. We had the sharing board, it was delicious.

The starters are pretty bad value apart from the chorizo saudage although not bad tasting. The steaks are quality but you pay for it of course. The difference in size between an 8 and an 11oz was indistinguishable so choose wisely.

Really nice food and staff - didn’t get 5 stars because the ambience wasn’t quite right! We were upstairs and it was very brightly lit, plus the food came so quickly that we were out again in not much over an hour - didn’t feel very relaxing! A shame as the steaks were lovely and so was the cheesecake.

Can't fault the food or service, only complaint would be that it feels, quite cramped with small tables and being very close to other people. There was only two of us however we felt we didn't have enough space on the table for everything. Overall though we will be returning and have to give a special mention to the lemon meringue pie!

We have always given top ratings for each of our previous visits. This time a range of items did not meet the usual standards. Service fell short, food temperature and quality were not up to the usual standards and the next time someone ticks the "special occasion" box when making an online reservation, it may be as well to respond to is - as you have in the past.
