I bring my little brother here every time I come to visit, and the atmosphere is excellent and everything is well-priced and delicious, and the service is impeccable and cheery.

Met some friends here for a coffee and was very impressed by both the welcome and the quality of their food. Coffee was great, and the croissants were delicious. Dog friendly, too. Will definitely be back.

Superb local ice-cream parlour with great selection of flavours and sundaes - we had Bueno waffle (freshly made and huge) and Ferraro cookie dough - both great.

I visited this cafe last Monday morning, it was the greatest experience. Very soon I will go Again there for my breakfast and I'm thinking of visiting with my friends. Best wishes for them I hope they can reach more and more and every customer will be happy with them.

Thought we try this place out, very disappointing cookie doh was hard and like a biscuit. Kids cones were stale and not even they would eat them. The Bueno ice cream was also poor. Don't usually wrote reviews but this was that bad

Visited today on an extremely busy Sunday, there was just one person working Cino, he was excellent despite having a big queue of waiting people and having to do absolutely everything himself. Polite, respectful and smiley to everyone despite the stress - well done!

Allergy parent here and these guys are GREAT! Super accommodating and have an up-to-date allergen menu. Atmosphere is nice and chilled and the place is CLEAN!

Lovely gelato super smooth and a great range of flavours. The pistachio and Oreo ones are exceptional but other options are great too, such as the lovely waffles and crepes. The only improvement would be a better range and availability of vegan options

I had been looking for a local place that did milkshakes, and I must say the quality of milkshakes here was very good! I cannot wait for my next visit!

Have ordered here a few times, used to be favourite place but the standard of the pancakes has been getting worse & worse. Tonight it’s arrived with ice cream chocolate sauce all over it , not milk chocolate sauce and it’s awful!! Really disappointed!!

My kids love this place and every time is an amazing experience. Bubblegum ice cream, Fruit Waffles ( Banana and Strawberry ) .... yummy.

Mate recommended this place so popped in on the way home from work. Had the waffle with Ferrero Roche ice cream and pieces with the nuttella sauce 😋 Served by a very lovely young lady with gorgeous blue eyes who sounded exotic but when asked she said she us from in-between Liverpool and Manchester and often gets mistaken for being Irish. Annoyingly I didn't get her name or even her number. Damm it. It was just me in there along with her serving and a Italian girl I think. They put the music on. It was immaculate and clean very minimalistic and fresh in there so would highly recommend. I'd go so far as to say it tasted better than Sprinkles, Creams and Kaspas. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

It's ice cream and plenty of it with a variety of flavours and additions including flakes, smarties etc., It is expensive with one scoop at £2.95 and two for £4.55 but you get what you at for. The one stablishment on Ashley Road, Parkstone was busy. Lots of seating and toilets, shame about the current scaffolding in front of the building.

Went in over the bank holiday weekend. What a little gem this place is! Super clean restaurant , delicious gelato and the staff were just sensational!

Bit on the pricey side but a nice treat and felt like you get more topping for your money than the big names like sprinkles and creams

Just want to give a massive thank you to Eloise! She is a literal angel. I asked if she could write a message on the box for my husband, but she went above and beyond. The service and positivity from her was fantastic and couldn’t have asked for anyone better to take my order. I know everyone says this, but she deserves a pay rise, bonus or something she made me want to bring my family and tell my friends! I felt sorry for the staff as it was so busy, but what do you expect on Mother’s Day? To keep making mistakes, offering the wrong orders to the wrong tables, forgetting part of orders and being careless around allergens.. there are some serious training issues here and the manager needs to reconsider the day/s they choose to have off. Also was disappointed to see online mothers get 50% off their dessert yet this wasn’t delivered in store on the day.

manager shouldn't have left the store the way it is. booked a table wasn't ready at the time we booked it for, Orders were going to the wrong people or just being forgotten. No one knew anything about allergies kept putting gluten products on food for customers that said they are gluten free, also was being asked 4 times by the same person if I had allergies... pretty much need to put the price of food down till they can actually run a business

Went for Mother's day. It took 70 minutes to get order. There were not that many people in, but whilst they were clearly struggling, to manage orders, they continued to take deliveroo orders which were clearly prioritised. I will not be visiting again

No problem with the food but to wait over an hour is ridiculous . There was 5 of us and between the 1st and last was over 40 minutes .

This place beats Sprinkles hands down, the prices are better, the portion size is better.

We turned up 20mins before they closed and welcomed us like they had just opened, and let us finish our food and chill for 5 which made it past the closing time but not at one point did they make us feel uncomfortable or that we needed to go. Food amazing, staff absolutely amazing and shop is lovely! 100/10

This was our first time here and we had the grandchildren for a treat. And what a treat it was. I would definitely recommend the banana buritto and the waffles. All freshly made and the choice of ice cream flavours is vast. We ate every last bite and the children thoroughly enjoyed their treat.

Always enjoyed being there dining-in and having a take-away everytime.. all is yummy., approachable and friendly staffs.

If you like ice cream then this is the place to go,so many different flavours plus waffles and cakes, and coffee is very good, also you can take your dog in after a walk and have a delicious snack

Best, most delicious ice cream I have ever eaten! The ice cream here taste homemade and is so flavourful. You taste less sugar (still sweet) but more flavor, sugar is not a main ingredient like with other ice cream purchased elsewhere. And the stuff here is lovely and the service is professional. The seats are so comfortable. I highly recommend.
