Best takeaway pizza in stoke on Trent!!! Better than dominoes or pizza hut

I ordered food a 7.20pm,still hadn't received it by 9.30,when I called them they said they delivered it to mg mum lol...Im 35 and live alone plus I have video door bell.They basically made out like ide stolen the food.After arguing for over 20 minutes they agreed to redeliver the food absolute joke do not order from these guys....

We order here weekly. Always fast delivery. Food is superb and very tasty. We always order via the app and only once the coupon failed as a glitch maybe but it was rectified easily over the phone. Pizza is always fresh and hot Chips are always nice Onion rings are spot on.

Waited over 2 hours for food, tried call the restaurant and they had closed.

Just had an amazing takeaway meal for 7 of us !! A birthday tea. Pizza deal and fried chicken meals. Delivery was quick, food packed well. All was tasty and large portions. One of the best meals we've had really. Thank you 😃

Nann bread was thin not home made lamb didn't taste right disgusting for the price

Not happy with the price had a small cheesey chips with salad and paid £5.50 even though it said on the menu that they were £4.90 when questioned about it the man was very rude and said yes we charge are salad will not be going again! The man used no gloves and used bear hands to out salad on my food when I said something the looked at me like I was stupid. Food had to go in the bin! Was not nice at all Very rude and the hygiene is very poor!

Had takeaway from here last night food was good apart from the donner meat it was dark and hard and just warm looked like it had been sitting there for hours worst meat I have had from anywhere. Also had 20% off code sent and the wouldn't work either time to look for another takeaway for next time.

Orderd for delivery chicken fillet burger was pink inside and brown patch on the outside also chips wernt cooked properly and on the app you get 20% off on weekends but it wasn't working so called and orderd and didn't have cash so at pay full price and it was the roughest take away I've ever had and won't be ordering again 🤮🤮🤮

The food is always fresh and if the highest quality and is absolutely gorgeous. It's one of the best takeaways I've ever had. This is a must place to order from. Working late, sheeting the silage put so ordered 2×16" pepperoni pizzas with BBQ base, 2 X Donna meat portions and a cheeseburger and as always the food is fresh and tasty. The food is always amazing from here and if I didn't live so far as Way and that they would deliver here for less than £40 then would order from Bucknall express all the time cus everything that cook is with fresh, top quality ingredients. Again well done guys. 👍🏻

Ordered a few times, missed some of my orders, when I rang to ask some of my order was missing, didn't get a good response, I used to buy frm there but stopped now cause of poor service.

Great food and the square pizza is an absolute delight. Very tasty and reasonable priced foods whenever I have ordered. Always delivered promptly and very good customer service. I don't see many takeaways offer square pizzas here in Stoke on Trent city and I was delighted to see the new pizza belt oven machine seeing my pizza getting cooked while I was waiting. Really recommend it.

It's great to see that they put the ingredients in when you're ordering (like double cheese and pepperoni) but not so great when they don't put all the ingredients.

Have ordered peri peri chicken from here for a long time, always amazing and beautiful chicken. Tonight though the chicken was dry, like it had been reheated. It was tough and dry, never experienced this from here so was a bit shocked. I will try definitely order again as this was the first time the food was not nice.

Food and service is amazing here, can’t fault it in any way PLEASE DONT CHANGE! So far I’ve had all different types of kebab including steak kebab and what a nice change… not chewy! All other kebab places in stoke do it way over done but not here Peri peri chicken is gorgeous and well spiced Chips are just right Like I said no faults at all… perfect!

They don't give you 25% off all orders online over £15! False advertising then argue that it doesn't class as an online order because I ordered online 🤷‍♂️ the driver made absolutely no sense what so ever 😅 I showed him I ordered online he agreed then went on to say you get the 25% if you order online, then his argument was that I ordered a burger meal which isn't included in the deal.. However it says ALL online orders over £15! after 5 minutes of arguing that he can take the food back if they don't provide the discount advertised, he then accepts the discounted price without even checking what it was. Now from the argument I know this guy isn't the cleverest of people so for him to know the exact amount with the discount taken off, this tells me they are luring people in then robbing them. If he knew the price already then they are seeing who they can rob, Avoid at all costs!

My first time ordering and it will not be my last. Ordering from the website was simple and fast. The food arrived in 35 mins, steaming hot. The doughnuts were still warm, light and fluffy the way proper doughnuts are supposed to be. Topping just enough. I had the nut batch....I preferred more nuts however they were delicious the way they were. The peri peri chicken was moist and the sauce hot (not mild) fries cripsy on the outside and soft on the inside not one was soggy. Well impressed

Food takes ages to deliver and comes on the verge of being cold, the large donner is the size of a small one from other vendors, so you get ripped off with that, not the best place......

Good choice of food and desserts.

Haven't ordered from here in a while. Chips always tasted reheated. No flavour to them. Always had to load them with sauces. Chips were either extremely hard or extremely soggy. No inbetween. Burger buns were a floppy mess, always covered in grease and also soggy. Meat looked undercooked and slimy and overly greasy. Cheese was a thin sheet if that. Cakes were atrocious. They were shop brought not homemade and looked vile. They were always small and slimy, not the good stuff.

The staff were very polite and welcoming, the area was spotless and the food was delicious, we will definitely be using this take away more often.

We had a pudding, cake and ice cream. The pudding was a small individual cheap bought one that cost about 4 times the price you would pay in a supermarket and it was cold.The cake was dry. They also allowed a youth in Without a mask despite it clearly saying on the door no admittance without a mask. Sorry but won't be revisiting.

Fudge cake is only a small thin piece of sponge cake with fudge just tipped on this is not fudge cake at all not very nice worst dessert shop I have ever had from
