Well what can we say jim and Lisa are the most genuine and friendly hosts you would like to meet cleanness fantastic food brilliant if anyone ever in blackpool give them a visit you wouldn't be disapointed

What an afternoon. Everyone was polite which created a great atmosphere for the karaoke. Sing along or laugh it was great afternoon. Drinks were at very favourable prices and service was excellent with everyone being served at their table. Definitely will make this one of our stops on our next visit to Blackpool.

Another visit to Blackpool and our favourite pub Buckinghams on Queen Street. Service is the best and prices excellent. Just an all round good pub with lovely staff. £6.50 pint san miguel nd large pinot👍😊🍻🥂

It's a very nice bar and the staff were very pleasant B U T I personally don't like the fact that you can't get your drinks at the bar but have to sit down and someone takes you order, apart from that it is very nice indeed.

Always pop in and never disappointed. Waitress and owner always friendly. If in Blackpool it's worth a visit for friendly staff and exceptional value for money. Be back to visit with family in two weeks.

So very pleased this brilliant little pub survived the horror that is 2020. Nice clean pub that usually has good entertainment like live music or at the very least a great selection of background music. Have been a number of times- the same lady and gent have always been present working hard- very friendly. Rounds always cheap- double pink gin and tonic, pint of lager and large wine an even tenner. My partner and I like to drink here before hitting the nearby clubs- staff have been kind in giving us suggestions and directions before. Its a peaceful but fun pub- wouldn't suggest large rowdy parties head here as it may not be able to accommodate but small groups and couples can enjoy it for some pre drinks. I'll be back next month and every time we visit blackpool- see you again soon :)

Get yourselves round to the “ Buckingham “ friendly staff (Lisa & Jim) cheap beer and on Saturday there’s caberet with Andy Knight & Sammy Kingsley The atmosphere is electric mostly middle aged people but they really let their hair down

Lovely little place, friendly service, great prices and excellent toasted panini or toasted sandwiches they were really delicious.

Disappointed I only found this place on my final night. Friendly bar full of locals. The best pints I had all weekend and the best prices by far, I'll be heading here first if I'm back.

Always visit here when in Blackpool. The staff are helpful and friendly. This time there was a duo on and we really enjoyed it. Prices are best we experience in Blackpool. Like I said we always visit on our hols and we will again😀

Droppped in for a quick drink before going for a bite to eat ,,which was next door. They didnt sell any non alcolhlic beers or larger or ciders. there was a dj on which was good music but a bit too loud I thought. Staff were helpful. would drop in here again.

We had the tomato soup sweet and home grown. I had the chicken best chicken soup I’ve had and the toasted sandwiches definitely worth value for money. Table device for all drinks and food. The staff and owners are very pleasant and Lisa was amazing definitely worth a visit if visiting Blackpool. Xx

To not sell the most popular sparkling wine in the world was a surprise. Not overly friendly either. Went elsewhere.

Visited this little gem with 2 other couples, pleasantly surprised as it was waitress service for the drinks and the staff remembered the order each round. Really friendly atmosphere and the singer was really good. The prices were cheap too really good value. Would definitely recommend.

Lisa & Jim are two of the nicest people that you could ever meet, nothing is too much trouble.. Table service which is a nice touch and they have various entertainment planned on most days, I have been in on many occasions now and always enjoyed the cabaret.. Lovely little smoking area out back for anyone who smokes and it's a great suntrap out there.. Very friendly crowd and never any drama, great toasted sandwiches if your peckish and at £1.90 a pint of lager you can't go wrong.. Jim puts on a superb buffet if your celebrating a birthday or anything - Highly recommended

We were staying a few minutes up the road at Liberty's hotel and the singer who was on on the Wednesday night mentioned his mate- so sorry if I've got your first name wrong - Paul Mudd was going to be playing piano and singing here at Buckinghams at 3.30pm on the Thursday.

I love going to Buckinghams when in Blackpool, its teh first bar I head for. Its quiet place to get a drink in the daytime and a fun place to be in when entertainment is on.

Not my scene at all. far too noisy and patrons were drunk and rude. Little was done to curb rowdy and unacceptable behaviour

Me my husband and some friends went into Buckingham's after hearing all the good stuff about it the other day and was amazed.the staff are lovely even bring your drink to you.and we ordered a bar snack which was delicious.the place is clean and even smells nice.and the drinks are really reasonable too for Blackpool.will defo be back maybe when some entertainment is on though.bravo love this place xxxx

Fuimos en domingo para Karaoke. . . . 12 de nosotros. . . La comida es aperitivos, pero es muy bonito y muy barato. . . . . Las bebidas son una estafa, €€€€ 6. 30 una botella de vino. . . . Todos lo pasamos de maravilla, el personal es muy acogedor nada demasiado. . . No es su costumbre. Lugar tipo escandalosos blackpool es un pequeño tesoro escondido. . . . Uno de mis sitios favoritos! ! ! !

A traditional pub, find a seat because it's service at the table. Still one of the best pubs around even after visiting last year.

very clean & comfortoble, bar staff great very helpfull. Very nice for singles, everybody made welcome, price wise not bad.

Had a fabulous time in here while staying in Blackpool for Xmas break, karaoke was great , even sang a couple of songs myself, table service excellent, and even won 3 prizes in the draw, all in all brilliant pub, will defo be back on next visit to Blackpool

Imposible encontrar este pub después de leer las buenas críticas, pero ojalá no hubiese sido así. Camarera/encargada intentó decirnos dónde sentarse/de pie aunque no estaban en el camino y no había nada que decir que no podía estar en el bar. Cordial bienvenida. . . . Ciertamente no.. Ella sirve un local antes de nosotros, aunque era obvio que estábamos esperando para una bebida. Sólo salvación - 2 pintas de cerveza por un billete. No volveré

Wanted a quieter venue (with no hen or stag dos) and found it in this delightful bar. The hosts were friendly and welcomingand the atmosphere was just what we wanted. We would definitely come again and would recommend it to our friends. Well worth a visit.

went here for drinks,karaoke was a smashing wee place,lively,friendly fun,only criticism is hubby ordered Bacardi n coke got house rum(yuk)but great value for money nice staff.

Had lunch in Buckinghams, one of Jims awesome toasted sandwiches and a few drinks.This bar does such a good beer or cider. Personally I think the best tasting strongbow in Blackpool.

Found this pub, looked small and cosy and traditional, walked in and was told to take a seat - they take your order at your table. Thought the drinks would be expensive but was surprised how resonance they were.There was a 2 piece band/singer on which was great.Overall a great visit, a proper pub.

We popped in for drinks on way back to our hotel. Prices are great and the wine just lovely. Good old fashioned pub with friendly service.

Such a lovely friendly pub.We were lucky enough to catch a fabulous live female singer. She was excellent.Well priced boozer. Full of every kind of patron possible.The beers were served chilled to perfection and the wine was definitely flowing.Banter from the staff made for an excellent experience

I have been two Buckingham's a few times with friends who live in Blackpool - we have gone on Thursday afternoons when Donna Reid entertains - she is a talented and professional singer and she sings a variety of songs and requests, and always has a guest artist appearing. There is a nice friendly atmosphere in the place and I would recommend it as somewhere to go for a relaxing and enjoyable time when you are in Blackpool - especially on Thursdays when there is such good entertainment!

Buckinghams is a great little place to have a drink,you order your drinks at the bar and then sit at a table and they are brought over for you.the food is excellent whenever I have visited a friend in Blackpool I have gone to this pub.

All the times we are out and about in Blackpool we complain we cannot have a conversation unless we go outside the venue we are in.Look no more this is the place to relax chill out and chat away. Great service (waiter/waitress) only good prices fantastic ambience, give it a try you will not regret it.

It was our first time in here last weekend, we loved the place it was clean and was a very calm chilled out place with people sat down and they didn't have people up and down all the time as they came to your table and took drink orders and brought drinks to your table. Drink prices weren't expensive and the people who own this bar are very friendly and nice. They have musicians and singers in here who provide nice back ground music while you have a nice drink.

what a cracking pub great entertainment we were down on holiday from Scotland and found this wee gem its similar to our pubs in Glasgow so was like home from home went sunday afternoon and my sister won £25 as best singer as did another singer the owners are fab and provide table service prices are very good place is spotless and well managed will definitely be returning when im down that way loved it,,,, should mention that I never had food as we had breakfast and dinner in our hotel but I would imagine the food to be good also

Staying at the Grand Metroplole Hotel this pub was just over the road .staff very welcoming giving great service I will recommend and will return on my next visit to Blackpool.

Not a Scottish bar as mentioned in a earlier review but a friendly local bar with good entertainment.Jim and Lisa run a top bar and Jims toasted sandwiches are really good and superb value.Drinks are a good price and the beer is good quality.Stag and hen party's not allowed.The entertainment that is put on is good and the singers we saw on three occasions have been top quality.
