Servicio rápido y sorprendente calidad de bebida. Recomiendo especialmente la batidora de mango y fresa con lichi boba, ahora es oficialmente mi bebida favorita.

Gran lugar para familiares y amigos. Espacio abierto y bebidas decentes. Tienen frutas y tés de leche pero toman la bebida con medio hielo.

Visité con mi mamá y mi papá. Era nuestra primera vez. vimos el que y pensamos que lo intentaríamos. y de hecho lo disfrutamos así que si estás por intentarlo no tomes tapioca

Probé dos veces un mal servicio, el orden se desordenó dos veces, me quejé por correo electrónico, me prometieron un cupón y la mujer que me respondía para descubrir más detalles parecía auténtica, pero al final nunca recibió nada, así que definitivamente no tuve la oportunidad de intentarlo de nuevo. Una pena, ya que no hay muchos de estos lugares en Londres y fácilmente diría que si surgiera una nueva competencia, empujarán a este minorista fácilmente. Las personas necesitan estudiar cómo lo hacen en el extranjero.

Was okay... i mean nothing more fancy or tasty than the average..the drink had a lot of ice taking space up... the special thing only is that the concept is just cool

I've had bubble tea from a other places and this places isn't the best i tried t4 and they have the best bubble tea in town

Just got back from Stratford Westfield with my mum and it was a pleasurable experience. Back in 2014/15 I would come here and drink delicious bubble tea at least twice a week. After moving out of the area it became rare for me to come back to the Westfield Stratford concession. Having ordered a regular then switching it to a large I was floored by the fantastic way the manager dealt with us changing it and saying not to worry about the additional 20p. Onto making the drinks unfortunately the guy (from memory I believe his badge read Tim). He was too quick to make the drink, he ended up making a regular as per the receipt. We were happy to take it and weren't but the manager insisted on us being made the drink we have requested. We ordered the large passionfruit fruit tea with mango jelly. He then rushed to make a large mango tea and after seeing him make it, it would be a shame for it to go to waste to I suggested adding lychee jelly instead. As someone who has massively enjoyed all the fruit teas I really didn't mind either. I can understand after a long day of work at about 8:30pm, the last thing you want to do is remake drinks to correctly satisfy the orders and small mistakes can easily be made when trying to remember because truly there is so much choice and an endless number of combinations. The experience ended up being a bit comical, and coming away from it, I was taken aback by the amazing service. The drinks tasted absolutely fabulous and of course I recommend them to everyone. For the price some may say its quite pricey, but in hindsight... the straws, the packaging, freshly brewed tea and the flavours, along with vegetarian jelly, it's healthier than a diet coke and tastes much better. Thank you for the fantastic service! Truly bought back multiple memories and I will definitely be back. The only this I regret is not taking any photos of the drinks.

Never had bubble tea before so had to try it today. I opted for Milk/Almond with Sago and Strawberry bubbles. Gorgeous.

The staff look pressured. I saw liquid poor down one workers hand straight to a cup. Very unhygienic and a health hazard to consumers. Two of our drinks were bland not worth the £3.75 for the privelage. There is a similar place in green Street Upton Park I would recommend if you want to taste quality bubble tea. I don't think this store be around in 6 to 12 months.

Best bubble tea you will get round here. My Kids and there friends purchase all the time from here. I must admit I enjoy the drinks also.

Absolutely horrid customer service. Our order were completely messed up, the same happened to two people in front of us. The person taking the orders have complete disregard for the customers, not listening to what we say, mouthing curse words in front of us and acting in an aggressive manner. The products were okay, but the undeserved treatment we received left us a bitter taste in our mouths. I do understand the stress that can ocurr in busy periods, but that does not justify treating paying customers like crap.

The way this place works is by mixing tea with pearls or a range of other fruit flavours to make a cold drink. As I placed my order I realised the place was not really run well, all the employees had dirty aprons on with buttons open revealing thier to clothing which did not look professional at all. Then there was the fact that everything was all over the place and again dirty there was different kinds of powder spread on the worktops there was juice/tea stains on the worktops and no one thought of just using a cloth to wipe the place clean, they just kept carrying on making orders on this dirty surface. Now I ordered a pearl milk tea and I have to say a can of iced tea tastes better, it was just so bland and the pearls inside bland too. I normally go to T4 which is excellent in every aspect hands down.
