Had been to Brew with a couples of friends. The food was freshly prepared and amazing. I highly recommend their cookie dough and waffles.

Worst and most inconsitent coffee i’ve ever had. Inexperienced baristas, burnt milk in every cup, lack of understanding on basic drinks. I used to enjoy this spot as the baristas (2 girls) were nice and it’s close to my flat. They are no longer there sadly. Now replaced by a weird bossy head manager kind of guy and clueless young baristas. Each time I have gone since (5 times), every single drink has had over-steamed scalded milk, which ruins the taste and makes it too hot to drink. Sometimes it’s so burnt it’s undrinkable. Baristas and the head staff don’t understand a macchiato and you end up with more of a burnt cappuccino than anything, I asked it to be much more dry and it was still super milky. The food could be good, it seems to be what they are more focused on but I haven’t tried it. They don’t care about their coffee at all so I wouldn’t reccomend it for coffee.

Male Asian worker (old ) is rude and needs customer service training , very rude and unprofessional.

Very disappointing beverages and not the cleanest environment. The lattee was very bad. Pretty much tased like water. The vanilla milkshake was so runny it was like vanilla flavoured milk. Not only that but a quarter of the way through a dark straight hair appeared from the foam on top…yuck!! Will never go back which is unfortunate because the customer service was really good.

The Grilled cheese sandwich is extremely good!!!

e & Gelato – Harrow Nice café with a cozy vibe. The coffee was great, and the gelato was delicious. I also tried the waffles, and they were fresh and tasty. Service was a bit slow, especially when busy, but the staff were friendly. Prices are slightly high, but the quality makes up for it.

Very dirty place, it looks nice outside, but everything looks so dirty, tables, chairs , windows, broken cups for coffee… never again

It’s too busy with people studying and no space for families or friends to sit for a coffee. The staff are too kind and don’t tell the students to go study elsewhere after a hour of sitting! Most of the students are just socialising and not studying! Staff need to let the students know that they can’t hog the areas for too long and allow space for families! What are libraries for!

All Bru shops are decorated so stylishly, are always inviting and Instagramable! This one is no different. They have split the seating areas by decor and there is plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. They are open till late. Loads of teas, coffees, ice creams, desserts and savoury delights to choose from. I definitely recommend going here to chill out, catch up with friends, treat yourself to dessert or have a cuppa tea! Staff are friendly and helpful.

Came with 4 friends, we are all vegans. Had hot chocolate with oat milk and rose syrup, one with pistachio syrup, latte with oat milk and rose syrup, vegan carrot and pistachio cake. The young lady who served us was very friendly and helped us to choose the plant based options. Open late with vegan options.

Staff were so lovely and gave the best advice on what to get, it made dining here the best experience!

on top of having shit coffee the staff is so rude, me and my friend wanted to order and I had a drink in my hand, and was about to order something from them too and this guy asked me to go outside in the cold finish and come back😂😂 never again would not recommend. teach your staff how to talk and how to have some manners.

Absolutely amazing service at this lovely cafe this afternoon. Every single member of staff were so friendly and welcoming, especially the young man. They all made a real fuss of my little four year old foster child, will 100% be back🤩

I love brun so much the drinks are unique and so nice. The atmosphere is always calm and the staff are so friendly and welcoming. It’s my favourite spot, I recommend the taro ice latte for summer time and a Spanish rose latte hits the spot in winter. Hope you enjoy.

Came here yesterday evening ( Thursday 15 November) & was served an excellent cup of oat milk cappuccino. It is a roomy independent cafe ( on 2 floors ), which is very close to both Harrow Hill Station & the town shopping centre . What I particularly like about Bru, is that it is the only cafe in central Harrow which is open late ( 10pm on weekdays) . It also has a nice informal feel in terms of interior decor . My only slight gripe is that the lighting is a bit too bright inside , but I understand that this is personal choice.

My family and I love going at Bru Coffee and also order online when we can’t go there. Strawbella waffles with vanilla ice cream on the side are our favourite. Absolutely 5 stars for everything, especially for the lovely staff that is very careful to make our waffles how we want them :) Keep up the great work!

Asked for two coffees, a flat white and a cortado Cashier with an attitude tried telling me they are the same thing and that other coffee shops just do the same drink for different names. If you are going to have an attitude about something, at least make sure you are right first.

Left is how it should be , right is actual, even the ingredients are all here, I don’t consider this shape can charge me 6 pounds for me, no difference with milkshake in five guys. Very disappointed.

Today, a batista came up to us whilst me and my friend were studying and told us we couldn't sit on the table if we hadn't ordered anything. This would have been perfectly reasonable, HOWEVER, it was VERY clear we had ordered something, given that my friends empty plate was next to her. She said she didn't remember us coming in to order, when she was the one who took my order of a 'little Italy' bagel, and toasted it for me just 2 hours before. Once she had been caught out on that she mentioned that since the bagel was only £3.85, we weren't allowed to sit upstairs since only customers who pay £5 or more can sit upstairs. Mind you, me and my friend had been coming to bru. for a week now, almost always getting something under 5 pounds each, and were allowed by the staff to sit upstairs, even on the first day where we had asked specifically. Never was it stated anywhere, on tables or signs, that if you spent less than £5 you couldn't sit upstairs. Furthermore, the majority of people upstairs were studying, having just bought one drink, which was under £5 and were not singled out for this. This was appalling that me and my friend were singled out for this. She then proceeded to demand that if we would like to stay seated upstairs we should order something else to be able to do so. I'm not sure if she was having a bad day or what the reason was for her to treat us like this, but either way this should not affect how you treat your customers. Thanks for the horrible customer service! Will definitely stop being a regular and go to the other coffee shop down the road. Also to note, definitely not all the staff are like this, one of the other batistas on another day allowed us to sit upstairs when we asked if we could, when we had both ordered iced lattes, under £5 and was very sweet.

My husband and I were treated rudely and with hostility by the staff. The place was cramped and there was little downstairs seating. When we asked to move upstairs, we were told it's for families only, despite clearly seeing people sitting upstairs by themselves. Very bad experience. We left swiftly and we won't be back.

got in there and was met with rudeness, I understand outside drinks aren't allowed but not even a hello was said just get out with your drinks, we asked to sit upstairs after getting rid of our drinks which looked more quiet but also denied because it was for "families" even though it's empty, and the rest of the seats downstairs were too cramped and loud, I didn't even sit down and I took time out of my day to write this review because of the amazing costumer service.

I have to give one star for the owner of the place. As the owner you should be experienced in customer serivce. The coffee shop has a loyalty programme, that allows you to redeem a free drink after buying 10 drinks with them. The owner redeemed the free drink from my loyalty card today without asking me first. He tried to give me serval sales pitches about how I come so often and I can collect easily again another free drink and how it is easy to collect stamps again (well it isnt the owner paying for my drinks right?) and just merely apologised for it. 0 customer service from the owner. The owner did not offer an alternative or any form of compensation. I wasted a free drink offer on a cheaper drink, that I was saving up for another occassion when I wanted to try a more premium drink. Quite disappointed with the service of the owner. The rest of the staff are amazing and always check in with the customers on their preferences.

I usually avoid to go to caffès to read, study or work because there is always this one person shouting on the phone on speaker who is absolutely lacking common sense, making it unpleasant experience l. However l, since the second floor has been prioritised for families and QUIET people it’s really nice place. Please keep it as it is, I don’t miss the loud individuals. Thanks.

Coffee is good! Good is okay, HOWEVER why the staff allow stupid people to come in and for hours shout on the phone on a loud speaker or listen to music. This is a coffee it’s not a telephone boot, the staff must control this as people want to enjoy their coffee in piece, not to listen to someone’s screaming on the phone.

Excellent employees who are warm, friendly and hospitable but that’s the only positive aspect of this café that moved from an earlier spot from St. George’s shopping centre to this new location. This café used to be a great place to chill and unwind in the evening after work. However, considering the changing demographics of the area this place isn’t what it used to be anymore. Due to lackadaisical attitude of the franchisee manager the cafe’s seating capacity drastically reduces by early evening. It’s quite astonishing that they close additional seating area in the mezzanine area 2-3 hours prior to their closing time in the evening on the pretext of their self defined policy which is quite amoebic in nature. This deters regular sit in customers like me from visiting the café in the evenings for a post work hot bevvy 😏

Ordered an oat latte, the coffee was not good! They only put one shot of coffee into a fairly large mug of oat milk. Sadly not for me! If you like milky non coffee tasting latte, then this maybe for you.

Only reason for 5 star rating is because they are open when none of the coffee shops are open during bank holidays and overall service and atmosphere is good.

so good! cozy and welcoming, the staff were incredibly friendly. i recommend the rich indulgent cookie dough. perfect location, i couldn’t help but notice how buzzing the atmosphere seemed. the mocha was incredible. the only word i have to describe is wow. keep it up!

I was first time there after they moved from st George, and I never will come again anymore in this place. It feels very unsafe now. Before there always was nice people who come there study or work. Now there is full of loud teenagers and managers not controlling the noise level at all. I tried to study there, but it became impossible, when someone came in with strong weed smell and this smell became permanent for at-least an hour. (After that i decided enough is enough). Probably place could be nice in very quiet hours.

terrible customer service. The staff constantly nag younger customers who study there to buy a drink every hour. i bought a drink and the worker told me i can’t be there because apparently i didn’t buy anything. i’m also never greeted with a friendly face. Lovely store but sadly the service doesn't match up so i won’t be coming back.
