Honest opinion so they can improve. Wrong burger bun, guys chicken does not sit well with a sweet brioche bun. The onion needs to be chopped into thinner slices, and the chicken was dry and overcooked, it will also help to flatten/beat the chicken breast pieces into even thickness. Priced very high in comparison to the quality at offer. Use fewer stickers on the packaging (cost savings).

Food was bad. Rice box with chicken was not tasty at all. Struggled to eat!

Spot on burgers and fries. Nice ambience too. Maintained cleanliness and Very well catered by VIBHU.

Burger bun was burnt! Picture below. Clearly would of been seen by the cook. If something this simple is being missed and acceptable to send to customers it makes me question there standards and other quality controls they are missing or find acceptable. Just not good enough. Burger was also dry and just didn't really taste nice. Need to do better

Walked in the place was really nice. Lady was very welcoming and allowed us to take a seat while we figured what we wanted to order. Once ordered food took about 10-15 minutes and the food was presented very well and tasted very fresh and was enjoyable. The customer service was unbeatable. Friendly and very welcoming. The gentlemen ( we didn’t ask for names so sorry) offered us their new rice box on the house as well as a free complementary drink. We came in at around 2am for the first time here and there was nothing to complain about. Praise to this place

Absolutely disgusting behaviour and customer service. Orders are wrong and when we called to say that they accused us of lying, I cannot say this enough do not order from here. We even tried calling back to explain another mistake on their part and they would end the call and in the end they have blocked my number and my wife’s. Disgusting food aswell. Please, please avoid this restaurant at all cost. If I could I would rate 0 stars.

Takes ages to get 2 burgers and some side orders in empty restaurant.The menu you can find inside is not full,just eat website has more detailed menu( including dishes who are not even on menu in restaurant itself) and even discounted prices.Order for pick up via just eat instead of ordering at place itself at counter.The ordering screen has been not working for months.Food is okay,but I been there 3 times and its gets worse and worse each time and same burger each time looks different (the most recent order was missing decorations- onion ring and flag on top and salad inside and no sauce either) not to mention the meat is just luke warm,but not hot,so I wonder why it takes ages to get meals ready if they just microwaveor wahtever they do, because if meat would be fried it would come hotter,I worked on commercial deep fryer myself in past at other fast food franchise so I know how hot food comes out of it.There is no restroom for clients.For the prices they sell dishes and how long it takes them to cook when you only person there I would say avoid this place besides they dont offer discounts in place compared to oredering for pick up via just eat.Last time I was there some menu items was out of stock so it tells place has bad management.The receipt I got for dine service in didnt listed ordereded items only order number and total price so I might been ripped off as well becauce there is no way to know what orders and prices was calculated.

ordered my food at 5/6 o’clock today and now it’s 8.25 and still no food been trying to phone but everytime i’m being cut off or when speaking to them they don’t seem to care and just cut me off mid sentence requested a refund but their declining it would not recommend at all

Terrible customer service so they tell me that just eat on strike and they don’t no when order will be sent so I requested a refund they declined and I have kids to feed I was on phone to a women and she put it down for no reason cause I asked where my food or money is why should we be scammed out of 30 pound cause u wanna blank the phone

Food was amazing, I had the Grillo rice box and I didn't waste a single grain. my friend had the beef newyorker and also dudkt leave anything behind. The customer service from the word hello was outstanding and offered to even make me food that wasn't on the menu to accommodate my lifestyle choices. The atmosphere is nice and chilled and just the right vibe for enjoying food. Will definitely be back

What a fantastic experience! The staff is delightful, and the food is simply divine. Those beef burgers, milkshakes and sweet Thai chicken wings are irresistible—I might just have to double back for more! Ordered on just eat on a Tuesday evening. 40 min wait time quoted. Still no food after 90 mins. Rang them several times and got told driver was out delivering the food. That was 30 mins ago

Every Tuesday, they do BOGOF burgers. I go there at 12am today (Tuesday just began, much like Batman) - They said it is closed for eat-in and takeout. What is this nonsense? I called 10 mins before that to say I will come and eat in. The woman made no indication that it is closed for pedestrians. Now, I have to go to the nearest takeaway to sate my missing BOGOF burgers. I feel betrayed. Go elsewhere.

Would put zero stars if I could! Avoid! My daughter ordered chicken wings and when received they were not cooked properly! Raw and cold! My daughter called and let them know this and she was promised free wings next time she ordered. When she did ring around 2 weeks later the gentleman on the phone said the kitchen staff will not send the free wings as originally promised as the kitchen staff would not allow it as it’s been over 7 days! (Never heard of this on my life) I will not be ordering from here again!

Very poor service. Ordered food which was marked as dispatched, stood outside for 2 hours waiting for it to turn up and nothing happened. Tried calling them and they continued to ignore / cut the call. This is a joke company, and if you're reading this after being let down by them, don't worry... when they DO deliver, it's mediocre at best.

Great food with many varieties of burgers. My favorite is the Chicken burger with signature sauce, grill chicken and chicken rice box (online deal). Best deals for students and great customer service by the girl with spectacles. Great ambience! I highly recommend Brrgrr.

Orderd a buy 2 get 1 free burgers at 1.20.am didn't arrive till 2.50 and the burgers and chips where luke warm if that and £6.40 is a joke 5 guys is cheaper and a proper burger never order from there again.

I'm not usually one to leave a review but lord have mercy on all things burger.....ordered from here for the very first time and by god the food was amazeballs. Had 2 burgers, chicken n cheese fries and chicken strips with smokey bbq sauce for me and the hubby. The burgers were fresh and tasty, the chicken n cheese fries woooooowwwww they pack a punch. Hubby loved the strips n sauce so much. This has to be some of the best food we have had ever. It arrived on time and was still piping hot. Highly highly recommended and will most definitely be ordering again in the future. If I could give more stars I would.

I got the buy 1 get 1 free burger (Tuesday only) and this time I got the jerky burger (the best on the list in my opnionion) and chicken with barbecue and classic sauce respectively. I also got loaded fries today which were lovely with a nice kick from the jalapeños. The cheese sauce was good too. The service was lovely. Especially the reception from the front house lady, Kamala.

I enjoyed my meal but in my experience of coming here there are days when the food is rushed. Today my food was nice but chips slightly overcooked but overall taste was nice. I did enjoy my meal and ate it all. Sadly the lady kept asking me to leave a review. I did say I would leave one after I’ve eaten and was approached twice during my meal and asked to leave a review. This was not very nice as I felt pressured and felt the lady was inpatient. I advise that staff ask people to leave there reviews after they have eaten and then leave people to make their own decision rather than feeling pressured.
