Today I went here to try a new restaurant and to support this business however I like the idea of the £1.99 long story short horrible chicken wings and I want cooked Unfortunately won’t be coming here again

Food cold and burnt, can't call the store, the number is straight to voicemail. I did get my refund on the burnt items which was through UberEats, wouldn't recommend really.

I wish i looked at reviews before buying. Definitely, overpriced for what you're getting. It's honestly shameless for a place called BRRGRR to serve the worst burger in Wolverhampton. Making a good burger isn't hard, but somehow they've mastered the art of making a terrible one. I also ordered two items and they some how forgot one lol.

I ordered two chicken cheese and fries and they only delivered one and when I tried to call the restaurant it kept saying they were unavailable. How convenient.

The cake was rock hard couldn’t even bite into it

This driver knocked good few time on my door and plus he used the ring even I have mentioned not to do it + he has kept my pop in his hoodie front pocket which made my drink warmer than being cold

I made a huge mistake by ordering from this place. I ordered 3 chicken burgers 3 meat burgers and wings. The food was not edible, the chicken burgers were hard as rock, they went straight to bin. I called the restaurant, the guy on the phone said, on your next visit I will give you free chicken burgers and he said he has added note on system, I went in today and lady on the counter said that management changed and they don't have any previous records and they didn't honour what was previously said. No care for coustmer. Waste of time and Money. Avoid

Ordered at 6.35 delivery latest was 7.25, 7.40 still no sign of food did try to contact but there is no single way bare in mind it's 15mins away from me. I then decided to go there and get my own food, which to no surprise it was all packed into a just eat bag for god knows how long and they tried to had it over to me, they then went on to saying it's due to lack of drivers which by this time it was 8.05 so in over an hour a driver hasn't been in . I don't believe. I said I don't want the food it cold and been standing there how long, they told me well u can't have a refund, I was shocked just by that response. I did then say well looks like I'll have it cooked again then due to that fact I have had 2 meals which cost £43 and they want me to have cold food what a joke, then I had to wait inside the place another 25 minutes for fresh food , but food was really nice bit greasy but nice I would say the whole thing was abit over price

Received 1 meal when I ordered 2 plus extras.

Over hour late Food was freezing and missing the extra free portion of peri peri chips

Absolute disgrace. App says food has arrived but nothing has turned up. Tried to call but number constantly says not available to take my call. !!!!!sadly, I didn’t read the reviews until the food didn’t turn up!!! Lesson learnt to check these things before ordering from somewhere new!!!

Really clean restaurant, nice staff upon entry this was my first time going here and I’ll be back the chips were a good portion this may not be a plus for some but the wings were over done but that’s how I like mine and the bbq sauce was 10/10

Why is there buy 1 get 1 free and you NEVER deliver it? We are missing numerous items including things that were'nt buy 1 get 1 free. This is the 2nd time we fell for the BOGOF and it didn't come. Never going here again. Late, cold and missing items

Order from here regularly, love their chicken loaded fries and chicken burgers but I won't be ordering anymore. Chicken burgers have gone tiny. The last time we ordered the buns were rock hard and stale, Asif they'd been left out all night. The fries weren't cooked and went all soggy. Their helpline is always unavailable and the company wouldn't do anything to rectify the order. Such a shame.

Ohmybeef smash burger was amazing. Highly recommend. Unfortunately our hot dog didn't have any onions on there. but got a refund from just eat so no problem. UPDATE: 11/9/24 Gone downhill.

Placed an order on uber eats. Chicken wrap was just plain cooked chicken with no flavour whatsoever compared to images on their site of the wrap. Chicken and rice box very disappointing with about 3 pieces of shredded chicken and the rice is stale, when chewing its as if you are eating uncooked rice. cold and not steamed well at all again with no flavour compared to how it is described. The worst thing is I tried calling to discuss but the number asks to leave a voicemail straightaway so unable to speak to anyone. This is appalling and I expected more.

I ordered 6 burgers, Chicken was super hard in All burgers. Wings were also burnt Burgers weren't even edible Their fry Chick burgers have just little piece of fillet that was hard and dry. Even dixy and uk Fried chicken give better burgers

This place has gone down hill. Waited 1 hour 45mins for my food. food wrapped in tin foil, barely warm. better burger places out there.

The portion and quality of food for the price we paid is absolutely ridiculous. A child would eat the portion we brought as adults and still want more £18.49 I paid for 1 meal and it came in tiny packaging

I ordered on here called the place to let them know I had ordered everything was confirmed to be here in time. That wasnt the case as it’s saying my food has been ordered and its still not here the place told me that the food left the establishment 30 minutes ago. I am not at all happy with this

I find it funny how there is no option for "didn't get delivered" at all, this has happened a couple of times from this place, I've waited over 2 hours for my food constantly checking every 15 mins to see if it is ready and after 2 hours they have marked my order as been delivered. I've eaten food from here a few times and it's nice but they wasted my time and for that I'm done ordering from here.

Poor service from Brrgrr, ordered from them on Uber eats as it states buy one get on free on a Naga spice chicken burger. I ordered two which I paid for and they only sent me 2 which I paid for but did not send the two that I was spouse to get free with the special offer and they refused to sort it out, kept telling me to reorder on Uber and pay for it again, absolute joke. Never be using them again.

The food was absolutely terrible and the chicken was undercooked. Not to mention the delivery driver took almost 2 hrs to deliver the food and then had a little attitude about it.

Had saver burger and fries. The burger was 2mm thick on stake buns

They are unhelpful and rude. Don't order for there. I asked to speak to the Manager or supervisor. They said supervisor doesn't want to talk to you and told him to cut the phone. Had to cancel my order after waiting over an hour

The food was OK, not bad but not great either. Don't be fooled by the free delivery or apparent discounts, portion sizes are miniscule. The cheeseburger was on par with the basic McDonalds one despite being twice the price. The "loaded fries" (their words not mine) came in a box that most places serve their smallest burger in. Overall, not impressed and won't be ordering again.

Well today I order a Naga spicy chicken burger and it was well cooked and it was very tasty but it was quite expensive but no doubt the food they provide is good and staff is also very nice and helpful, tell us about offers

Ordered chicken and rice box , peri fries. Chicken was chewy and only had like 7 chucks. Small portion of rice even though that was literally the only good thing that came. Peri fries had peri seasoning but no salt??? £12.49??? For the rice and chicken box alone? Never ordering again. Didn’t even eat it

Absolutely mortified with the service and food that has been provided today. My mother ordered a naga spice burger which I paid £7.99 which was already very pricey. Went back over to uni sat down she took a bite into it and it turns out the bloody burger wasn’t even cooked properly and the smell that came from it was absolutely atrocious, we proceeded to walk back to the takeaway to our concerns and the workers just laughed in my mothers face as if they didn’t even care, not only that they didn’t even provide us a refund. I have made a report to the necessary people and a food and safety inspection will most definitely be taking place. Absolute disgrace, and I thought they were being friendly while providing a buy 1 get 1 free deal daily but I’m guessing that’s just because they have no customers. Absolute joke .

Was not happy with part of the order the grill chicken burger tasted burnt and had no flavour and it was drenched in mayonnaise which made the bun so soggy…..also the loaded fries were so less and hardly any beef on it
