Very impressed with this place. This is one of the best cocktail bars I've been. The staff is super friendly and welcoming and the interiors are low-lit and pretty. It's also never too loud which I appreciate. Their cocktails are always served generously and packed full of flavour. We had the Big Lebowski which tasted like a coffee gelato and the sour cherry and watermelon frozen margherita which had the taste of an indulgent slushie (both very filling) - I would recommend both! A highly recommended cocktail bar in Bristol :)

Very sleek frozen cocktails in Bristol. Menu was varied and absolutely delicious on a balmy August night. The team are super knowledgeable and fun, they take their craft seriously. Enjoyed my visit and would definitely go again.

Love this place. Staff are always really friendly, and the cocktails (frozen or unfrozen) are awesome. It's a great option to pop in for a dessert stop. We opted for the Big Lebowski and the Rum and Raisin frozen cocktails. They just taste like ice creams that have been deliciously spiked. After, we ordered a Tropical Tide and Berry Swizzle (non frozen) which were also great. I find I usually only want one frozen cocktail and then I'm done. The spectacle of liquid nitrogen never gets old and it's a comfortable atmosphere to hang with friends and chat.

As always a friendly welcome. Came specifically for the rum and raisin frozen cocktail and it didn't disappoint, so I had a second. A lovely little bar with an interesting coctail menu.

This is a great place to go with friends, fun concept with lots of choice. The service was a bit slow but they don't let the standard slip. Bit of a mix up with our booking but we were provided with a complimentary drink. Highly recommend!

I had a couple of cocktails here with my partner; we were initially outdoors, which was lovely, but we had to move in when the EDL rioters were marching past. The guys at Brozen Bar helped us move in inside real quick & were quite reassuring. It was the first time my partner and I both had frozen cocktails & they were amazing. I had a couple of regular cocktails, too, which were fantastic as well. I love the lights & they had a great playlist on too. I'll highly recommend especially on hot summer days!

Loved the frozen cocktails, especially the espresso martini. Some great non-alcoholic cocktails also. The service was excellent, very attentive and considerate.

Breakfast of champions is the greatest. The toast is the best cocktail garnish that has ever been created.

Crazy liquid nitrogen ice cold cocktails that pack a massive alcoholic hit. Enjoyed Both the rum and raisin and coffee based ones we tried,(forget the name of the coffee one) was great to try them both together. Beware the spoon can stick to your tongue as it is that cold.

The concept is unique and awesome. The drinks are delicious fresh and well presented staff super friendly explaining the process. A must try:)

Gorgeous interior complements the delicious cocktails - unique and served with solid alcohol content ! We liked the big lobowski the most, absolutely delicious. Our favourite aspect was definitely the staff however !! Warm service perfectly complements the cool drinks.

We booked the cocktail tasting for a birthday celebration and it was amazing. The staff were so friendly and knowledgable. We got to try an assortment of drinks (really great value for money) and find out a bit about how they were made and methods used. Our group aged between 19 to 75 and it was suitable for all of us - and we all thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to do something a bit different.

This is a creative bar that makes cocktails into smoothies that are delicious.

We were here on Thursday 14th March and were served by B who was very knowledgeable and helpful. We had a Mai Tai, Old Fashioned, Sunshower and the March special "Live at the Apollo" We finished of with 2 frozen cocktails - Banoffee Alexander and Rum & Raisin. As usual all the cocktails were excellent. The frozen cocktails are a particular must try!

Honestly some of the best cocktails I have ever had! If you like frozen cocktails (or just cocktails in general) this is the place to be. Special shoutout to their frozen pina colada, it was other worldly! 10/10 would recommend, will definitely be coming back

Came for the cocktails after a walk around after dinner. They are more like sorbets after the treatment of liquid nitrogen. I had the Margherita and my partner had the big lebowski.

Lovely, small, intimate bar with a fantastic variety of alcoholic (and non) concoctions. The frozen cocktails are like having an alcoholic beverage as a dessert! (Rum and Raisin ice cream, Pina Colada sorbet, etc). Delicious and different!

Amazing! Went last night. Loved the atmosphere, the drinks are delicious and stand out from other cocktails bars. They're not the cheapest, but well worth a "treat" or date night. The server was efficient and attentive. Loved all the music being played too.

This is a bar we keep coming back to. The guys take cocktails very seriously. We came here once when it was quiet and the guys behind the bar were talking to each other about cocktails the entire time. Highly recommended.

Small location but managed to get a table and enjoyed an amazing novelty drink/icecream/sorbet? Was lovely! Amazing service and reasonably priced. The Pina Colada was a little on the strong side but that's no complaint!

Best bar in Bristol! The staff are so incredibly polite, helpful and passionate about all the cocktails. Everything is made locally and is very reasonably priced. I would defo recommend booking to avoid disappointment as it only has a small indoor area!

Stopped for a couple cocktails. Mrs had had a few spicy Margs which they made progressively Spicer at her request and we're checking how they were. Service was excellent as were margs. I had a frozen Margs then the frozen bannoffee both of which were awesome. Highly recommended

Really great place if you fancy something different. The frozen cocktails are lovely and creamy, and quite strong! Only thing is, if you want to modify the frozen drinks you can’t as it’s all pre-made which isn’t great for allergies. Other than that, it’s a good spot and the £10 per frozen cocktail is worth it!

Unique experience with lots of different drinks. They have a good range of frozen drinks as well as a full menu of normal drinks. We’ve been several times now and all the team are always attentive and welcoming, and the place is always clean with a good atmosphere. Seating areas outside as well as a few small intimate tables inside. Would definitely recommend to start a night or with some friends for a casual night out.

Found this place and went for a pre dinner cocktail. Lovely warm evening so sat outside in the street on provided chairs and tables. Tried a frozen (non alcoholic) cocktail and it was fabulous! Friendly service too, give it a go

Amazing unique cocktails in a cute little place

Great service and an interesting concept. Given the hook of frozen using liquid nitrogen you would think they would have more things frozen on the menu. Don't have the banoffee Alexander but do ask them to do a frozen margarita even though it isn't on the menu. We actually went back later in the night for more.

Popped in on a whim with no idea what they do and was blown away! Only had time for one 'drink' but will absolutely be back to go through the rest of the menu. They turn cocktails into ice cream/sorbets and the ones me and my partner had were amazing! Tasted very good. It's a lovely space and the people working there were very nice and easy to interact with. So glad I happened upon this place and I will be coming back very soon to work my way down the menu. Also worth noting, the cheapest prices for a cocktail of this quality that I've found in the city thus far.

So disappointed by this place 😭 after reading such good reviews we were really exciting but it was a terrible experience all round. Had booked a table and when we arrive basically told they had taken a massive booking so it wasn’t ready. Ended up being squished into a corner. Realllly slow service basically managed to get 2 drinks in an hour and a half and you can’t order at the bar. Drinks pretty overpriced! Frozen stuff is cool but definitely comes at the price of having to wait forever. Quite dingy and dark inside.

Excellent service, great selection of drinks, definitely a step above your average cocktail bar. Intimate atmosphere - only downside is that it closes at 11:30pm, so make sure you get there early to enjoy your night

Visited last night with a couple of friends just passing by, the vibe was great, the staff were really welcoming and engaging accommodating fitting us in and the drinks are beautifully presented and tasty! Would definitely recommend to anyone thinking of visiting and revisit again 🙏🏻

Spectacular frozen cocktails. Frozen Grasshopper tastes like After Eight. The other one, I don't remember the name, tastes like popcorn and is made with 3 types of supreme bourbon

Decent enough place. Certainly not the best cocktail bar in Bristol, but the cocktail I had was fairly well-balanced and tasty. 10% service charge added on the bill, despite the fact that for the first 5 minutes I was there, the bar girl hadn't noticed me and just sat on their phone....

Refreshing (obviously ) perfect place for an after dinner boozy sorbet. You can have your cocktails liquid or solid. The dry ice process transforms your espresso martini into the most delicious ice cream keeping the booziness of the drink.

The guys who own this bar are great. It's a fabulous cocktail bar which offers something different. Staff are always friendly and they have a lovely selection of cocktails all reasonably priced.

I booked the frozen cocktail experience for my birthday and it was so much better than expected! Would recommend it to everyone. Will talked us through how they make everything themselves, and had such good knowledge. It really enhanced the experience and the cocktails were amazing, we ended up really liking drinks that we would never usually order, and the sorbets and gelatos were so different to the usual stuff you get at all the normal chain bars. Will be returning for sure, brilliant value for money as well, thank you!

Easily the best bar in Bristol. No contest. As a lover of gelato and ice cream in general this is just what my soul needed. I will be coming back here every time I am in Bristol. I also love that it is quite small which makes the atmosphere nice and chill. Honestly everything was great the staff the drinks loved it! I recommend booking a spot to make sure you get a seat

A unique experience with drinks like no other. Friendly warm environment with a special selection of outstanding drinks that will make you think about going back again and again. Something a bit different. Love a good liquid nitrogen blender show and the addition of alcohol just makes it more fun. Staff were great, happy to be there, chatty and patient with my indecisive-ness.

A great experience! The cocktails are made with liquid nitrogen to turn them into ice, and they are really good! The decoration is also very pretty and cozy. I warmly recommend!
