I was given hot choc instead of cappuccino, eggs were cooked nice .hashbrowns didn't look great .bacon overcooked but I like that

Definitely in need of a refurb, but still a good atmosphere.

quite possibly the worst breakfast butty you will ever have, totally tastless and i've heard dewalt have aproached them to use their bacon as a low cost substitute in their steel toe capped boots and the ministry of defense want to use their black pudding instead of kevlar in their helmets. the stuff was inedible. do yourself a favour and get yourself down to your cornershop, buy a warbies and a pack of bacon and do it yourself. avoid this place.

The food itself was good! Really I ordered 2 mega breakfasts only thing is i ordered spam as extra and didnt recieve it. So my spam on both breakfasts was missing and also the black pudding! Yet i ordered on uber and they dont give any refund for missing items even tho i paid extra n got nothing. Its a shame because of this i wont be ordering again clearly the staff take no notice of peoples order

Chips were over cooked and looked re fried. Cold. Salad was old and not fresh. Baguettes were good though.

Never had a problem previously until today when my order was missing items such as chips missing from my cold sandwich order and my hot food was warm with burnt toast and beans all over the lid and packaging.

Canned drinks were wrong. No chips with cold sandwiches making the sandwiches very expensive at £7.50 each! Food was nice so no complaints with quality, just the missing and wrong items making it expensive.

food is nice could do with just draining the oil off bacon and sausage and putting the beans and tomatoes in a pot as got a little messy other than that 5* would recommend

food was ok but bacon hard and toast black and un edible. Also i ordered a latte but got a tea?

I don't usually leave reviews but this was the worst breakfast I have ever ordered. It was done via Uber Eats so I didn't actually go into the cafe but I have left a 1 star review for the atmosphere because the atmosphere in my house after receiving such a poor quality breakfast was measurable. I waited much longer than the expected time but I get that it is a Sunday and there are probably a lot of hungover people about, dying for a full English. As soon as I opened the container I could see the oil! It was not far off a full swimming pool full. The bacon was hard and totally saturated in cooking oil. I had to put kitchen role on them to soak up and get rid of the grease. The hash brown that been having a dip in this swimming pool of oil was so soggy because of it, it fell a part and was unedable. The eggs were hard and the sausages are very low quality. I tried a little bit of it but as well as all of that and it being on the cold side I decided to just leave it and order something else. I definitely do NOT recommend. They clearly don't care about the quality of food they are serving.

First time ordering from here and it certainly won't be the last time. Definitely recommend everything was spot on.

I’ve ordered here a few times and it’s been okay each time but today I ordered a sausage and hash brown muffin and there was a long black hair incorporated in the muffin which knocked me sick and the food has gone to waste I’ve tried to call a couple times but no one picked up so got a refund through Uber eats

Just had 3 breakfast wraps delivered , it took less than 20mins from ordering to being delivered to my door . It was piping hot , very generously portioned and most importantly of all it was delicious , not our first time ordering from here and won’t be the last , fantastic service

On this pub you can watch live football, they have also pool table , car park and beer garden

The pub was clean and the buffet was nice, hot and cold food.

Food is nice but the order is always missing items, this time it was the tea that's included with the breakfast. It gets annoying when you have to ring them back for nobody to answer

Called into celebrate a family members birthday. The place is a bit run down but the atmosphere is great. The catering was good, not sure if that was done by the landlady but is was good. The toilets leave a lit to be desired there are two steps leading up to the toilets in the ladies but due to the state of some of the women by 5:00pm I imagine there are trips and falls on a regular basis. I am not e regular but the staff were very friendly.

Never had a breakfast that needed to have a life jacket before. So much grease that the bottom of the takeaway tray was swimming. My lips feel like my lip gloss broke on them . Won't. be using this takeaway again

First time ordering a breakfast from Britannia Tavern Café and I loved it so much. It was filthy good 😍 I ordered a big breakfast on a mega muffin although instead it arrived in 2 large ones which was fine. It tasted absolutely gorgeous. I will be ordering again that's for sure. I ordered via Uber Eats which was pricey but convenient at the same time.

Pricey but good quality. I ordered the tex mex burger and the beef was very lean and with very little grease. In contrast, the salt and pepper fries were covered in oil but the flavour was decent. The blue cheese and buffalo sauces really elevated the fries.

Ordered a sandwich from this place and found a chewed chewing gum in the sandwich! Instantly puked up and was absolutely disgusted by it. With covid flying around this is so worrying. Spoke to the manager who said they operate a no gum policy which clearly is not being adhered to. All he could do is apologise, still feeling so sick thinking about it and worried I might catch something

just ordered food from here and WOW, we ordered a mega breakfast each and it was amazing, free range egg's, thick bacon, everything spot on and properly cooked even the latte was spot on, im going on like ive never had a good breakfast but this did top the lot! ,we will be ordering again to try the sunday roast, Uber eats there on guys, you wont be dissapointed it is well nice

Ordered a mega breakfast with uber eats didnt receive my coffee, spam and extra black pudding i Ordered, I phoned up and told them so they said they'd send out another breakfast just to receive the bits they missed off and again no coffee, wouldn't usually complain but they missed my black pudding of the first time I ordered but I didn't make a fuss about it but I dont think I'll order again just to have stuff missing its a shame because the foods tasty

Brilliant place for catching up with your friends, having home cooked food and enjoying the atmosphere. Totally strict covid regulations being observed, implemented by extra, helpful & observant staff.

Go there once a month on a Saturday morning for Veterans breakfast club the landlady really looks after us oldies and we have a good breakfast at a reasonable price x

Customers are brilliant nice friendly people so are the bar staff when you can get there attention ha ha
