Britannia Inn in Weymouth and Portland

Stopped in for a few pints and had a great time! The family who own and operate the pub are super welcoming and add to the comfortable atmosphere. Great garden patio, pool table, dart board, and lots of laughs!

This pub has just changed hands ,and all the old locals seemed to have gone elsewhere ,but it is still the same old pub ,and the new landlord seems a decent bloke .

Carl the new man in charge was amazing. Atmosphere was brilliant and service was excellent. Recommend to locals or anyone travelling.

Went in for a pint with my dogs, we were all very welcome. It was quiet when we went in so can't comment on weekend atmosphere but beer range is good, although as a lover of local ale, would be nice to see more local ales on choice but those on offer are very nice and very reasonably priced, £4.70 for pint and packet of crisps. Good music on the TV, very nice place to stop off for a pint or three :)

Lovely little pub with beer garden. Often with live music. Dog friendly. 2 Tvs' for sporting events, pool table that's free to use.Staff friendly and helpful. There are public car parks nearby.

Real locals pub. Opens and stays open later than most of the others. Landlord is lovely and seemingly legend in own right. Retro tv music adds to it all.

Spent a Saturday afternoon here with friends. Great vibe, plenty of banter. Sells good real ale & all the usual suspects in keg + bottles. Does limited bar food ie selection of rolls & bar snacks. Locals friendly & has a great outside patioed garden area with some covered sun shade or you can tan away in the afternoon sun. Plenty of tunes to.

Lovely pub , friendly staff and people , a nice selection of drinks , I believe they have a TV and pool table , we went straight to the garden so only caught a glimpse of inside , nice sunny garden with a shaded area at the back with a few tables , parking just a short walk in a car park free of charge

I stopped at this pub for the first time yesterday for a bag of crisps and a baileys and all I can say is it was such a friendly atmosphere and the man who served me was lovely and friendly and I definitely will be back again

Good beers and a good pub for drinkers ,only negative is it didn't serve food .

Classic old locals local, but welcoming to strangers as well. If you're in need of something to make you smile, read some of the clips and cuttings just inside the front door.

Nice and friendly traditional pub. Decent selection on offer. If I had to pick a fault, the real ale could have been a little bit colder. It wasn't warm, but could stand being a degree or 2 colder. But it was well kept and the condition was good.

Friendly barman, nice pint of Legend. Water for dogs, all good.

Pub was ok friendly old fashioned place. visited to enjoy the live music from Rick and Rob on Sunday afternoon / evening . Would recommend a visit .

Great little find, small with a nice outdoor area. Food was freshly cooked, simple and tasty. Lovely bar lady as well.
