BRIM in Dacorum

My food has not arrived, it said a 48 minute wait time, its been over an hour for a delivery and the food is still nowhere to be seen.

I used to go to Brim a lot & loved it. The food is still great but they left off the toppings on my burger. It was just meat & bread. I ordered the build a burger. I don’t know if it didn’t go through properly because of Justin Eat or they just left them off. That was disappointing but I loved the rest of the food & milkshake.

Definitely not even close to be the best burger shop in Town. Ordered from Rudi’s for first time they had an offer on UberEats, 2 for 11,99£. Those were some Burgers made in a rush, quantity over quality, with some spoiled pickles 🥒 and way to much cheese. With the service charge and service end up paying 16£ for two disappointing burgers. Not the worse but considering the reviews on google, I can only assume that they are overvalued. I therefore give 3 stars ⭐️.

Food came very late- Hence everything was cold

This is our favourite burger place hands down. Really tasty beef, massive portions and superb fries!

Order was pushed back twice then told my order was delivered. Had to wait 20 mins. Then the driver phoned to say he tried to knock which he didnt as i have a ring door bell and he was never there. Turned up 10 mins later with some lovely cold food.

90 mins is pathetic for a burger which is 7 minute drive away…

Delivery was a long time, I assume they were cooking fresh. Food was lovely, but a little on the luke warm side

first time for us we both found the brim sauce very spicy, very over powering and spoilt the taste In our opinion. chips were tasty with rosemary but stone cold .

The food is great, The service is great, but the shop, even though it's takeaway, could do with some cleaning and general maintenance.

I’ve been here 3 times - the food is good although on the pricier side. The customer service really ruins the experience though. Each time I’ve gone, they meet me with an attitude and have overcharged me despite me using my Westfield staff discount, both times smiling sheepishly and saying oh they didn’t know when I had showed them the proof. Today was the last straw as I was met with rude attitude and then had a hair in my burger. Won’t visit again.

If I could give Brim 6 stars, I would. I love Brim. Amazing smash burgers, my absolute favorite is the Fiery Brimstone. My and my daughters special treat is a Ferrero and Nutella shake...love it !! And when I walk in the staff are so friendly...they always know my order !! Faultless food and service. If you've never gone to Brim , you are missing out. xxx

Myself and some friends are regular customers that often go for lunch, the food is always fantastic and enjoy it thoroughly. Definitely, the best burgers in Hemel.

The delivery driver had the food for over 20 mins. I am 1 minute up the road from Brim. No apology from him. He should not be working for Justeat! The food was stone cold.

food was still warm but clearly had cooled with the delay, the journey from the restaurant to delivery address is relatively direct and short to get to. I recieved notificaiton that food was with courier at 1813 and it was recieved 1850

Don't normally Write a review, but I have to say out of all the places I have eaten in the world and I have eaten a lot of burgers. This is by far the best food I’ve ever eaten. Unreal Give it a go 🍔🍔

A really good restaurant. The staff are always helpful and kind. The food is absolutely brilliant. I regularly have the Chicken Run burger and the Chicken Tenders. They've got the perfect sauce recipe for their burgers. I've tried almost every thing on their menu and they all hit the spot. Their Brim Burger is magnificent. My two boys love their tenders too and they are really fussy eaters! I have been a regular customer of theirs for years. Their food is reasonably priced. A burger, 5 chicken tenders and a lotus biscoff milkshake cost me under £20

Your workers are a complete embarrassment to your establishment, arguing and fighting in front of your customers!!!! I arrived home and to no surprise, my drink was missing probably because of all the chaos. What a joke .

Working in the area and decided to try Brim. The owner took his time to go through the menu with us and was really friendly. The food was amazing. The best burger I’ve ever had and the commando fries were delicious. I also ordered a milkshake which was also very tasty. Couldn’t recommend this place enough to anyone looking for a good burger.

Had the cheese melt burger with skin on fries. It was nice but expensive for a burger and fries. £14 is too much especially when that doesn't include a drink. Nice burger but not worth £14.

The food tasted good but was cold by the time it finally arrived. The delivery driver accidentally clicked delivered as he was leaving the restaurant and then it took 20 minutes for him to get to us… even though it’s a 5 minute drive.

On several occasions now we've ordered a BRIM burger. We've tended to lean towards their 'Chicken Run' burger with fries, rasher of bacon and strawberry milkshake. Every time it has been delicious and good quality!

Found a stapler in my burger. No longer ordering from Brim again

Food was down for delivery at 19.15- 19.35 this time was then moved to 19.50 and I phoned the restaurant and they told me they left 8 minutes ago. It is now 20.05 and still no food, which if does get delivered will be cold. I would like a full refund for this order please.

Food came late. Ordered food at work for all the colleagues and after eating it everyone had food poising and diaherria. Wouldn’t recommend this branch.

I was unable to choose the serious option with the chicken run. I decided choose a serious option with a burger and write in the notes asking for it to be a chicken run instead and with no salad. Instead I got a beef burger but I know they had read the notes as it come with no salad. So I’m upset that just eat doesn’t have the option to upgrade the chicken burger but also upset with the restaurant for reading the notes and just ignoring it. They could have at least called if there was a problem

Food arrived cold and squashed. Called the restaurant, guys said he'd speak to a manger and then cut me off.

It says my food was delivered but it never turned up. The only option you give me to speak to someone is " Call the restaurant". They say " nothing to do with us we just make the food". No food, no way to speak to driver. Furious. And now I can't leave this review !! Send button won't work.

i’m looking to get a refund for the oreo milkshake, my driver didn’t hand me the milkshake and said “no giving” whether he meant brim didn’t make and hand him the milkshake for delivery or he took it we will never know but i didn’t receive the milkshake which was nearly 7 quid. thank you

Burger was full of flavour and very well put together. Loaded fries were great. Could have been improved if it was more saucy. Overall a great meal. The black and white interior everywhere is a bit too much.
