Not sure what happened but this place has gone downhill. The burgers don’t taste as good as it used to be :/

Super friendly staff and good quality food. I liked the vegetarian option and good size fries.

Went for a late meal burgers are a a good size and tasty however it is very messy as the bun fell apart with all the salad and sauce

On several occasions now we've ordered a BRIM burger. We've tended to lean towards their 'Chicken Run' burger with fries, rasher of bacon and strawberry milkshake. Every time it has been delicious and good quality!

Found a stapler in my burger. No longer ordering from Brim again

Food was down for delivery at 19.15- 19.35 this time was then moved to 19.50 and I phoned the restaurant and they told me they left 8 minutes ago. It is now 20.05 and still no food, which if does get delivered will be cold. I would like a full refund for this order please.

Their Food is not good - very overpriced burgers and sides.

Food came late. Ordered food at work for all the colleagues and after eating it everyone had food poising and diaherria. Wouldn’t recommend this branch.

I was unable to choose the serious option with the chicken run. I decided choose a serious option with a burger and write in the notes asking for it to be a chicken run instead and with no salad. Instead I got a beef burger but I know they had read the notes as it come with no salad. So I’m upset that just eat doesn’t have the option to upgrade the chicken burger but also upset with the restaurant for reading the notes and just ignoring it. They could have at least called if there was a problem

The food has never arrived. Shame on you

Food arrived cold and squashed. Called the restaurant, guys said he'd speak to a manger and then cut me off.

It says my food was delivered but it never turned up. The only option you give me to speak to someone is " Call the restaurant". They say " nothing to do with us we just make the food". No food, no way to speak to driver. Furious. And now I can't leave this review !! Send button won't work.

i’m looking to get a refund for the oreo milkshake, my driver didn’t hand me the milkshake and said “no giving” whether he meant brim didn’t make and hand him the milkshake for delivery or he took it we will never know but i didn’t receive the milkshake which was nearly 7 quid. thank you

Absolutely amazing Brimstone Burger and Dynamite Fries! Best Burgers in Hemel Hempstead and possibly in the UK!!

Burger was full of flavour and very well put together. Loaded fries were great. Could have been improved if it was more saucy. Overall a great meal. The black and white interior everywhere is a bit too much.

The burger is lovely! But the rosemary and garlic salted fries are waaaaaay too salty, unfortunately they’re inedible for me.

This is the 3rd time ive had missing food from my order, and then just get a sorry and we will deliver missing items in 20 minutes. Not satisfied at all!!!!

After long anticipation i had my meal at BRIM. I am rather disappointed with quality of food, service and prices. I bought BRIM smash 8oz and commando fires. Burgers were oily and greasy, and I meant dripping greasy. Smash Pattie was oily, lack seasoning and flavour and was chewy - clearly more fat in meat than it should be. Bun was ok. Fries were not bad, may be too much sauce on it. No drinks were offered or if there is a meal deal. I paid £25 for 2 burgers and one commando fries- that’s extortionating. I wouldn’t have paid more than £5 for this quality. My honest feedback work on your meat, service, reduce price to come inline with service standards and product quantity to have competitive edge and achieve economies of scales. Grill needs to be cleaned and the oil spill near grill on floor needs to be addressed. Get some decent decor in shop to go with brand. No body wants to eat convicted burgers with black and white stripes. Bring some flavour in burgers and decor- add some ambience.

Food was freezing cold when delivered and missing items when we called them to talk about it they were extremely rude and very professional at all. We used to love ordering from here but will not be back.

Chips were burnt! It's a shame that this happened to me and my friends not just once, but twice. It's definitely disappointing when a place we used to enjoy doesn't meet our expectations anymore. We've had better experiences in the past though so hope you can improve your chip-making skills!

Delivery driver was spot on, however my order was completely wrong so I sent the food back. Have ordered from here before, food is great so will have order again in the future.

No smiles, just shouted order ready, ordered the shroom burger on the understanding there would be mushrooms????? None literary none, tasty burger but not what I expected after reading past reviews, not my go to place, live and learn. Would NOT RECOMMEND.

Been a while since I've eaten at this place shame you can't order through them directly as just eat and Uber it's extremely expensive on there. But probably do the best burgers in Hemel by far the burgers the smashed patties the flavours from these burgers are unreal

Food tasted really good but took an absolute age to be delivered and was insanely overpriced. It’s a shame because this would be my go-to burger joint if I didn’t feel like they were ripping me off. If they start giving out more than a handful of fries for £5 maybe I’ll be back.

I would have given 5 stars for the food but the beef in my burger kept slipping out. Taste wise, it’s was nice and fresh. Patty was crispy on the out and juicy on the in.

Placed an order on the Brim App , took them 1.5h to be delivered, and when I got the order 1 burger was missing!!! I called and they said they will send it out straight away ! 40 min later still no burger !! Horrible service !

Ordered food from Brim and when the food was delivered the Street dog was missing and all food was cold, rang the restaurant multiple times and was hung up on twice. Spoke to the manager and she said that she’s happy to submit the refund. Will definitely not be ordering from here again and won’t be recommending this restaurant in the future

Had my first burger today spend 22pound the burgers 🍔 were ok i was expecting alot more for the price the burger was very greasey and bun was wet not the greatest burger shame because the staff are lovely

When i say this is the BEST burger place in the UK I am not exaggerating. My go to order is the brim burger with the skin on fries with cayenne and oregano seasoning. I have been coming here for the past 3 years and there has not been ONE bad experience. The staff are extremely friendly, especially the manager who always goes above and beyond to look after me. In addition, their desserts are delicious and much better than well known dessert places. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Easily the best Burger in Hemel Hempstead area.

Never tried them before so a bit of treat, the saucy fries were delicious, would definitely recommend and eat again.

Burgers are the best always hot and tasty but the chips are always cold.

First time ordering from here and I will never eat another burger from anywhere again. I’ve always been reluctant to order due to the prices so I took advantage of a buy one get one free offer yesterday. I ordered a burger and a hotdog. Both were amazing, arrived hot and well packaged. I honestly encourage you to order from here, you won’t regret it.

I ordered from Brim all the time despite of their delivery timing being 1hr minimum. My order today was at 19.45 and its 9pm now as I write this review and my order still hasn’t arrived. My children have been waiting all this while for their food. I will not be ordering from you again. I would like a refund on my order if thats possible. Thank you.

Out for delivery for 25 mins. Turned up in the back of drivers car who had his rear windows down. Food was FREEZING

After moving to the area, I thought I’d give Brim a try and I was not disappointed firstly the food came just on time. The food itself was nice and hot and fresh! Full of flavour and the chips were delicious! Actually think this is the best burger I have ever had. Will definitely be re ordering in the future! 🍔🙂

Lovely deliver boy, awful phone service, rude and generally horrible, hung up on me and my partner. Didn’t seem aware of my order when I called to check they received the note I had asking for no sauce, which they put in the burger anyway. Won’t be ordering again, but the food was nice enough

Ordered from this restaurant for the 1st time tonight and wasn't disappointed. The food arrived on time and was hot and the taste amazing! Something like I've not tasted before. The burgers had clear labels on which was very helpful. Would 100% recommend this takeaway and will be definitely returning.

Some of the best smash burgers around. Top quality ingredients, deep flavours, executed perfectly. Fries are really good too, milkshakes are decent. You'll do well to find a better smash burger anywhere than these
