Lovely fresh food , with amazing staff , top quality and very well priced

Had lunch there today it was lovely we had the roast we both had the lamb everything was Fresh and would go there again

I had chicken burger and chips today...fabulous fresh tasty food as always...Well recommended place to eat...and reasonably priced.

I had salmon fillet it was very delicious. Staf is verry polite.

Today, we went to have breakfast, but we didn't expect a high level of quality food and services. We got a Cappuccino, Hot chocolate, and Milk sake, plus full English and an American breakfast. It was simply delicious; the service was good, and we didn't wait long for our food. Everything was Wonderful.

I have just had a lunch here with colleagues. I have visited this café numerous times before as it is close to my office and always had a pleasant experience. Today I ordered the chicken wrap. Halfway through wrap I noticed it was very soggy and wet and I realised that regular tomatoes were used instead of sundried tomato that is had on the menu, but that wasn't a major issue for me. I am not someone that would complain easily. However on the last half of the wrap, I cut a piece of chicken in half as it was larger than bite size and the chicken was bright pink in the middle. At this point I took the plate to a nearby waitress as I was worried I had been eating raw chicken. She looked at the meat cut on my plate, apologised immediately, and took the plate to the kitchen. A few minutes later she returned and said she had spoken to the chef, she apologised again, and said this would be removed from the bill. I accepted this and thanked her. A few minutes later, the chef came out and acknowledged that he had used the wrong tomatoes. He queried why I had eaten so much if I didnt think it was cooked, so I explained it to him. He disappeared and I thought no more of it. I then went to settle the bill for my drink and was told at the till that I also had to pay for the wrap. I let the lady serving know that it should have been removed and she replied that no, as i had eaten too much of it, I had to pay for it. I was shocked and tried to explain that the waitress informed me it would be removed, and I explained what happened AGAIN. Then the chef appeared and stated that I had to pay for this because I had eaten a lot of it. I again explained the situation making clear that I felt the chicken was not cooked and had I realised it sooner, of course I wouldn't have eaten it. The meat was in a seasoning and combined with vegetables so there was no way to tell unless you take the wrap apart and disect it. At the till he was rude, talked over me, and was sarcastic to me in front of my colleagues. The situation was embarrassing and frustrating. I paid for the wet, raw wrap so that I could just leave the cafe. but I will not be returning and will advise my colleagues who also frequent the cafe regularly of this experience.

Wonderful, friendly, diverse staff, we came up from Devon to visit my mum and this place looked after us perfectly, giving plenty of time and space for my autistic brother, the food and drink was delicious (i highly recommend the gourmet burger) Thanks again, and we'll be back next time we're in the area!

Really yummy vegan option, excellent friendly service and we were able to bring our assistance dog in with us without a problem. The tropical smoothie was delicious.

Visited with my family on 7/8, had a wonderful and delicious experience. The staff was very lovely, food presentation was beautiful and of course it was very delicious, relished every morsel. A place to be visited when you are in Hemel Hempstead.

Lovely salad at the end of the day. Sat outside. No brown bits on the salmon and after a nice firm avocado. Lovely.

Delicious Food, we had Lamb Panini & Pie. All I can is WOW Don’t Miss SUNDAY LAMB ROAST!!! Friendly staff, Chef, Manager, the whole team is very professional and always take care of us.

I have been using you guys on uber for the last few months & all I can say is the food is delicious! Jacket potato with bacon,cheese & beans is my go to! The staff are also lovely who answer the phones. I've seen a bad reviews against you guys but there is always three sides to a story..theirs,yours & the truth. I for one shall continue to use your establishment & I may come in & eat rather than order online. Good luck guys & keep on going x

Was in there yesterday, food was alright, however there were police in there yesterday over an incident where the owner grabbed a young girl working by her clothing and threw her. Couldn’t believe what I was hearing, her mum looked absolutely livid, can’t imagine what that poor girl is going through. Food was alright but I’m not sure I’ll be going back there anytime soon. Response to owner: Have no idea what your talking about, I've had my google account longer than you have had your business. As I stated previously, my experience of the food was good but it does not take away from the facts of the incident that occured.

Awful place. EDIT- Response to owner... I AM a genuine customer. I visited last week and the atmosphere was grim. Food was very poor quality. This is my genuine experience. N.B I am sure you will find you cannot take legal action for someone leaving a review, just because you don't like it.

Best breakfst ever i had and really friendly staff

As a muslim, I have specifically asked for no pork on my plate, the plate arrived with pork I had to complain and ask for a new plate which took twenty minutes to arrive. Not happy!!!!!

Went here for the first time and was very impressed. Waitresses are so attentive and friendly. I wanted by bacon and sausages well done which was not a problem. Super tasty food and great portions!

Great service and delicious food. Eat here fairly regularly and all of the staff are friendly and welcoming. Excellent English breakfast with a quality sausage which is really filling. Visited for breakfasts, lunches and dinners and never had a bad meal. Licensed too if you fancy a cheeky tipple with your meal.

We decided to break up a long journey with a stop here instead of the usual motorway services. The staff were so friendly and welcoming, we were really glad we did. We ordered from the breakfast menu and we were all pleased with our choices. Generous portions, cooked to perfection, served with a smile You definitely wouldn’t get that at a service station. If we lived closer we’d be regulars

We have been here a few times now, but today was most definitely our favourite visit! The service was so good and the food was amazing, especially for the price! I 100% recommended the Mediterranean breakfast, it's really well cooked and seasoned, and it is HUGE, I had to take half of it away to have for dinner! The highlight was when the staff heared it was my sisters birthday, and as a total surprise, played a happy birthday song over the speakers and bought her a complimentary slice of (delicious) cheesecake with a candle. Had such a lovely morning there! Thanks to all the staff

We usually come for the amazing full English breakfast but today we decided to have lunch and we were not disappointed. Really nice quality , reasonably priced food cooked to perfection all with a fabulous service . I cannot recommend highly enough .
