Bridies - Trench Rd in Derry

Prices have risen as expected but portion sizes are now ridiculous. Doesn’t matter if your asking for a small/large bag of chips your only getting a scoop, it’s like going to a chippy if Ireland was back in famine times, asked for a large chicken box paid 7.70 was like a kids portion. Just taking the hand at this stage

I have never ever had a bad order yet. Food is tasty and portion size is generous! Delivery is swiftly delivered by friendly taxi drivers, and food always arrives hot. I highly recommend this takeaway. It's my "go to" takeaway!

Ordered delivery 4 times. 4 times items missing but still charged for. Just use goodyear in future

Waited an hour and a half for an Order only for part of it to be missing, I phoned the shop for a replacement and they said it will be another hr, no refund offered and the quality of the food that did arrive was poor n cold

One star unfortunately...my last 6 orders to Bridies Trench Road for Delivery have all been wrong. Mostly missing food..its extremely disappointing when you are feeding a family and their food doesn't arrived. I also ordered 2 pieces of fish option and found that the portions were very small, for just under £6. Food by delivery was more often than not cool when it arrived. Card refunds are extremely slow, with these having to be chased up to a week later. Its a pity when my orders are between £30 and £50 but I won't be ordering again. I also found that reviews on Just Eat questionable with regular posts of 5 stars from the same people.

I called in to Bridies yesterday evening I had some time to kill while waiting on a taxi My 1 st time I have to say I wasn’t disappointed I ordered a fish service was very quick the fish was beautiful and came with a lovely little portion of chips most places your lucky if they throw in 3 chips Lol the staff were very friendly and helpful even though they were busy I will be back Thankyou x

Business was open and one customer was in. the door wouldn't open and staff members ignored me, will never be back

First time trying the food here and I gotta say I wasn't disappointed. I will diffenatly be calling in again when I'm in the area😁😁😁

I normally am not too fussed with other Bridies but the Trench Road one is great. No aftertaste of grease and generous portions. The best locally.

Great tasting fish and chips, cooked the way you like them. I particularly like the smoked fish in batter, called red fish. Portion sizes are large you don't need extra.

Squishy fake fatty burger feel sickish now. Salty runny off tasting curry all was cold too. Not be back. Bap crumbled.

Burnt overdone dry low grade fish, chips are dry too... Not pleasant.. thats my 2nd time to go to Bridies and both times have been poor, so on this i wont be back.

Nice food and good staff... Its s pity if you ask for 2 bags of chips you repeatedly get them wrapped together in one huge sack instead of wrapped individually
