Got cheeseburger should come with chips.. Came with six chips.. Won't ever order again

Very tasty pizza 🍕 😋 bloody annoying when they don't answer there phones , landed down and there's 5 people standing doing nothing.

Pizzas are good and the service was ok.

Staff have zero professionalism. Both on the phone and when you go into the store. Pizza is average.

This a pizza take away. Ordered a pizza at a quite busy time so I think they where rushing through orders .wasn't impressed with the pizza and how it was cooked or tasted.

Been ringing the phone for over a half hour obviously the phone has been took off the hook and went into order in the shop and there closed (23:48) but supposed to be open to 1am

Ordered for collection, went down 30 mins after and no one was sure where my order was, ordered 2 chicken boxes taco dip a sausage and 2 cans. The people bagging up the order only put in one chicken box when I told them I ordered two they said no just one on the order. Came home with a chicken box with everything when I only asked for sauces which had half crinkle chips half normal for some reason? . Nuggets & chips instead of a sausage? And bits of pepperoni in the second chicken box which I had to wait to be made again. Reallly unorganised and food was not nice at all , also cost me more than what the app showed for some reason?

Ordered Chicken fillet burger & chips. Delivery was quick and guy was friendly however food was awful. Chicken was burnt black with half a bottle of mayo piled on top to disguise the black chicken. As for the chips; nice but only 12 chips in the portion.

Sadly the Pizza tasted burnt fully burnt but it wasn't but I'd eat here again

Overcooked but mostly nice chicken filliet burger. Coleslaw was also going off, and smelled quite bad, nice staff tho

Not recommended. The pizza dough was raw in the centre. I was tempted to eat the crust until I saw the shrimp!!! begging me to put them back in the tin. The staff was bordering on being friendly and the manager/owner looked uninterested.

Base is the best part of the pizza. The toppings are AWFUL. What kind of place puts Spam on a pizza when you order ham? Overall I'd avoid and go to Scarpello instead.

Regularly order but just got a pizza that was jet black burnt. Paul sort the staff out.

Absolutely disgusting. One pizza base burnt and the other pizza was undercooked with no tomato sauce and extremely bad quality toppings like spam ham 🤮. Crinkle cut oven chips, dry and tasteless. I have been going to paolos on and off for years but I will never ever be back. Definitely do NOT eat yo pizza here!!!

I think Paolo's need to take on board is their chips are hard and tastless, maybe it's money before produce.

Pizzas are mediocre for a chain that specialises in pizza. Base was overcooked and 90% of the topping were in the center of the pizza. Got chips on the side....Will not be making that mistake again, the driest, most tasteless chips I have ever encountered. Will not be in a hurry back.

Always worst experience ask for a delivery at 4 45 the boy said delivery don't start till 5 and hung up instead of taking my order try ring back they took phone of the hook always the same problem never any resolution

Paolos are usually very good but disappointing tonight as my pizza was burnt, they handed it to me and said nothing. I wuda sent it back if I didn't drive 2 miles home with it before noticing.

I had a craving for a mid afternoon pizza and stumbled on a non-descript strip mall takeaway pizza joint. They also have chicken, burgers, kabobs and other typical takeaway menu items. My expectations were limited, but I think by seeing my rating you know how this story ends. I was greeted with a smile asked if I had any questions. Having none, I ordered a not on the menu custom pizza. I asked for lots of and a variety of cheese. What did I get? - Exactly that, layered perfectly. Ample Italian ham and a very tasty pizza sauce covering a wonderful crust. Will I go back? Of course I will. Thanks for the great and reasonably priced pizza!!

Wow simply the best pizza in Derry! The coleslaw is to die for & it's made on the premises. My daughter says the do the "best" garlic chips & chicken fillet burgers. There is a wide menu - something for everyone. The premises is bright, airy & spotless. The staff are so friendly & there is ample parking! Thumbs up from me & all the family.

Ordered online but still had to wait for my order as the counter staff didn't read my order properly so half the order was cold by the time i got home...

Handy take away just off one of the main arteries into Derry. Pizza's are decent and there is a good selection to cater for all tastes. Try the chips ! Quality dry chips not soggy from oil with a good crunch and taste.

Horrible food no taste at all just sauces chicken very dry.

Derry's best pizzas, also have large menu of extras and meals. Staff and great and delivery available.

got pizza last night sorry was burnt usually very good but was disappointed last night

I have just had the driest chicken box that I have ever had from here tonight. Chips were really dry ...chicken was very dry with a miserable tablespoon of coleslaw and miserable amount of chilled sauce ...no garlic sauce or taco sauces...whoever made these tonight needs to be taught how to make a proper chicken box.

I come here every so often for the Meal deal during lunch hour and it's value for money and very tasty!

Very rude always trying to pass me to differnt shops, this happend the last four times I ordered delivery even when I go in the shop staff is rude acting like a interrupted their conversations NEVER AGAIN shall I order too much hasel for that reason I gave one star

Says open til 2.30am, went in at 1.45am Friday night to be told there closed. So couldn't be more wrong with their opening and closing times! And not for the first time either

Hit and miss, pizzas can taste of dough sometimes

ordered chicken box yesterday for home delivery I got box what I thought was full off sawdust chicken shredded to small dust like particles probably remains off box of chicken pieces few hard half cooked chips bit slaw had to go in bin never again

We ordered a plain chicken burger and gave us one with mayonnaise and lettuce rang them back and there giving us another one thankfully but If it wasn't for that it would have been a four
