Very soggy and the brisket very disappointed dry more like smoked roast beef to much going on

2 hours waiting for food to arrive. Freezing cold. Meat bone dry. Cauliflower wings soggy. Chips like they have been sat for hours. Sent wrong sauces and everything. Seriously avoid this place at all costs. £40 down the drain

The service was excellent. The floor was somewhat slippery due to powder like materials. The fries appeared to be soggy. The Korean-style chicken was soaked in butter, but the results were not satisfactory. The BBQ was good. The price was slightly high.

The best thing about my order was the coke. Mac and cheese was like powder. No Seasoning on the chicken, or either of the fries. Cheese sauce was also like powder. Big build up for a let down. Don't know what I spent my money on? Food needed reheated

food was yummy 😋 tried new things 🤤 but wished there was more honey butter and maple syrup on the fries as they were a bit dry but what I did have were very different but yummy 😋 partner liked the cheese cauliflower wings

Ordered food and we went in to collect it as on just eat it said our order was ready, but when we went in it was not ready and we had to wait another 40 minutes

Food arrived warm and cold but not hot. Expensive for what we ordered. I wouldn’t go back

Went today even after reading some of the reviews on here and glad we went. Food was amazing service was amazing. Highly recommend the sharing platters you get loads and very tasty we left with a doggy Box we got that much very enjoyable evening had

They were out of ordered side and didn't tell us until we stopped in to collect our order, a good 15 minutes after they marked it as ready, and they had us wait a further 20 minutes for our food. They rectified the situation as best they could with a replacement side which I do really appreciate, everyone was lovely, but they have some serious time management issues to address. Food always takes ages and there's no communication in due time if/when there's an issue.

Have been here before for food and couldn’t complain, but the trailer at the maritime festival didn’t live up to standards. Waited 30 minutes for food, as they had skipped us. Then the chicken was just really bad, the chips were soggy and not good. For £11 for one portion which was quite pricey, the whole thing ended up in the bin. Definitely wouldn’t return.

Ordered dirty fries and chicken from the trailer at the maritime festival, chips and chicken were cold, and basically it was just chips covered in what tasted like maple syrup, not what I expect when I order dirty fries, lots of batter and hardly any chicken, for 9 pound, definitely wouldn't recommend, threw most of it in the bin as it was inedible.

Took forever, delivered wrong side. Tiny side portions for price

overpriced and not nice, burnt ends more like rotten ends, pure fat , wings were ok but £10 for 4 wings is rip off, never be ordering from here again!

I thought the prices were a typo but sure enough it's nearly £20 for 3 chicken goujons or 3 slices of smoked meat. At those prices I'd expect decent food. The Mac n cheese had next to no sauce or cheese and the batter on the chicken goujons was badly burnt. Poor quality and steep prices - not usually a successful combo unfortunately. I've tried this place a few times now to give it a fair chance but won't be back.

Excellent food but portion sizes very small. Only four small slices of brisket.

Half of my order was missing and it arrived cold.

Forgot the fries and gave me the wrong order, when I called the restraunt the woman on the phone insinuated I was lying about not receiving the fries.

Disappointed , after reading reviews I was looking forward to trying here but food came cold , Yama mein leaked all over the bag, fried chicken in chicken and waffles had no seasoning , for £35 for just two meals expected much better.

Apart from my Yaka Mein being spilled in the bag as the tub it was in, isn't suitable please change the packaging because the YAKA was DELICIOUS 😋🤤 The MAC CHEESE was REALLY yummy 😋 but EXTREMELY SMALL portions & I only ordered these 2 items & they cost me nearly £27 which is A LOT OF MONEY. If the portion sizes went UP on the MAC CHEESE & better packaging for the YAKA. I would DEFINITELY be a repeat customer as the food itself was completely different to any other takeaways 😋🤤😍❤️

Food was absolutely beautiful. Requested cheese on the fries as opposed to garlic butter and I have to say, it was the best cheesy fries I've had on a very long time! Not sure if this is an option on the menu but it 100% should be! The burger was unbelievable too. I'll be putting that request in again for definite. The only thing is the amount of unavailable items on the menu but I'll definitely be ordering again.

Chicken sandwich and fries were amazing

The food is great. As with most of Just Eat, it comes a little cold. The packaging is a little ropey and was falling apart. Star of the show was the fried chicken and waffles. Very very good. Will order gain

Portions were smaller than expected for the price however the food did taste good. Brisket and pulled pork were really nice, the sauce they came with was very watery and not at all what i expected. Pickles and mac and cheese were also really good. The packaging needs work however, the cardboard containers had all but disintigrated by the time i pulled them out of the bag. It did come with the wrong side however, ordered fries and got baps instead.

Staff were amazing, food delicious. Pic is a two meats (beef brisket & fried chicken) sharing main, perhaps a little bit more meat would of been great, hard to divide three slices of beef between two but taste was amazing

Second time to visit here and it's every bit as good as the last. The slow cooked meats are all amazing! Try them all if you can. Good selection of craft beers and they do cocktails. Only negative I would have was the time it took to order and get our food and drinks but that's understandable, they had a small crew and were very busy. They are super friendly and helpful all the same!

Food was tasty but exspensive for the portion size and went cold quickly.server didnt ask how the food was during payment so have had to leave my feedback on google review.

They didnt have brisket which is why I went - would be great if they updated FB every day with what they have. Also the food is served on tinfoil that breaks apart with every fork movement so the juices leak onto a plastic tray. Plz just use ceramic serving platters. Apart from that it was definitely up there in my top few Derry restaurants for an evening out with friends.

Very friendly staff and good service, but a fairly limited selection of smoked meats (no steaks or chops) and the specials are quite expensive for what you get. Brisket didn't have a lot of flavour but other guests liked their chicken.

Class food and great service, the donut burger might sound sweet at first but you have to give it a go. Highly recommend it.
