First chippy I’ve been to that didn’t give you a couple of chips when you ordered a fish. Their battered sausages had very poor sausage meat. Abrupt service. Not what it used to be when I used to call here a few years back!

I have never in my life experienced rudeness like it. I asked for the bap in my chip buddy to be toasted, it wasn't toasted, the heavy one, dark hair and glasses argued with me shouting and roaring over the counter at me telling me it wasn't her fault and threw the food down on the table when I asked to speak to the manager (old women with blonde hair)she came up into my face and told me they were busy, the place was full of people, I demanded my money back and left. The place is an absolute disgrace treating customers like this, I will never be back nor will any of my friends or family!

Multitasking was obviously not part of the training

Go here every now and again rarely could say more than it was ok but that has to be the last time it's money in the bin the burgers were absolutely vile you couldn't possibly eat them the meat tastes like cardboard and they're so dear the baps looked as if they were in someones schoolbag all day and someone sat on them I just had to throw them in the bin disgusted and angry ah well never again

We were there got a chicken box and a fish supper, the chicken box was beautiful as always and staff so friendly but my partner could not eat any of the 2 fish with the fish supper as both were completely full of bones not one bit could be ate without getting a bone

Very rude staff on the phone. Won’t be buying from them anymore

We go for the fish. You get two fillets of nice 'meaty' fish covered in crispy batter.

Ordered online and it was ready for whenever I got there. Food was lovely and reasonably priced. What more could you ask for?

One of the best chippies in Derry imho, specifically the drumahoe one. Inexplicably, on very rare occasions, it's rottin so misses out on the 5/5

Might not look like a great chippy on the outside but it has great food, couldn't fault it at all.

I struggle to drive past when up in NW since as it was a regular haunt back in the day. Never fails to provide superb fish and chips - every time! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Fresh made chippie food, good quality batter and nice chips, oh and the price isn't bad either...all good qualities from a chippie for a Scotsman.

Epic fish and chips. I want to try more on the menu but the fish and chips are too good. Also very nice portion sizes.
