food is always great and there delivery times are phenomenal never had to worry about whether or not the food was arriving or not. just about how early it'd be and whether or not I'd burn my mouth on the food

I can’t fault the delivery speed or service, but I went on to just eat to order pizza and as Palos doesn’t deliver to our address I decided to go for the best rated pizzas with reviews in the area. I’m really sorry, but it just hasn’t lived up to palos pizza. I’m only in Derry 2/3 times a year and will probably not order again. It just tastes like the standard pizzas you can order anywhere in England and doesn’t have an authentic taste to it. But as I says, delivery was quick and no problem with service but definitely wasn’t worth the £21 something I paid.

food was left outside on the ground amd driver was gone before they rang and told me it was there .. disgrace it was stone cold with the weather outside and boxes were wet not happy

my meal never came and I waited the alotted time. I got no missed call to my phone and I paid full price (£30) for no food.

Pizza was nice just would like MORE CHICKEN CHERRY TOMATOES PEPPERONI BACON HAM PLUS WARMER AS IT WAS NOT VERY WARM THANK YOU PLUS WEDGES WELL DONE THE WAY I LIKE THEM GOLDEN CRISPY WEDGES WITH MORE SEASONING

The crips was dark brown they were disgusting and it was freezing the pizza was so cold it couldn’t be eating I am not happy about this I had to put my food into the bin and I was really looking forward to it I would like my refund now

We hadn't been to this Apache takeaway before, do we decided to try it tonight, we were hoping for a similar Apache pizza we got 2 weeks ago in Moville. Oh the Moville one was excellent. Unfortunately the Waterloo Apache in our opinion was nowhere as good, too much tomato sauce, soggy base and it was a bit oily. Saying that, it was better than a frozen one..

We arrived late in Derry and all other "real" restaurants were closed so we went to Apache Pizza and ordered the Triple Box (2 medium pizzas, garlic bread, a load full of chips, some chicken bites and some onion rings, 2 choices of dips) and were highly satisfied: great taste, more than enough for 2 (took half a pizza with me for a later snack :-)), friendly service, well worth the money = we definitely recommend this place!

Quick enough to accept the order through just eat but then phoned to demand extra payment for delivery as its late (11.10pm). On holiday in Northern Ireland and tried to order to holiday home but the got phone call saying as its late and really far (4 minute drive on google) they demanded extra payment. After we refused extra payment they cancelled order. Shocking attitude

basically cheesy bread next to no sauce on the pizza joke with the price and says double pepperoni but there was just about normal amount of pepperoni, don't think I'll be ordering again as this isn't the first time.

I was treated like a really special customer, the entire staff was very smiling and it was obvious that they liked their job... the manager was there but he was very smiling and treated the crew like a colleague... otherwise the food was amazing and the option of £12.99 for a large pizza was really great great choice for the quality of Apache!!!! I really recommend ordering from this place which is also very clean!!!!

Delivery driver was polite and seemed happy doing his job. Pizza was delicious and had plenty of toppings. Chicken box was delicious and worth the money because it had lots of sauce, chicken and chips. I had a nice surprise of some complementary cookies from Apache and they were delicious and chocolatly.😀

Usually a huge fan of the food here but recently portions have gotten significantly smaller. Today my chicken box had a long black hair in it and the chips in the spice box were really soggy and the box was half empty… not impressed at all. Have been put off

Shop is in a decent location, not far from the city bus centre and surrounding shops. Staff are somewhat welcoming but not overly helpful when you want something slightly different to what they serve currently. Shop is pretty quiet at times but can and has been rammed with customers, tidy store and they do there best to keep ok top of it. They serve numerous sizes of pizzas and sides, I asked for 1.5ft but would not put stuffed crust on it, even though they stretch the mozzarella to size which ened up that I spent less there. Over all a decent place but I can't rate them any higher due to my experience there. They all even looked at me when I way adding them to trip advisor which I found to be awkward. So yes 3/5 nearly 2

We ordered by phone and had the pizzas delivered. Delivery was pretty quick and was there within 30 minutes. We ordered three different types of pizza in two different sizes and we were all full. Everyone found their pizza very tasty and was positively surprised by the taste and the topping. The pizza crust was thin and the edge was fluffy, which tasted delicious to us. We can really recommend the pizzas, especially "BUFFALO" was particularly tasty.

Worst kebab we have ever tasted!!! All garlic sauce and wrong order Meal is literally drowning in sauce Inedible!!!!!

Food arrived hot everything was cooked properly. However there was barely any toppings on the pizza. I got the Tennessee pizza which was a pizza base smothered in BBQ sauce with a tiny bit of cheese and a few slivers of onion and few tiny bits of sausage. The margins on pizza is massive don't let yourself down by being stingy with toppings!

5 stars does not do Apache Pizza justice. Probably the best tasting pizza we have eaten, with incredible portions for value. The staff were delightful and friendly the entire time we were there. We tried large pizza, fries, cheese nuggets and garlic bread; it was very nice. Tidy place and very friendly staff. I send my congratulations to Kamil

Ordered a chicken box and a tub of Ben and Jerry’s forgot the chicken box and delivered me the ice cream questioned the guy and he was clueless took them over an hour again to bring the chicken box back no apology nothing food was stinking and expensive too
