Bricklayers Arms in Aylesbury Vale

You can't tell from the front, but the Bricklayer's Arms has a huge garden out the back; In summer, it's fantastic. The pub itself is a cosy old place; Good for conversations & watching sports.

Sunny day, footy on the telly, good band on in the beer garden, decent pint of Chiltern Beechwood on tap. What's not to like?

Nice pub with freindly staff. I didn't have food, so I can't comment on that. The only downside is that there is no car park & parking is a bit of a pain.

Popped in here for the first time last night. Great atmosphere, reasonable Prices for a gin and tonic and felt incredibly welcome. It has a nice vibe of a traditional pub with a mix of ages all enjoying their evening. Will be returning

Popped in just after opening time and had a few drinks over a couple of hours with family and we all enjoyed our drinks and the opportunity to chat without shouting over loud music and crowds.

Really nice pub with a good selection of beers. It looks like a small pub from the outside but it's huge inside and opens up at the back to a big garden with really nice seating. I will definitely go back there soon

Pub dead on Monday afternoon, like most Aylesbury pubs on a Monday it turns out. The beer I had was in tip top condition (5 stars there) However otherwise no variety and no adventure. Off to do some more walking. This is not drinking country.

Fun night out, friendly attentive staff, great jukebox, first class pool table and dart boards, reasonable prices and free drinks for good reviews.

A great place to go for a drink and you always get a good crowd of people. The staff are very friendly and the quality of drinks are second to none.

A hidden gem, doesn't look like much from the front but has a lovely, huge beer garden around back.

My first visit there on Saturday afternoon with my family it was amazing and the lady behind the bar was very pleasant

Always a warm welcome here, been a couple of times and it's always been a pleasure. Good selection of ales, could do with a different cider though (that is my personal preference though). Sports on the tv if you want but there are areas of the bar you can go to not be in the "sport"light. Pool table and a beer garden to rival most beer gardens, particularly one so close to town

Like the tardis - small on the outside, much bigger on the inside. Pool, table football and darts plus a massive beer garden. Great place to start a crawl if you're that end of town.

Loud dirty sports pub, if your looking to socialise, avoid

Getting served can be a challenge. The bar staff appear to enjoy chatting among themselves and with regulars more than serving beer.

Nice garden, but rest of pub reminds me of something from a council estate in the 1970’s No knowledgable staff or selection of beers. Cheesy attempt at being a Sports bar. Nasty!

Unspoilt historic pub 10 minutes walk from town centre. Beer quality has greatly improved since last change of ownership. Sports orientated with multiple screens. Can get crowded for certain live football. Guest beers vary between national brands to interesting micros
