A cosy and warming place eat and enjoy the atmosphere, either with friends or family. All of the staff were lovely and friendly and the facilities were clean and tidy.

Had a very enjoyable Saturday afternoon brunch at this venue. We were looked after and waited on by Josh, who I have to say was the perfect man for the job, he was such a pleasant young man with a brilliant work ethic. He made sure we were never without drinks throughout our visit and looked after us impeccably! The food could have been better, the pizzas looked and tasted amazing but the tapas were a little disappointing if truth be told.

A group of 9 of us ladies did the Bottomless Brunch experience yesterday and we all had the best time,food was fab and a special shout out to Josh who looked after us all so well such amazing, friendly service,he kept the cocktails flowing for the full 2 hour's,Thankyou Brewstone and Thankyou Josh, we'll be back again for sure!

Had bottomless brunch yesterday at Brewstone and was extremely impressed with the experience. We were a rowdy group of 9 ladies and Josh looked after us perfectly. Food was amazing and Josh kept our cocktails flowing. It was a perfect couple of hours where we were bidding farewell to a friend whose emigrating to Australia. Thank you Brewstone and Josh for a memorable afternoon.

Great evening - the service was quick, Ffion and Jack were incredible staff and food was tasty. They were incredibly friendly and created a lovely atmosphere for the rest of the evening.

My first time at brewstone Swansea for bottomless brunch and it did not disappoint! Ellie was an amazing server and the bottomless drinks were very consistent! We didn’t have to wait long in between drinks and the service was amazing! The food was delicious as well! Definitely worth the money and we will be returning 😊

Me and my friends come here to study, best place for studying, amazing mocktails, iced coffees and cocktails but the food defo needs to be improved. The staff are amazing there used to be a grumpy guy but we are glad he’s gone.

We visited late afternoon on a Saturday. Staff milling about but not many tables in. A nice hello from the front desk and we were shown to a table. We were drawn by the pizza oven, and it is sat in a small open kitchen. Whilst we had an alright drink and the food was average, this could have been so much better. We were asked about drinks nice and quickly, but they sat on the bar, waiting for a server to bring them over, but they were busy chatting to each other. Olives and bread were ordered to nibble on, the olives forgotten. Three pizza and a ribs were ordered, two of the pizza bottoms were burnt. The waitress didn't know what food she was bringing out, and really didn't care either, it was funny to her. No one asked if our food was alright after getting it. It frustrates me when simple things make an experience bad. Poorly trained staff who don't know or care (which was worse) what the dishes are and are standing around chatting whilst there are customers who need looking after. It's not cheap to eat or drink here, and there is plenty of competition to choose from, would I go back again? Probably not. Could BrewStone be amazing, yes it really could.

Food was absolutely shocking, freezing and I thought I was going to be sick off the prawns. Waitress with the brown hair was extremely rude and unwelcoming, best part was our mate who was on the bar making the cocktails like sonic, all in all probs won’t come back. Anyone going to the Uplands I’d give this one a hard miss

Go here few times a week to study. I spend hours in here and just feels very cosy and homely. The staff are very friendly and kind.

We visited Saturday night for food and the service was absolutely terrible. We had to get the attention of a waitress and ask to order drinks and food after half an hour of being with a menu. When needing more drinks we had to ask for service once again. When our food was being cleared we weren't asked if we'd like anything else and we had to gain attention once again to ask for a dessert menu. After 15 minutes of waiting we had to ask to order our desserts and drinks and only 2 out of 3 drinks came and no dessert! Worst service I've had in a long time! There's a clear lack of organisation and waitress staff should be assigned tables to look after! Food was okay but I wouldn't return.

We had a massive group for bottomless brunch and the service was great. We had plenty of rounds and the pizza was lush. Jack Nathan and Jess were lovely to us and never let us have an empty glass. Definitely worth the price.

Went for a works Christmas party. The food was not great, food wasn't clearly labelled, so vegetarian food was mixed in with everything. The amount of food was very poor, starters were olives, flat bread and some potatoes. Never saw the main as all pizza and pasta dishes had meat....extremely poor, disappointed, and hungry. Could sense an atmosphere between staff. Atmosphere in the place was OK but we provided our own entertainment. Only one toilet on the top floor when the room was holding 50 or so people. Wouldn't rush back there
