me and my friends come here to study, best place for studying, amazing mocktails, iced coffees and cocktails but the food defo needs to be improved. the staff are amazing there used to be a grumpy guy but we are glad he’s gone.

Food was absolutely shocking, freezing and I thought I was going to be sick off the prawns. Waitress with the brown hair was extremely rude and unwelcoming, best part was our mate who was on the bar making the cocktails like sonic, all in all probs won’t come back. Anyone going to the Uplands I’d give this one a hard miss

Breakfast was very pleasant, the restaurant was very clean and the service was good. It was quite quiet, however that is the issue with breakfast

Go here few times a week to study. I spend hours in here and just feels very cosy and homely. The staff are very friendly and kind.

We visited Saturday night for food and the service was absolutely terrible. We had to get the attention of a waitress and ask to order drinks and food after half an hour of being with a menu. When needing more drinks we had to ask for service once again. When our food was being cleared we weren't asked if we'd like anything else and we had to gain attention once again to ask for a dessert menu. After 15 minutes of waiting we had to ask to order our desserts and drinks and only 2 out of 3 drinks came and no dessert! Worst service I've had in a long time! There's a clear lack of organisation and waitress staff should be assigned tables to look after! Food was okay but I wouldn't return.

Excellent food. Jack (legend) provided excellent service. Admitted he didn’t make as many as u thought he could because it was busy but definitely compensated!! 4 bottles of Prosecco, shots and an extra half an hour all for free! Will definitely be back again.

We had a massive group for bottomless brunch and the service was great. We had plenty of rounds and the pizza was lush. Jack Nathan and Jess were lovely to us and never let us have an empty glass. Definitely worth the price.

Went for a works Christmas party. The food was not great, food wasn't clearly labelled, so vegetarian food was mixed in with everything. The amount of food was very poor, starters were olives, flat bread and some potatoes. Never saw the main as all pizza and pasta dishes had meat....extremely poor, disappointed, and hungry. Could sense an atmosphere between staff. Atmosphere in the place was OK but we provided our own entertainment. Only one toilet on the top floor when the room was holding 50 or so people. Wouldn't rush back there

Me and my bestie Hannah had brunch here for Beaujolais day. We had a fantastic time, the music was great, and so was the food, cocktails and the vibes. It's the first time I've been in Brewstones, and I can honestly say I will 100% go back, especially when the weather is warmer because they have a fantastic beer garden with loads of pretty flowers 💐 😍

I went to brew stone for my mates birthday, I’ve never had such charismatic service. Jess was absolutely brilliant, she joined in with the crac and catered to our every need! Nathan’s cocktails best thing to ever touch my tongue would recommend to all my mates, such a good time!

Really disappointing recent experience. Have been here a few times over the years and always felt the food was good. Our recent early evening visit for food was bad though, sadly. Pizza dough was tough like it was old or overworked, so it was a job to eat. The cod main was so dry, and you didn't even need to try it to see how dry it was as the cod was shrivelled up. The rest of the ingredients in that dish were also really dry and just quite tasteless. Super disappointing. Three stars for location, atmosphere, and cocktails.

Good place for a simple meal and a pint. Friendly and fast service. Goose Island IPA on draught and succulent lamb. Decently priced. Less than £60 for a meal for two, starters and beers included.
