Welcoming atmosphere with friendly staff. Has British and Ukranian food. We pre-ordered the Ukranian buffet, it was delicious we were all stuffed full. Good value for money. Nice to have something different for a change. First Halal cafe I've seen in Edinburgh. Loved the Borsch soup, will definitely be going back.

That is what I like best, when you go to a place not expecting too much and then you get this amazing supprise. The food was so lovely and freshly made. I had stuffed cabbage leaves and peppers. The coffee was amazing! The young lady owner so friendly. Decor fresh and clean, nothing pretentious about this place. Will be back soon.

The cafe on my way to work and it become a habit to have a cup of coffee in the morning. It is open on weekends and now we have a really nice place to sit in. Interiors are bright and welcoming , the owner is efficient and professional. The quality of meals is like homemade.

New business untouched by Vloggers - yes there are places socially awkward people can go to and actually eat without having a phone hovering over your food. This is our regular place now. It is clean and brilliant yellow and the Ukranian food such as salted fish in a furry cover is just amazing. The salads are varied and fresh and I have attached some photos to show everyone. Service is fast, The owner is polite and chatty and knows how to cook. She sells breakfasts, lunches and snacks and amazing soya coffees to die for. The milk does not separate and the coffee is handled well. The menu suits all pockets and the fresh soups are made daily.

It's rare to find a cafe that offers so much in Edinburgh. It's freshly decorated, has a wide range of food and drinks and is very clean. The owner, Olena, is friendly and welcoming. She offers the usual variety of light snacks plus main courses and a Children's Menu. Meals are excellent value. Lamb chops with chips and a salad under £8, fish and chips under £6 are typical. All dishes on the Children's Menu are £3.50. There are also some Ukrainian dishes on offer. I can recommend superb potato salad! This cafe deserves to be a success and totally repays the effort of walking up Dalry Road. It is located only a short 10 minute walk from the Haymarket Station. Highly recommended. I've eaten much worse food in posh restaurants at three times the price and more.

It is not easy to find a small cafe which gives all of the above, however, the "2 Nice Cafe Shop" does all of that and more. Newly decorated in a lovely fresh yellow and blue the cafe is owned and run by a friendly Ukrainian lady who makes you feel welcome as soon as you enter. It is situated about a 10 minute walk from the busy Haymarket station up Dalry Road west of Princes Street.

My friend and I thoroughly enjoyed the first class lunch served to us at the Wednesday Lunch Club in The Gift Tree Corstorphine. Started with a delicious Amuse Bouche. Followed with cheese and broccoli quiche. Served with baked potato and coleslaw. Pudding was a scrumptious berry crumble with custard. Together with a hot drink. Excellent value!

Popped into Picnics Takeaway for a quick lunch, chose their spicy chicken wrap, husband had spicy chicken on baguette. Both were stuffed with delicious chicken breast, chargrilled with spices, fresh salad, cheese, chilli sauce. Very filling, excellent value and friendly service.

This is a church cafe run by volunteers. It says it is an outreach cafe and an asset to the community - but this is hardly the case when the prices are off putting and more expensive than most cafes run as businesses. A very poor cappuccino cost £3.40 and my baked potato was nearly £8. It is set up in a church hall and the volunteers are pleasant but not exactly efficient (my baked potato was left on an adjacent table until I asked where it was). All the members of our table had their food delivered at different times so some were finished before others had started (we ordered together).
