Brasserie Restaurant at London Chigwell Prince Regent Hotel in Redbridge

Eight of us went to afternoon tea. The sandwiches were varied and good. Scones and cakes were good. The staff very helpful and prompt. Would definitely go back and recommend to others

I stayed here so I could visit my daughter and grandchildren. I certainly won't be staying again . I had to get the lift then walk a long corridor to another lift then walk another long corridor to my room only to find the key card not working. So has to go all the way back to reception only to be told to keep it away from my phone.....which was in my handbag and no where near the key card. The breakfast service was non existent and my table was being cleared before I had even finished eating. It was a joke considering I paid 239 pounds for one night.

I attended an award night held yearly by my football club’s supporters. The food was really good and served quickly and smoothly. The staff worked quickly and politely to serve what is a large group of people. I do think the bar service could be improved with a professional wi fi upgrade. Totalling the price and having to run outside to get a signal delayed customers and sales. That said the staff worked as quickly as the Wi-Fi allowed.
