Completely different to what Haslemere has to offer and all the better for it. No pretentiousness, just a simple uncomplicated menu and freshly cooked food at reasonable prices. It’s a clean, bright family burger joint in Shottermill that offers burgers. And burgers that are good. The classic Brasa was meaty and not over-seasoned, the spicy chicken was moist and devoured rather quickly and the bacon loaded fries were smothered in a cheesy sauce and addictive. Staff are cheery and keen and, given the fact it was dead on a Saturday night, upbeat. Suggestions: Maybe offer an additional fiery chicken option as the lovely spicy chicken I had was rather subtle. Perhaps offer complimentary jugs/bottled lemony tap water to each table (folk will still order other drinks if they want them). Some traditional Brasilia music wouldn’t go amiss. Minor observations according to taste, but may add to the experience. . Walking or public transport is recommended as parking is limited (although the free carpark five mins away starts to empty out after 5-6pm in the week). Brasa is 8-10 mins walk west of Haslemere rail station. There’s a decent catchment in Weyhill and I’d suggest getting down to Brasa and supporting what they’re doing. We’ll be back!

We ate in the restaurant and we were the only ones in there, which was odd considering it was a Saturday night, but there were lots of delivery orders going out the door, so hopefully lots of people were enjoying the delicious burgers at home instead. We had the American burgers with fries and the dipping cheese sauce and it was all delicious - crispy bacon, tangy sauce and juicy burgers…lovely, and the service was great too. It was our first time at Brasa but we will definitely be back.

Ordered online for pick up and payment which was nice and easy. Picked up at the specified time. We ordered the Brasa double burger which has potato chips, bacon, Mayo, sweetcorn and onion…..it was awesome.We added an extra Pattie as my family were hungry and it filled them all up. The patties were cooked through which suited me and they were nicely seasoned. Brasa burger bring that London feel to Home Counties.

I went with my son and my husband, after being told how great this place was, and it did not disappoint. The food was delicious, the drinks were lovely. Staff very welcoming and helpful. I think it might be one of the best burgers I have had, and so filling! Highly recommend trying the pineapple and mint juice, as well as the peanut butter shake. The burgers are a meal in themselves, be prepared to be very well fed if you have sides too. Vegetarian and vegan burgers are on the menu too.

Food is OK but nothing extraordinary, probably slightly below par. Definitely overpriced for the portion sizes. The branding is probably more gourmet than the food. The meat is generally quite dry and completely unseasoned. However, the business definitely has a lot of potential with some tweaks to the food.

Such a nice addition to the town and as a Brazilian food lover this place was great. Such a nice vibe and lovely friendly staff. Burgers were big, tasty and Brazilian style with corn and crunchy sticks (the complaint about this in one of the reviews made me chuckle, like going to a Chinese restaurant and complaining that there’s soy sauce.) Cochinas were super tasty too and of course I had to have a Guarana. Really great, thanks Brasa team <3

Haslemere's hidden gem, perfect burgers and amazing fries, highly recommended!

Got a takeaway through Deliveroo. Ordered a beef burger and chicken burger, beef was alright, chicken was bland. Ordered the loaded fries with bacon and jalapeños assuming for nearly £8 it would be enough for two but it was a tiny portion. Im sure it would be nicer and cheaper in the restaurant but definitely not worth ordering on Deliveroo again as it was too small a portion for the price.

Went in because I've passed them a bunch of times on my way to Haslemere train station, Went in as soon as they opened so I was the only person in the Waitress was very nice and polite and nice, the food was amazing really juicy and loaded it with everyone anyone could want. The only bad thing was the chairs at the back are very close to the wall, as a tall person its not the best, but apart from that it was great

This is exactly what Haslemere needs. It is so nice to have a dining experience in the evening that is not the usual type. We really need to look after this place. The burgers are absolutely amazing. The prices are higher because the quality is outstanding! I had so much meat and the flavour was beautiful. The establishment is clean and tidy and the chefs, staff and owners are very friendly. I also had a Nutella milkshake and that was super tasty. Both myself and my wife will eat here again for sure.

No words can really describe this experience. They delivered a cheesecake covered in lots and lots of mould! I called them to let them know and only got a “oh sorry, I’ll let the chef know”. We’re so grossed out, we’ve tossed the rest of the food as well. I cannot believe that a restaurant is allowed to operate with health standards like this. Everyone makes mistakes but this is unacceptable. How old is that cheesecake to be covered in that much mould and how does the rest of that food look before it’s prepared 🤢??!!?

Absolutely delicious. Beef from the butchers next door, homemade Mayo, the best bacon on a burger I have ever tasted. Super juicy, perfectly seasoned, a burger even Gordon Ramsey would give 5 stars. A must try for anyone hungry in Haslemere.

It was one dry burger. No idea who put these things together ... Sweetcorn in the burgers, potato 'sticks' in the burgers and cheddar cheese! Hang yer head in shame. Pattie itself was bland. Fries typically average too. Whole place has a really soulless 'plastic' vibe, as if somebody without any heart or clue decided there was a lot of money in the 'dive' burger market and thought they wanted a slice of it. Too bad it sucks.

A cheerfully decorated, diner style venue, with welcoming staff and excellent food. Spotlessly clean, with good portions of tasty burgers and milkshakes to die for! Long may it continue!

Great addition to the town! They've done a great job on the interior, clearly they've put a lot of effort into this space. Staff was very friendly. The chicken brasa was really good, the chicken very crispy and great flavor. The fries were fantastic. A bit insane to charge £3 for a small bottle of diet coke but 2023 I guess? Regardless, I'll be back

Had 2 meals from there both eat in and takeaway. Inside is ok the chairs are a bit hard. Long wait for takeaway and their phone number often doesn’t work. Food is good

American double was amazing!! The beef was tasty and the bacon crispy no words!! Also had the chips with cheese & bacon as starter just love it! If you are comming down to Haslemere and like burgers, make sure to visit Brasa you won't regret!
