Bradley Inn in North East Lincolnshire

Went for some lunch on my day off while kids were at school. Had a lovely bite to eat and a drink, food was beautiful and the staff were very friendly and helpful, 100% recommend

Came in for an evening meal last minute. i had a mini mixed grill and it was cooked really nice and hot and my partner had the mega mixed grill and everything cooked to how i wanted. will be going back again

Came on Sunday 25th February. Took my friend for the first time, as the food is always lovely especially when Aaron is on. The food was absolutely shocking…. The chicken was watery.. peas were hard as bullets… bacon was awful that it didn’t get touched. We was absolutely starving we just ate what we could and the kitchen was closed by the time we tucked into it. Very young lass who had blonde/brown hair and had the letter H on her leggings was very rude when asked where the sauces were. She kept walking past us and didn’t even check if everything was alright like your supposed to. Took our plates and didn’t even ask if we had any puddings, didn’t even say anything to us just came and grabbed them and walked off. Could do with a smile on her face as she looked like she didn’t even want to be there. Literally only saw her and another member of staff both in blue shirts and didn’t even see a supervisor around. Only decent staff member that we saw and spoke to was Amy, she was on the bar, she was very happy, friendly and professional. She had seen we didn’t have our plates anymore and came over to ask us if we would like our puddings… even apologised on behalf of the young girl and chefs for the terrible food/service. Pudding was absolutely brilliant and very nice. Best time to come is Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday when Aaron is on! His food is spot on. Not impressed.

Customer service was absolutely spot on food was great food came fair quick to say how busy it was over all I loved it very impressed

Unfortunately. The table was dirty,so we wiped it down with a serviette left on the table. When food arrived, it was cold, i.e., chips, uncooked onions. Hardley is a sizzler platter. The food was returned to the kitchen to be REHEATED. When the plated returned, one dish was still cold. We made an attempt to eat, but unfortunately, we only managed to eat a quarter of the food. Deciding to try a sweet we unfortunately they weren't any better. Subject closed only to say the meal cost £ 37

An awful experience waiting over an hour for food , stood at the bar for 15 mins and everyone else served first even though I was clearly stood there first . Bar manager very rude and told to be patient. This place has dropped right off and will be the last time we come back

The Bradley Inn is a great local pub. Friendly & Welcoming Staff on the bar each time we have made a visit. Shall definetly be making more visits to this friendly local pub.

Was recommended this place from a friend, glad I took his advice. Skeptical to start off with as the place looks a little run down. However, the staff and food more than made up for this. The food side was busy, but after being served in a very timely manner by a very pleasant young short haired lady, the food only took about 10 minutes to arrive. very good value, will definitely be returning.

We walked in to face a barrage of abuse from a staff member apparently called Fern, all we did is walk in! Who ever is running this place needs to have a word or remove this toxic person.

Been coming in here for years as I love the gaff it has everything for me, good drink prices, good food and sport and the staff are very friendly and happy to help I come very often and never not enjoyed it so thanks to everyone who works her for making me feel welcome top stuff. Excellent staff..always happy and nothing is ever too much trouble. The staff worked extremely hard over the festive season with a smile whilst delaying their Christmas with their families. Well done Team Bradley!!!

MMMMMMM it was out 1st time for such and it was really good. The prices are so good you can't cook at home for what they charge. Such great value. Really good choices on the menu, quick service, polite staff and clean throughout. The choices cover everyones taste and budget and really surprised at the choice and value. Definitely go again.....

Stated on website open until 6pm,bell rang at two minutes to 3pm, no other last calls,wouldn't serve us at 3.01pm. Terrible service, put a downer on a Christmas get together

Well, after asking for a refund at another breakfast venue - cafe blue, we went to the bradley inn. What a difference, everything was freshly cooked, hot, good quality and staff very friendly. Very good value but coupled with the quality, and friendliness of the staff an absolute no brainer compared to cafe blue. We will be returning here, and we can highly recommend it.

We called in for a lunchtime visit. Both ordered cheese sandwich on thin white bread.I said just cheese nothing else please. The sandwich arrived on thick bread not fresh in fact one piece was stale the cheese inside as well as lettuce and tomato ( not ordered ) with chips . Also the bread was not buttered but on the plate was two small packs of butter. How was we supposed to butter bread that already had lettuce - cheese & tomato in between the bread? The chips were just warm. We left most of it and obviously could not apply the butter. I remarked all this to the girl who said “ sorry but we are a bit pushed today “ the table we sat at was wet in places and sticky . Not impressed at all.

We visited the Bradley Inn with our son and daughter in law for a late lunch. I fancied the Applewood smoked cheddar mac and cheese but when I asked the server about whether it was fresh she admitted it was brought in from Brakes and reheated and couldn't confirm whether it was dry or moist. So I changed my mind and ordered something different along with halloumi fries I've had halloumi fries in many restaurants but never have I felt so ripped off! Considering how empty the restaurant was we had a very long wait for our food and eventually we were presented with a tiny bowl with very 5 small fries (which did not even taste like halloumi) at a cost of £3.99 - so practically 80p for each small skinny fry! I spoke to the woman behind the bar who said it was a standard portion and there was nothing she could do. I asked to speak to a manager and after a long wait one eventually came to speak to me (all the while my lunch was getting cold). She said she was a duty manager and listened to my complaint and refused to either add more fries or to refund. She actually agreed with me that it was an appalling portion size but she still wasn't willing to do anything as it was 'company policy' Bearing in mind she was a manager who could have done what she wanted, I felt extremely disappointed in her response. She said the pub would lose money by giving me a refund, instead she was willing to risk the reputation of the pub for the sake of adding a few more halloumi fries. The truth of the story is the pub did lose money - the four of us were all going to have desserts but decided to take our custom elsewhere. So be warned you will be paying high prices for small portions and inferior quality food with staff do not care about your custom. We will not return and would definitely not recommend this pub for meals.

Called in for lunch after shopping at Morrisons. We were amazed by how good value the menu was and how quick the food was served.

Have been to Bradley Inn on a number of occasions but this was the final straw. Dirty tables, drinks poured wrongly but sorted out. Waited 40 minutes for meals which had been lying. Couple whom came in 15 minutes after us served before us with hot sizzling food. My meal was blitzed to make it sizzling. Wife's meal was barely warm. Avoid if you want a reasonable meal.

Me and my friend came to have a few drinks and a bit of food. The food came out and was lovely but our visit was cut short because we was sat in the restaurant part and at 8:55 we got told we had to move tables. Then we wasn’t given time to get sorted the lights were turned straight off before we had moved. All tables were taken so we had no other choice but to leave!

No love at all gone into the food. Tired vegetables. Over exposed to hear. Even the rice was tired just won't come here again.

We waited a while for our drinks but they were fine when they came and when we decided to order food,l the bar staff offered to put it on a tab so we could take advantage of their 15% off deal which was great. Our starters came and they were fairly small but as they were on the three for £8 deal we decided that was why. Our mains came out and my ribeye steak was medium (I had asked for medium rare) and my boyfriends steak on his mixed grill was rare (he had asked for medium) and his sausages on the mixed grill he had ordered were so burnt they were almost cremated. There was no one walking the floor so I went to the bar and complained, she did not apologise and asked if I wanted the meals replacing. The meals were replaced and my steak came out medium well, my boyfriends steak came out well done, I approached the bar as again no one was walking the floor and was ignored until the girl behind the bar put her glasses away, when she finally acknowledged me I told her that my steak that should have been cooked medium rare was medium well and my boyfriends that should have been medium was well done. She then ignored me and told another member of staff ‘clear table 20, I’m refunding them’ without another word to me. I went and sat down and when I went to pay my tab she said ‘sorry about your food’ as I was walking away. I don’t feel like this is an acceptable level of customer derive from a reputable company like Mitchell and Butlers and we shall not be returning.

Popped in for a light lunch and was pleased with the whole experience. Fast service, food tasted great and good value for money, friendly atmosphere. Would recommend.

Called in here for a couple of drinks New Year’s Eve ,we have our grandson visiting us from Australia,he turned 18 on 4th of December,he takes his ID with him as he does look quite young when asked to show it at the bar he did and was refused because his ID is Australian and not British ! To say we were disgusted is an understatement,so if you are here on holiday and need to show your ID beware they will not serve you,the gaffer needs to retrain in common sense!

We have eaten here a few times the menu has a good selection they have a good drink selection as well the staff are friendly the pub seems clean. It does have a lot of children running about at certain time so being a couple with no kids we try avoid these times

The wife and I had a meal at the Bradley Inn today 25th October 2018 at 15.00 hrs. The pub was nice and clean, no sticky tables, the staff were very polite and helpful. We both had scampi chips and peas. The food was very nice and didn't have to wait very long before it was served.

Got to the Bradly on Sunday at 3.30 on Sunday , first impressions was not so great. Every empty table needed cleaning and there was a obvious lack of staff..I stood at the bar and was served after 7 mins, after my order was took I continued to stand at the bar untill the server took 5 other orders then had to ask for the drinks I had already paid for with my order.. when I sat back down she did come over and clean our table like I had asked. Food was very nice but the service was a total let down..FYI the manager saving staff costs sometimes causes more harm than good..

We visited for Saturday mornings breakfast and was very impressed! We had the sizzling vegetarian breakfast with consisted of beans 2 eggs 2 flat mushrooms 2 vegetarian sausages fried potatoes and onions and toast with butter. It was very well presented and excellent value for money at £4.79. We would recommend the Bradley Inn to anyone looking for a good value, quality breakfast.

We booked a table here for a meal bank holiday Sunday at 8pm we had to wait 20 minutes when we arrived at the bar before anyone served us we told them we booked the table and was told to take a seat as the were so busy would sort us out asap they had no ice for our drinks but we didn't mind too much after half an hour and starving by now we found someone and asked about our table she pointed to the seating area and just said sit where you want so after we found a table we ordered our food and another round of drinks and was told 40 minutes wait for food we were pleased we had gone early as if not we might of not even got the food however when it came the food was very very good although definitely overworked the staff were very friendly and helpful once you could catch them but when we went for another round of drinks the men were told only bottled beer as the beer and larger was off so we headed home instead a bit of a damper for our friends who were visiting from Leeds . We will try and give it a go another time as the place itself was nice and once you got the staff they too were very good

Took a visit to the Bradley Inn for breakfast this morning(Sunday) what a complete filthy place it has turned into. Dirty tables, dirty cutlery, rubbish on the floor staff ignoring it all, liquids on the floor right next to the bar entrance, again ignored by the bar staff. Drunk foul mouthed customers, again this is 11am on a Sunday morning and to cap it all no beer of any type on draught because they have no gas!!!! Don't bother visiting this place stay way clear.The management and staff need to get their act together, if I had a contract addresses for their head office I would send this to them but they seem to not exist.

family visited this place,after the cremation of my mother,trying to take my stepfathers mind off things for a bief period of time,they closed early and asked everyone to leave

We called here for a meal on a Saturday night the place was banging with loud music and young guys and girls in full night club mode. However we decided that the back of the bar was adequately quiet to have a meal. The bar staff was as helpful as possible and took the order with the help of pointing at the menu. The meals when they came where of fair quality one of the steaks was a little bit under the quality of the others. The American platter was good and the steak and prawn sizzlers again good. The meals where enjoyable and we found out later that an hen party and a stag was in its early stages. The pub seems nice and meals where good. Staff helpful and pleasant.

Visited on the 9th may, 7 of us ordered food to be advised we would be waiting 40mins- hour, okay with this. Food arrived loaded chips were good but the fajitas were poor. Wanted to order puddings to be told the kitchen had been shut due to being too busy, despite them knowing they had a booking of 12, clearly cannot keep up. Our group was very disappointed and will not be returning

The meal was booked here simply because we had enjoyed our Christmas meal was so nice.

Popped in for a drink with the family mid week. Found the staff quite rude, and on e-mailing a complaint over to the Manager I was absolutely shocked by his response. Very standard and impersonal considering the circumstances we visited....an upsetting end to a difficult day and obviously a company that has forgotten about customer service...so sad.

Can't fault this place. We only had to wait about 10 minutes for our big Southern Fried Chicken Burgers. The staff clear the plates away promptly when you've finished your meal - which is lacking in some other establishments. They are on the ball! Would recommend to everyone.

Called here when we stayed at laceby manor lodges for my hubby’s birthday. All four of us had something different and all four meals were lovely. Staff helpful . Toilets clean . Was busy when we went but was served quite quick.

First time we have been here, food very nice very friendly staff. The only downside was it was a bit cold in the pub as the heating wasn’t working properly . Will return on a warmer day .

You will not be disappointing at the Bradley. We went along for tea 5-30 on a Friday night the place was busy ordered a steak which was cooked as requested really nice. My only complaint was the slow clearing of the table after the main course.

Upon arriving to the Bradley inn, we noticed there was a good amount of parking space and that the outside had been newly renovated. With ample seating outside.

Popped in tonight to meet friends we didn't get to eat as there was an hour wait. We have been so many times since it's lovely referbishment but tonight left a bitter taste the lady behind the bar was very stressed and unhappy and the lovely waitress who always has a smile had no smile tonight. It was very upsetting as we have had some lovely nights in there recently. We ended up going to the trawl food was not as good as yours but we didn't have long to wait. (Your mix grills are awsome)

Visited The Bradley inn for a Sunday lunch due to its nearby location. To be totally honest it was ok, but that is all it was starters were fine (potato skins, breaded mushrooms with dips. Main course was quite bland beef was slightly fatty and veg pretty tasteless but for £22 what can you expect. Staff were very friendly but it's not somewhere I would rush back to.
