bp in East Ayrshire

Usually ok but last time I was there someone was parked at the only LPG pump. There is parking available. I waited 35 minutes since the other lpg station is 30mins away) when the person finally arrived out they gave me the finger. While I was waiting two other camper van came and left. The service station is always busy and cars will park blocking pumps so only half are actually usable.

If you like rude staff that think there better than you then go for it

This place is in dire need of hgv parking spaces to make use of the food outlets here, hence 4 stars, the staff were lovely and friendly in the Subway. The charging ports were a waste of space with no one using them!

Average Greggs nothing special good fuel prices as well 😊

I used the Greggs outlet in the BP garage. A pepperoni pizza which looked good,and a steak bake. Both were cold, obviously the hotplate wasn't on, though light was on. Deffo not what one expects from Greggs. I won't be back there,. Will just go the extra mile into town, there's a Greggs outlet there, where the food is always hot.

Won’t use the garage again. Someone smashed into my dad’s car at the roundabout and drove off. Car probably written off. Phoned insurance and recovery was going to be a few hours. Insurance suggested leaving the key with the BP garage and I could take my Dad home. Garage was empty, not a single car in any of the spaces but the worker said no. My dad was told to move his car from the spaces and that they wouldn’t hold the key until recovery came. Kindness goes a long way in normal circumstances but this was just awful! No wonder it’s empty.

Wanted to buy Subway sandwich. Parked my lorry on diesel pump. Service there extremly low. After 6 minutes half way queueing I was asked by BP staff to leave queue and move my wagon because another lorry pulled in. Where the hell I should stop to get a food. Useless service. Never gonna stoo here again.

Clean forecourt and shop but the mens toilet was a disgrace filthy and leaking toilet even the hand dryer was dirty. Very disappointing

HGV pumps are a complete joke the ones that work are so slow it’s unreal. Forecourt is covered in fuel and needs a good clean.

Shop is Extremely over priced!! Toilets always a disgrace

Something needs to be done about this garage, all other fuel station around are at 1.85....yet this station is still extorting people at 1.96....that's 11p more than the rest, why is this allowed...I go to this garage every morning and buy only coffee, the attendees don't ask me if I have fuel anymore incase I embarrass them with the stats. Absolutely shocking attitude of owners of this station, if BP gona franchise then they need to make sure the people franchising aren't breaking the law and ripping people off....while the owner can afford refurbished the garage and kick about in their fancy cars....yet people are struggling to eat.

So I pulled up with no break lights or back lights or phone battery. The lovely woman charged my phone for me helped me out. I bought a load of food & snacks had a rest and went on my way. Sadly didn't sell hi-vis or anything but the lovely lady was second to none in customer service :) thanks for looking out for me that night.

The forecourt and the shop and the subway is beautiful really really good but the management really need to work on it toilets absolutely disgusting stinking not being clean look like it properly for month I hope somebody gets all of this and give them a good telling it's on a busy road junction I understand but if you remind me facilities you please make sure you keep them clean and tidy that's why you're getting low rating

Popped in here to buy a coffee etc to break up my journey. Person who served me continued a conversation with another member of staff, no please or thank you and just seemed a bit disinterested which a real bug bear . Place was clean and very clean toilets. Let down by poor customer service .

Told staff several times a few weeks ago the adblue pump keeps clicking off still no been fixed when your filling up your truck takes ages. PLEASE GET IT IT SORTED. OK posted this about a month ago got reply from Gill saying thanks we will let the owner no and get it sorted now a month down the line after the pumps were covered supposedly being sorted STILL NOT SORTED AND NOW THE DIESEL PUMPS ARE THE SAME WHEN PUTTING IN OVER £1000 WORTH OF FUEL IT TAKES A LONG TIME AND IN THIS JOB TIME IS MONEY AND HAS A KNOCK ON EFFECT MEANING LATE DELIVERYS.

Toilets are absolutely disgusting. Complained to staff member about condition of them. Hand dryer doesn't look like it's been cleaned since covid appeared ...but they have the "clean washrooms promote clean living"" sticker on back of loo door ... Pity it isn't practised especially as there is a subway right next to the loos serving fresh food!

Worst petrol station in Kilmarnock . Twice Iv had to drive away because some ignorant driver is feeding there face and dosnt care if you need petrol

Stopped here to put air in my tyres as it came up low tyre pressure as I was putting air in my tyres 2 male employees of the garage came all the way up to me and both awkwardly stood at the back of my car while I was trying to fill my tyres I asked if I could help them and they didn't give me a straight answer or an answer atall really and then they just stood staring directly at me while I put air in my tyres they made me unbelievably uncomfortable!!

This shop is advertised as being open 24 hours, so how come it seems to be closed half the time I need food or fuel? Right now the fuel section is closed, and even though the shop is open the tills are closed so you can't even buy anything. This is a common occurence.

Went for fuel at 2:30 said they were closed even though it was advertised it was 24hrs ridiculous not happy

Parked in the only place I could after 4hrs and 27 mins driving. Called over at McDonald's for something to eat. Brought back to cab and was treated VERY rudely by a member of staff. Didn't ask me to move the lorry but ordered me to move it in a very "stern" manner. You're blocking the entry for the HGVs to come in. (In the meantime 3 had passed me) I have to have a tacho break every 4.5 hours of driving and only had 6 minutes left of the break which i explained to her. Why wait 24 minutes before telling me instead of coming out straight away. So by ordering me to move it she was telling me I had to break the law. When this was explained to her, her answer was something like "not my problem. Get it moved" talk about giving someone a tiny bit of authority and they turn into Hitler. Although this place has now lost about £15,000 of revenue per year because neither I or any of my drivers will fill up here again. Oh and just as an aside to the "young lady" congratulations on managing to dye all the roots of your blonde hair grey. That must have taken some doing

Assorted pumps selling appropriately labelled petrol. And diesel.

It's 'ok' with usual overpriced drinks and snacks. Fuel can be found cheaper less than a mile away.

Only come here for subway in main garage it's excellent all ways fresh grub does good breakfast menu staff are great friendly garage staff ok place is spotless mcdees across Rd handy pit stop if iam in area always go to subway

this place has truck pumps as well as a hoast of munchie options. just be carefull on the wee accsess roads in and out of it. it can be a tight squeeze

It had fuel...what more can you ask for at a petrol station?

A garage. Easy to find. Has a subway inside. It's a motorway service station though so expect prices to follow suit. Petrol is cheaper elsewhere.

Friendly service with more options than your usual gas station.

Staff are very helpful and good variety of snacks,sandwiches and sweets. Always have milk bread and bacon.

i actually went here because of the subway that has opened inside thee petrol station, fuel here is extortionate but the subway was really good

24h services that are only operating a night service tru a window disgraceful especially when at 2 in the morning u decided to stop here as when my diabetes takes a turn an I need to raise my blood sugar level an can't get in to pick something sutable

Ok services. Staff advised us not to use their toilet as it was "minging". Directed us to the McDonalds instead
