Here's a review regarding your experience at Boxpark Shoreditch: --- I had an unfortunate experience at Boxpark Shoreditch due to the rude behavior of a security lady. Her attitude was unprofessional and dismissive, which significantly detracted from my visit. I expect better customer service and a welcoming environment, especially from the security staff. It's disappointing to see such behavior at a popular venue. I hope the management addresses this issue to ensure a more pleasant experience for future visitors. --- Feel free to adjust the review to better fit your specific experience and details.

Essentially stole from me. Poor customer service. Very unimpressed with the staff. I don't have a positive word to say.

Went to watch the Rugby and paid in advance for reserved 'gold' admission. Screen was not very large, volume totally insufficient (couldn't hear a thing) and the two of us were unable to sit together and staff wouldn't help us with this.

Saturday early evening. Not very busy Had the Tacos. Tiny portions and very over spiced to cover the poor quality ingredients and miserly sized three tacos. Drinks were expensive. Overall very poor value.

Designed to confuse people so you don't get sent to the entrance but instead get sent from one exit to the other in order to walk past all the small shops. And then when you finally find the entrance, they won't let you in anymore unless you agree to give them all your personal data. Nasty company data mining and lying to customer to waste their time.

If you think “bottomless” means two drinks and a mandatory glass of tap water served by a condescending member of staff then you’ll really enjoy the brunch here. That’s not what I paid £40 for though, so I don’t think I’ll be back.

We have visited Boxpark Wembley a couple of times and I felt comfortable going in on my own . We were staying in Spitalfields and decided to try boxpark shoreditch, though after reading reviews were a little concerned We were definitely the oldest 🤣 Love how it has separate areas so we choose the quieter area We love choosing different foods so it suits us Food is brilliant and so reasonable We had food from Crust bros pizza and Rainbo Delicious and freshly made Fantastic atmosphere, felt safe Will definitely go again

Went to celebrate my birthday, I was talking to a lovely guy in the queue who was helping me sign in using the qr code when the black security female guard came over and told me I wasn’t welcome because I was white !! Wtf?? I am and have never been racists! I’ve taught a community of black and Asian children for 17 years and the one night I wanted to celebrate my birthday I was turned away !! I’m now left with a conflicting emotions of what to think 🤔 I feel so sad right now 😩

I have been here a few times now and tried different cuisines each time. Pizza place is great and so is the Argentina steak place. Can't wait to try a few more. Plenty of security to keep everything calm and a nice relaxed drinking vibe with benches. Not as crazy as the Croydon or Wembley box parks, as there are different areas you can sit depending on your preference. Will return

Love the concept of this with different units inside shipping containers which change regularly. The funky shops of the ground floor had some great items. The food and bar areas upstairs where varied and different. The jerk chicken out of Rudies was so tasty and the wrap out of Rastawala was the nicest I have had. A pity the drinks are only in plastic cups even on a quiet Thursday afternoon.

I’ve never heard of these until my cousin mentioned about it, so we thought we’d give it a whirl. It’s shipping containers which have been transformed into a buzzing hub of establishments that provide food, drinks, and clothing. As we went on the weekend it was unbelievably busy, which was to be expected as it’s very popular and the weather was nice. Beware, you need to purchase a free ticket online before you enter as this will save you queuing whilst signing up. The Box Park is a young, trendy place to spend an afternoon or evening. The decor has an urban yet modern vibe to it, with exposed wood, black paint and foliage and it’s tastefully done. The tables are long with benches so the chance of your sitting next to a stranger is highly likely, that’s if you can get a seat. We decided to find a space to sit first before ordering our drinks. Would definitely say it’s aimed at a younger demographic, as I didn’t see a single person over 40 years of age. The food options here are huge, ranging from British, Asian, Indian, and Caribbean. As the majority of the Box Park is covered, there’s two open seated sections at either end where you’re allowed to smoke and vape. There are toilets available on the site which were clean and spacious. The Box Park is also right outside of Shoreditch Hire Street station, so it’s perfect if you’re catching the underground. Overall, I would definitely suggest if you wanted to have a catch up your friends but would recommend going during the week, if you want it quieter.

The best BOXPARK and the original - the food options here just keep getting better. Other companies have been born out of BOXPARK but it still remains the best. The drinks are fairly expensive but there are lots of options. Atmosphere gets better as the day/night continues.

I came here on Saturday the 5th of August with my girlfriend. I never write reviews but I’m so pissed off with the management. I come back from the toilet to a group of 8 drunk men surrounding my girlfriend making her feel uncomfortable and trying it on. I squared up to them as any man would in that situation and told them to move away. After getting myself between the group of men and my girlfriend the security guards came and asked me to leave. I asked to speak to management and I was told any alterations all parties are asked to leave. I feel the management could do more to support couples from groups of men.

We have visited a couple of the BOXPARK sites and I have to say enjoy our visits each and everytime. Great choice of food vendors. Particularly like the Shoreditch site with being able to sit on the terrace and enjoy the sunshine. Drinks are reasonably priced and service is quick. Will be back again soon.

I used to go often in the past. It is a pretty cool idea to have shops in containers and then over a big seating area, bars and some food places. Dj playing music and even a dance place. But it is not nice anymore. Also, after Covid they created a register form that you were obliged to do it do gain access. Well I had one, now they obliged ua to upload the new version. I do think this is an easy way to steal data from people. I did as I wanted to show to mu cousin visit the city, but not planning to go back.

Some great food choices here, and many at that. Had a pizza which was delicious. Drink choices though limited and very expensive. Even for london, £7.50 a pint is inexcusable.

Great for dinner and drinks and due to the breadth of restaurant options/drinks it caters for all needs. Normally space as it is so big and it's an easy go-to for work colleagues, friends whenever.

Make sure you download a box park black card to gain admission and in theory collect points for purchases. Food and drink options variable and a tad overpriced in my view.
