Boultham Pizza & Grill in Lincoln

I ordered the BBQ chicken Pizza and they delivered the pepperoni pizza when I reached to them on their customer contact number and addressed the issue they just didn’t say anything and rudely said we’re closed now. Sadly, such a bad and ridiculous experience from them.

I rang after 25 mins past delivery time. To be told it was on its way, didn't arrive for another 20 minutes

we always get our pizzas from here there lovely even my granddaughter who is staying with me tonight said this is the best pizza I've had.

waited almost 3 hours for my order. won't be ordering again. I didn't even want my food anymore because it took so long.

Amazing food and great service!

Chips were not cooked properly and the cheesy garlic bread that was given was so plain with no flavour. And pizza for me wasn’t great and chicken tasted weird.

Turned up after an hour of them saying it was delivered and me calling 4 times. They told me everytime ‘a couple of minutes’ an hour later I get my food and it’s stone cold. Completely inedible!!!!!

Food was cold upon arrival with a garlic bread with cheese yet had no cheese along with the garlic mayo pot spilt all over. I rang up and they disregarded every issue I addressed and had a horrible patronising attitude and proceeded to put the phone down on me too mid sentence !

Came fast, food was good, driver was great. I will be ordering again.

delivery time was estimated between 23:10-23:30 and it came at 22:45 was very hot felt like it was straight out of being cooked, delicious. chips seasoned well

Placed order around 6pm, estimated delivery 19:05-19:25 which is fine. Actual arrival time around 20:10. Thought about cancelling it as were were due to go out. Finally arrived just after we were due to leave, was hot but fairly bland and greasy.

2x lovely 12 inch pizza’s with a fresh quarter pounder cheeseburger. Nice and tasty. Thank you

Portion size for a challenge meal was great value for the £ but came cold 😢😢 cold chips cheese and donner was a struggle neither the less food tasted amazing just plz be warm xx

I often order online from this place and I have had quite a few pleasant takeaways. Unfortunately the last few times I have ordered a stuffed crust Pizza it has not been thoroughly cooked. The pizza is hot but the cheese in the crust is just underdone and is slightly hard. On occasion I have ordered a Kebab with chip which I have been more than happy with as the portions are quite large. The food is often good but you shouldn't expect the food to be the same quality 100% of the time as service can often drop.

There was an error with my food, the wrong thing was delivered, however, when i called up about it they rectified it straight away no questions asked. Very friendly, polite staff and once the right order turned up it was plentiful, hot and very tasty. Will definitely order again

Food was late, even though the restaurant closed the order as delivered, rang them 5 minutes after the supposed delivery time and they informed me it was just being cooked. Ridiculous.

Honestly ordered 15 pizzas and other items for our party and the food was amazing. Everyone commented saying how good it was. Hot tasty and on time. Worth the order and I will continue using them. Five stars ⭐️

The cheese garlic bread was burnt and cold and the chips were all soggy.

Food was good. But ordered it at 17:20. Set delivery for 19:00. App said it was delivered at 18:58. Food didn’t arrive till 19:30 after I called to see where it was.

Food was cold, pizza looked like the delivery driver had been throwing it all. Then items missing. Driver said he would be back with replacements. Never happened. Food is always nice when ordering direct with these. Put all problems down to just eat driver not the takeaway

Received no cutlery, nor ketchup as requested. Salad was half purple onion and the cheesecake was frozen solid. Chicken was good though.

Have ordered from Boultham before and it was perfect 👌 however this time the kebab meats were cold, pitas soaked in oils and pizza looked sat on. Flavours were still on point though

The kebab went straight to the bin, Donner was stale and had enough grease to fill a bottle, only 1 pitta instead of 2, the chicken was just rubbery and the kofta was tasteless and falling apart, it felt like the whole thing was just old, stale and just microwaved, £20 down the bin, pizzas were better, but still greasy. Definitely stay away, before someone gets hospitalized

Kofte tasted like it was microwaved and flavourless, chicken was rubbery and the kebab was just greasy and rubbery. £20 for what microwaved old food? Not even salt on the fries, the pizzas were dripping with grease as well.

Delicious food, arriving earlier than expected, hot upon arrival and great value would definitely recommend!

order was missing items when delivered. contacted the restaurant and they were unhelpful but eventually said they would send out the missing item. But when it was delivered it was incorrect item again!! ask for replacement or refund and restaurant refused. 0 out of 0. very rude staff.

Ordered online & collected, all fine. Went a different day and ordered in the shop and the prices were more expensive than what they are on Just Eat, don’t get the need to charge more when you collect and JustEat aren’t taking a cut. Beware they just make up the prices when you go in, shady. Won’t bother using ever again now.
